The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked well. The location was also good. The towels seemed a bit old, but the bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and drainage.

Facilities: Very well-maintained.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.

Environment: Quiet, located between Bank and Liverpool Street subway stations, and a safe neighborhood.

Service: Excellent and patient.

This was my first time staying here, a solo weekend getaway. From the front desk staff to the sanitation staff to the bar staff, everyone seemed genuinely dedicated and enthusiastic.

Of all the hotels I've stayed in London, I think this is the best choice for a solo stay. I'll definitely stay here again for my next weekend getaway.

I really like their breakfast, it's very rich. It was my first time staying in a hotel in London. Anyway, I took a taxi everywhere. There is a small shopping mall within a ten-minute walk. It seems to be in the new financial district. There are many coffee shops and some Japanese food shops nearby. The front desk service is also very good, but the price is not cheap.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is within walking distance of three tube stations, and the surrounding banking district is safe and clean. Two Marks & Spencer stores, two Boots stores, and a Waitrose are all within walking distance, perfect for shopping. The hotel facilities are new and clean, and the rooms are cleaned promptly every day. If your budget allows, be sure to order breakfast; it's a buffet, and the omelets, eggs Benedict, pancakes, and English breakfast are all excellent, truly motivating me to get up early each day! My husband had a fever repeatedly during our stay in the UK, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, bringing breakfast to our room and offering helpful medical advice. Thank you, Derick, Martyna, and especially Elena. Thank you so much for your help!

Very busy and crowded; city prices. Great location, but not somewhere I could have a conversation and a drink with a friend.
