Pros: good location, a room was clean
Cons: not worth of monay overall. You will find better value for the monay at same area from the other hotel.

The rooms were immaculate and perfect, even our smaller single rooms. The staff were amazing and attentive, from the reception to the breakfast team. Carolina in particular was very welcoming and ensured she did everything she could to make our check in experience as smooth as possible.

We had an excellent experience at Melia. The staff were very kind and always helpful with questions. Check in and check out were very smooth. The room was very comfortable. The location was great too. Out of the more crowded areas of the city and near a tube stop with good food nearby. Would definitely return.

bathroom sealing was blackish. our room was cosy a room and it was looking to the air condition units because of that I was little noisy.

Very nice boutique hotel. Classy and modern design of the hotel and rooms. Many amenities in the room. Never seen this class products before.

Check in, room space and breakfast excellent. Staff at breakfast were brilliant and a good quality selection. However, returning to our room after being out for the evening found the room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and saw there was a kitchen smoking area below the window. This also began again in the morning. Discussed with front desk on check out who said this had been reported by guests as an issue before.
Requested a discount on the room but told not possible as it was not within their control. Asked if the smoking area was part of the Melia building which the front desk rep did not answer. Staff are entitled to relax with a cigarette but clearly they know about the issue but have done nothing to improve guest experience by relocating this space or double glazing the window. No apology or further action suggested by the member of staff on the front desk, not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

The room was cleaned well. I would say it’s ideal for 2 people as with 3 people we had issues with where to place our luggage and still being able to move around. In addition the bathroom specifically the toilet is right against the shower door so it feels quite cramped. The on site restaurant Hispania is excellent. The other issue is sound proofing; we could hear the upstairs room guests walking around, talking, and even sneezing. Otherwise it is a great area with lots of restaurants and very beautiful interior design. I would stay here again but perhaps in a different room!

One of the best Pizzas I've eaten! Spaghetti Bolognese Vegan version is very good as well. Says a German mouth.

Could not be less customer-service focused. Arrived at 23:05 for a quick dinner or potentially take-away to a nearby hotel. The sign on the door clearly says they close at 23:30 pm on Friday evenings, but the cook said 'no' when I asked politely if they were still serving, and the waiter/host person then said he would have to check with the manager about take-away! There were four men seated who were in the middle of eating, so I perhaps I should take it to be a bias towards women coming in to eat alone late at night, perhaps? In any case, I left; no use staying where you aren't wanted. The local Lebanese restaurant was happy to serve me.

Should probably have ordered a pizza!
Service was mediocre and lacklustre, I watched my food, catching flies and getting cold on the counter for a good 5 minutes before it came to my table without a word of apology, took another few minutes to get the waiter back and another 5 before he actually remembered to bring the black pepper and cheese, he should have offered when he brought the plate!!
It was lunch time and it wasn't that busy.
The pasta, was over cooked, over priced and no where near as interesting as it sounded on the menu.
I wouldn't go here again
