I stayed in this hotel alone for a couple of nights. Yes, the room is small and it's not squeaky clean and it could easily be noisy but it's comfortable enough, really conveniently located and it's exactly what I expected for this price. I would recommend it if someone is looking for a quick, easy and cheap solution.

Great location but not worth the money. I stayed during winter time and the heater was not working and the staff had no urgency to fix it. No house keeping as well.

I had a terrible experience when we were staying at this place. It’s not worth the rent at all. Poor cleanliness and service from the staff. The heater in our room was not working so we asked the staff several times to resolve the issue. But no response from their end so we had to survive the cold night without heating.

If you are a heavy sleeper and need a cheap hotel, this is the ideal place. On the first night it sounded like a water pump or similar was running on a regular basis and waking me up. Window blinds in the room were broken, curtains in the room were broken (unable to close) radiator in the room didn't work.
Was close to tube station, and within walking distance of Abbey Road.

Don't do it! Way overpriced for what it is. Old, dated rooms and furniture. The shower was awful. No tea/coffee facilities. We packed up and left after 1 night - and I'm not that fussy when it comes to hotels! It looks like a halfway house from the 1940's.

The bed was comfy. Only thing going for this place!

AWFUL - If I could score this hotel zero, I would.
Holes in the towels.
Bed looked as if someone had slept in it when we checked in, room looked thrown together.
Very very noisy from the road outside. A lot of noise from inside the hotel also, you can hear anyone walking on the stairs or talking downstairs. The rooms are tiny.
Also, when I was walking from the bathroom to the room, there was a strip of wood holding the carpet down, which had nails sticking out that were not hammered in correctly... The nail went straight into my heel stapping me, I had to go to the doctor to get a tetanus injection.
The only good this was it is right between two train stations... but there are other hotel, nicer hotels, so pay a little extra and enjoy you trip to London and not end up at the doctor like I did.

Absolutely rubbish would give no stars if possible. Going to this place since it opened. However their service has been below par. Cannot get a simple order right yet I've given them chance after chance. It's not a place I eat out of choice and you can clearly see why. Only reason why they good its because it doesn't have no other establishment in their radius. I don't see why I should continue going.

Fantastic place and by far the best of these chicken shops in the area. Really friendly people and a chilli sauce that is amazing. Love the chicken wings here and use it often

Fish burgers are better than McDonald's as you get salad and a larger chunk of compacted fish flakes. The fries are better too, and the whole thing is cheaper.
It's chaos in there though. People shouting in five languages, kids who think they're gangsters... Welcome to East London.

Not your regular pub. It seemed like it wanted desperately to look like an original pub, but the pop music and the menu didn't go well with the atmosphere. Nevertheless the cheese madness burger and the pizza were delicious. Also 10£ for a pint of draught beer and a pizza is a great deal. I would prefer fish and chips, but I didn't mind. They were delicious. They only thing that I disliked was the beer that I ordered. London pride was truly tasteless. It was the first time that I tried this beer but it was like drinking water.

Very quiet Monday lunchtime. I was the only in there for awhile. . Authentic characterful decor with arouma of stale beer - the antidote for large pub chains! Could do with a bit of TLC. Had the gourmet burger good price and very tasty. Had to have a cold drink as no tea available and ditch the American TV , otherwise met my expectations

Very good owner and food well worth the price! I always visit this place a week before payday and they even let me pay £3 for grilled chicken with salad&chips by credit card with no extra charge for a card payment which is very good. I love this place!
