Price not competitive!
Though later the day we think it would be very rush given our stay is less than 3 days, would be wise to skip breakfast, we called the front desk and they asked us to talk to the front desk, we later appaoched the front desk and asked to cancel just the breakfast and the staff said will reimburse for us.
When we checked out, we noticed no refund was made, we talked to the front desk who said the offer was GBP150 per night to upgrade the room and breakfast and no refund would be made. The manager also spoke to us and repeating the same and ignoring us that we were told the offer was splitters between upgrade and breakfast.
We are very disappointed the manager didn't try to check further and just firmly said that this amount is only for upgrade and not reasonly to charge for GBP 50 for breakfast therefore she indirectly referring us lying?
And if the front desk staff followed up the first day to let us know then we could just eat something if would not be cancelled.
We ended up paying GBP500 per night for our stay but the attitude of the staff including the bell boys are rude. We didn't get our room cleaned up until 3:30pm and the bath robes in our room have stain on it.
Money indeed worst spent and they keep selling upgrades or other services to each arriving customers
What it can be better is they communicate clearly or I feel it is onyy a scam and really disappointed by such a big hotel group.
However I like to share to all in the following :
It takes me 2 minutes and 40 seconds to walk to the lift lobby from my room.
1. **Day 1**: There were only 6 tissues left in the box.
2. **Day 2**: The tissue box was neither refilled nor checked.
3. **Day 3**: The ice pad was left in the ice bucket after collection and wasn’t returned until I mentioned it to a helpful manager.

One of party had the vegetarian lasagna and said it was best he had.
Very convenient for those visiting St Thomas's hospital.
It is in a street where one might think it's a tourist trap, but we were very wrong.
The Gnocchi is outstanding and the meat is out of this world. Perfectly cooked food, the staff is friendly and willing to help and the drink selection is also very extensive!
Locale is a must try for anyone looking for a nice lunch or dinner in the Westminster area!
Ps. They are child friendly with all the facilities to host them!
