Epsilon Hotel in London

This is the third time me and my husband are staying at the hotel, and it was a terrible experience this time! We paid for a standard double room second time and got a big spacious room, this time around we paid the same price for the same room and got the size of a single room which had absolutely no space! If these rooms are advertised for the same price why is there such a big space difference.

We had a horrible room, with dust absolutely everywhere, the shower ventilators have never been cleaned with dust buildup and spider webs hanging from it, the fan in the room is very weak and SO dusty that it blows the dust all over. The walls in the room are cracked so and the sink in the shower had a big crack, it all needs a renovation ASAP!

Found a live COCKROACH in the bathroom, which is extremely unhygienic!!!

The sheets have been done rushed, all jumbled up and lumpy on the bed, with both pillowcases clearly stained with blood previously. The rooms don’t have an iron, which is a basic need that should be provided instead of having to run and ask at the reception (which gave us a black burnt iron) that shouldn’t even be used as it creates a fire hazard as the clothes stick to it whiles ironing!

Very very disappointed this time around, will NOT be returning again. Management please work on all these issues and don’t keep your eyes closed, especially having cockroaches in the room! Disgusting!

Very basic hotel. The TVs didn’t work, the shower screen fell off the shower, there was no soap or body wash in the dispensers, the plug sockets in our room were broken and lots of things needed some basic maintenance. The staff were polite and helpful.

Bad experience. Clock and tv remote need battery. Mattress over ten years old with stains and springs sticking out and dirty. Host changed our room but made mattress up again. New room we got had window loose and shower door broken. Not again
