Staff were lovely and the location was great but the room was so small we couldn’t even open the door properly as the bed blocked the way. Thankfully we only had backpacks so we could take them off to get in the door, if we’d had big suitcases we wouldn’t have been able to get them through the door without first going in and moving the bed. The shower door also didn’t open fully because of the shower controls on the wall.

Great value for money, staff are friendly and helpful. Free WiFi is good. Very little to complain about really. Rooms are clean and the air con works well.

As I said we booked this hotel one day before we came here and when I read some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical. We wanted to stay for 4 days and the price was amazing for London so we just went for it and we were not disappointed.
The receptionists were all amazing and professional. There was an accident when I spilled Coca-Cola on a bed sheet so I went and apologise for my mistake the receptionist handle it and when we came back to our room, it was changed and the room was cleaned.
The location is also amazing close to everything a person could need. Overall, I highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back.

Staff was extremely accommodating for our late night arrival. Room was small, but we loved it. Everything very clean. Lots to do around the area. We couldn’t have asked for more for a quick overnight stay

During my stay, I found the staffto be consistently kind, helpful, and professional. I have visited other hotels on the same street, and the level of service at this property stands out in comparison. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. While the property does not have an elevator, the staff was more than willing to assist with anything
I would definitely recommend staying for convenience and service hotel.

Really loved our stay. Just a bit upset was I mentioned I was staying for my birthday and this was completely ignored, not even a birthday card. Apart from this all good.

It is a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station, and it is very convenient to the Royal Palace, Oxford Street, and Chinatown.

We lived on the third floor, which is similar to a residential area in the UK, and there is no elevator.

The room is small, but the toilet is big.

The location is very convenient, only 7 minutes away from Victoria Coach station.
The staff is friendly and the room is a good size.
The toilet is hygienic and clean.
It's just that the soundproofing of the room is not very good, so I could hear the voices next door.

Some of the people in the company was satisfied with the food, But i wasn’t. I got a dry boring chicken with an uncooked weird pasta, some warm veggies (not accordingly to the meny however) which was nice, But overall Absolutely dreadful plate. The service was just below ok But Nothing i would Remember, would NOT recommend this place

We Ubered over here and were treated to fantastic, fresh fish & chips. Do visit if possible. Will return on my next visit to London.

Service was okay. Nothing to brag about. The sausage was delicious as well as fish. Ketchup tastes watered down and sweet. Very odd. Felt uncomfortable to stay and eat. If we ate here again I would get it to go.

Best fish and chips in London it says on board outside the restaurant. I know others that are slightly better but I love Seafresh. It's a smart fish restaurant with lots of choice of very fresh fish. On the handful of occasions that I have dined here the service has always been excellent. Staff visit table several times to see if everything is alright. I tend to just have a leisurely main course and staff never make you feel like they need table. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is popular with groups.
