No 1 The Mansion Apartments By Mansley in London

Nice and warm house, the website shows has four beds but actually only has three beds, finally they fixed d problem. Overall we have good memory for London and the house.

Great location! Easy quick walk to Earls Ct. Underground and a bus stop is also close to the hotel. Room decor was a bit dated- it is planned for renovation soon though. Staff were helpful ,friendly and it was very clean. Kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, milk, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap. Also, dishes/glasses and some pans/utensils.
This is a VERY old building, the elevator is tiny and old (you close and open the door and gate yourself). It’s quirky. If someone does not close it on the 3rd floor it’s stuck there. So you have to walk up the stairs and check each floor to see where it stopped. You can then get on and take it to your floor or just close it so it will work for others. The staff are very kind and offered to try and find out where it was stuck ( this happened to us twice), but we just took the stairs. The hallways are a bit broken up with doors and steps up and down. We had to go to the 5th floor then go through a few hallways and get to a back stairway and take that down one flight to our fourth floor room. We personally thought it was a fun unique experience, but if you have ANY physical limitations or if you bring huge heavy suitcases on vacation you need to make sure your room/ floor will work. It is not a very accessible building at all! I really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it for the right people. If you are looking for fancy, this is not it! If you are looking for a great location, clean rooms, nice staff, this is perfect!

We truly love our stay in No.1 The Mansions by Mansley. Beautiful unit with big garden, quiet and the best location in Kensington. It’s near Earl’s Court tube and proximity to so many restos and supermarkets. The staff are super kind! Excellent service and our most beautiful home in London!

Wonderful staff, particularly Charlotte on the front desk, so polite and helpful. Flat was lovely L, well situated, quiet, clean, and well stocked.

Apartment was great, not too loud even though next to a street. Only a 5 minute walk to Earls Court Tube station. Easy to find, staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of things on the doorstop although there were already plenty of amenities included in the stay. We would definitely stay again, thanks for a great place to call home for the weekend!

Last night of our stay was a really loud party in the apartment below until 0130, which ruined things a little

The room is large, with 2 bedrooms and a living room. It's an old house with a very retro elevator. It feels quite clean overall. Cleaning is done every day and towels are changed every day. Overall it's good.

Very nice! Although the house is over 100 years old, it's very beautiful, clean, and tidy. The kitchen and dining utensils are very complete! It's 5 minutes from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. There's also a Marks & Spencer, Boots, and Burger King between the subway station and the hotel, making shopping and dining very convenient!

Complete facilities, kitchen utensils and kitchenware, convenient transportation, 5 minutes to the subway station, close to the supermarket, the Chinese restaurant Shanghai No. 10 tastes good and the price is acceptable

The location is very good, only 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court Station, the environment is good!
There are many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby.
The security seems good, there is no noise at night.
