Lovely location for Spa break and weekend getaway!
Stayed on a solo trip for my birthday, called amd spoke to a lovely lady called Delaram, who also checked me in on the day. She was lovely, explained where all the facilities were, explained the east and West rooms and best way to access the spa. Service was efficient and staff attentive. I arrived on a day there was an award ceremony, so it was busy but I am still very impressed.
Aesthetically pleasing and great amenities. Lovely the Spa, exec lounge space and self service element and overall location. Hotel is defiantly on my list to return!
Thank you

First off, the view of the city from the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge is simply insane. The comfort of the bed was superior, allowing me to feel well-rested and ready for a day of exploring London.

I also appreciated the free water and fruit available at reception—a nice touch that adds to the overall experience. The room was serviced daily and always spotless, with all amenities refreshed.

The hotel includes a spa and pool in the room price, although we unfortunately didn’t have time to use them during our stay due to other commitments. It’s also located on a central yet quieter road with less traffic, making it perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return! :)

The room itself was spacious, modern and had fantastic views of the Tower of London and The Shard. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Two male bartenders on Sunday afternoon were the only staff who genuinely acknowledged us and were friendly.

Unfortunately, the service and overall experience did not reflect the price paid (£*** for two nights including Executive access).

Check-in lacked basic direction — no explanation of where lifts were, where breakfast is served, or how the Executive Lounge works. We ended up at the wrong lifts and had to backtrack.

The Executive Lounge was consistently understocked, with minimal snacks and limited drinks. It did not feel monitored or maintained.

Lift wait times were excessive — we waited around 20 minutes at one point and regularly used the stairs (11 floors) because it was quicker.

Breakfast service was disorganised. We were seated at tables without cutlery or condiments and had to collect them ourselves. Food replenishment was slow and we found hair in food on more than one occasion.

The spa area was good early morning but quickly became chaotic with no visible supervision. The steam room had visible mould and when the steam stopped we were told to throw water ourselves to restart it, which shouldn’t be a guest’s responsibility.

When raising concerns at checkout, there was no clear complaints process or escalation.

Overall, the room and view were great, but service standards and operational management need improvement to justify the “Executive” label and price point.

This hotel offers a great experience, it's a really good value for money. You are welcomed with a glass of prosecco when you arrive, which is a nice touch. However, there are long queues at the reception when you arrive (and I checked in online before I arrived), so beware of that. The reception area also offers water refreshments and apples.
I had the superior king-size-bed room and it was really good - has a couch, armchair and a desk, the room comes with bathrobes and slippers, which you'll need for the spa, but they give you towels at the spa as well. The room is also equipped with a Nespresso machine. The bed is very comfortable, I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately my room didn't have a view so that was a bit of a downside. Another (slight) frustration are the elevators - prepare for long waits as the hotel is huge (14 floors on the west wing) and has two elevators which will take you up and down (depending on who was in first) until you manage to get to your room eventually. Thankfully I wasn't that high up so I could use the stairs.
The hotel was super busy, I think it was hosting an event. The spa is one of the best things about the hotel. It has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a steam room (though the steam room needs refurbishment). The jacuzzi is amazing. Also the hotel's location is very good. Overall, I had a great weekend and enjoyed my stay.

I first stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge a few years ago and absolutely loved it — but coming back this time was even better.

We celebrated my partner’s 30th birthday (it was her first time staying there), and the experience was unforgettable. We were looked after by Anika, who upgraded our room, surprised us with wine, and delivered truly exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a stay to remember, and thanks to her, my partner had the best birthday ever.

We even made sure to tell her manager the next day — she genuinely deserves a raise!

All the staff were amazing, and we honestly felt like royalty the entire time. We’ll definitely be becoming regulars.

Celebrating boyfriend’s Birthday, couldn’t wish for anything more special. Spa was amazing, buffet breakfast so much to choose from and staff were attentive. Room was spacious and clean. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel in general, especially the rooms were so spacious and lovely!

There’s two major things that needs working on:

1. The lifts within the building took ages to get up and down the building. We was on 7th floor and it’d take us anywhere between 5-10 mins of waiting time, to just get a lift. It’s a bit of a drag, and I think for a massive hotel like Leonardo’s, with a lot of guests staying in it, a quadruple lift is required side by side. This is a major red flag.

2. The hotel sauna, pool and steam rooms gets packed easily. We booked a weekend spa, to relax and didn’t feel so relaxed because of the over packed number of guests who were using the amenities.. it was just crammed the entire weekend. I can’t speak for how I’d imagine it over the weekday, but definitely avoid a Friday Saturday and Sunday. Maybe some extensions for the spa and wellness retreat can be made, to cater to a larger number of footfall of guests coming in.

food is so expensive, no Indian spice flavour in real and owner is over confident about there food taste, bad skills of talking to customer, me myself worked in a restaurant over 6 year as a server, never seen somebody full of attitude , ignored the customers experience about not having taste at all and she said “no no no u haven’t read our menu properly you haven’t selected right items for u, u could ask for salt as it mentioned on table”. I am surprised she really thinks Indian food is all about salt. I feel sorry for my self i treat me and my husband at such a bad place on my first night at london.

My first impression was how magnificent the building was! We enjoyed the food and loved that they have this "low salt pledge" which does come a cross a bit different (and hopefully healthy). Food was delicious but price was about twice the usual Indian restaurants. 4 star for the decor but other than that nothing is special enough that makes me want to come back again. This place is great if you want to impress someone for a nice occasion, good for large groups as well.

Fantastic food again. Our party of 16 was treated to the mixed starter platters, including the most excellent haggis samosas (they have to be tried)... and I had the grouse in a rich spiced gravy, superbly spiced and juicy. The only problem was the rice collapsed just before I took the photo....? Will be back soon.

We had a sharing platter as a starter and dessert and couple decent mains. It did not blow me off my feet but worthy to go- he has got some tasty things going on there! As we walk out of the restaurant we have met Cyrus casually walking on the street and he was very nice and friendly!! Will visit again.

Best Lebanese food I have had in a long time. I had chicken soup, Chicken Shawarma and an orange juice. The chicken was quite succulent and came up with a pita, salad and rice. It was very neatly packed and there was no spillage. The soup was a great surprise as it had chunks of chicken and a good serving of noodles. I topped it off with the freshly squeezed Orange juice (which was the right temperature). They were generous enough to provide dessert on the house. I will definitely be eating there again. Not only is the food really good but it's also easy on the pocket.

Great little hidden gem. Doesn't look much from outside but the food is delicious! The food in this place is one of the best in the area. The salads too are fab. They also use really neat take out box trays which make it easy to eat out of. Highly recommend it.
