Good, spacious and comfortable room. Great location with easy walking distance to the tube station and the bus stop while also easy to get a cab on the main road. However, the hotel room lacked amenities, such as slippers, laundry bag, shoe horn. Also, the basic room looks a little bleak and bland. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel, and I will definitely be back to stay again.

“Old school” hotel in the sense that they care for customers and have everything you need. Location not so good for sub grounds but very nice environment. I enjoyed my stay here.

The room was a little small, but all the other services were quite good. They offered daily housekeeping and luggage storage, and the location was very convenient.

I had a bad experience in checking in the hotel. As we arrived at the hotel on 26th June, pre check about 2-3 hours before 15:00 and returned around 16:00, it took about half an hour and the receptionist said the room was not ready, but had prepared a temporary room for us to take a rest.
