The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean and it was a fantastic location. I booked here at the last minute and it was great.

Dear Hotel Management,
I would like to report the serious issues we encountered during our stay at your hotel, which we attended with my family for a business meeting. Throughout our stay in room 152, the heating system was not functioning. When we reported the issue, providing a tiny electric radiator for such a large room was far from professional.
Furthermore, my request to speak with a manager upon checkout was met with the response that the manager would only arrive after 2:00 PM. This is unacceptable for an establishment that should prioritize customer satisfaction. Given the disruption to our night and our trust in your brand, the 20% discount offered is highly inadequate.
I request that this matter be investigated immediately and that I be contacted with a more constructive resolution.

This is a well placed hotel mid way down Upper Street so excellent for Islington. I stayed 2 nights and had two rooms which were both excellent ..one with a bath and one with a shower. I had breakfast one morning for £15 and this was a relaxing venue to start the day with a calm and quiet ambience. I will stay again . No noise problems. Good value for money.

Fairly central. Staff are very friendly. Often have some nice snacks or fruits in the afternoon. Nice view of London from the front door!

The hotel reception was very welcoming and the man at the desk was lovely. The room itself was very clean, however there were many signs of wear (around the doors and walls, on the taps and switches). The parking was interesting. Very expensive, even by London standards. Next time I’ll get the train, but would happily stay again. The surrounding area is pretty nice, lots to explore.

The hotel is excellent and very centrally located. The rooms are extremely comfortable with mattresses and pillows that are superb.

Great stay at the Hilton Hotel in Islington. Everything was excellent, spotless rooms, friendly and professional staff, and great service throughout. The breakfast buffet really stood out with plenty of choice and high quality. Would happily stay again.

Called to order a takeaway for delivery. I specified this 3 times before placing my long order, after over 10 mins of speaking to a man with broken English who liked to interrupt you all the time. He asked when I'd like to collect my food and then told me they don't do delivery so that was waste of time. Don't even care if the food is good, that interaction was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to this pretentious over priced eatery forever.
