Even though there is a receptionist on site, you had to check in online and enter a lot of data on your mobile phone. The rooms were relatively clean, but they were already quite worn out. The elevator was rattling and rattling. The breakfast was terrible, there was little choice, and even the quality was poor. The positives are the location, the surroundings and the good water pressure.

This budged hotel was disappointing. The room was very dated and poorly kept. Massive stains on the carpet, windows were dirty, dirt on the headboard and in the shower. This is one of the experiences where after your stay one hopes that he/she did not pick up some disease. Maybe it was just my room… 330, but it was very poor. 2/10. I would not stay again. Positives are the location and large elevator.

An absolutley appalling place. Please please please avoid this place like the plague.

Positive notes - the elderly lady in the breakfast room was the friendliest member of staff on site.

Negative notes - rooms were disgusting mould everywhere in the bathroom. Carpets full of stains. BED HAD BLONDE HAIRS on it 🤢🤢🤢. The bedding had a hole in it.the amount of dust in the room was astonishing(see picture). The breakfast was a real let down.Yoghurts that were out of date being served. (MASSIVE DANGER OF FOOD POISONING) PASTERIES WERE STALE. OVERALL QUALITY WAS REALLY LOW.
The service from crinella/cruella was disgusting. when i went to voice my concerns to her at receprion sh3 was very rude and abrupt. She kept on dismissing my concerns. SHE NEEDS TO LEARN how to give good customer service. With someone like her i can see others not wanting to ever return. When i told her about the cleanliness of the room all she could say was the cook and cleaner is the same person and that she worked very hard.clearly not as the state of the room was disgusting. I will not be returning and I WOULD WELCOME THE MANAGER TO CONTACT ME SIREXTLY TO DISCUSS THIS COMPLAINT FURTHER.

We had a family friend stay here just because it’s close by. It was sufficiently clean, the bathroom door stuck and our friend had a mini panic attack and she complained about the shower head to which they responded with “well it is what it is”.
Would definitely recommend in case of emergencies but wouldn’t expect a lot.

This hotel has fraudulent practices and I totally discourage anyone from staying there as they do not have any consideration for customer service, other than just taking your money. I made a booking at this hotel in late september through Booking.com, which application had a technical issue at the time, and it appeared my booking did not go through, so I had to book another hotel. I was then made aware that my original booking at this hotel and payment were processed, so I requested a refund to the establishment explaining the problem with the Booking app. I've been assisted by Booking customer service in the issue, and they had informed me that the hotel already had my payment and was refusing to refund it. The hotel staff had been blatantly lying to me, telling me they would not process the payment and booking because of Booking's mistake, and they then proceeded to ignore my follow-up emails. Bad businesses like this should not be supported. Reposting as they required for Google to delete my previous review instead of addressing bad practices

Booked via trip.com. shortly after my flight was cancelled due to India Pakistan conflict. Tried to cancel but rejected. Pretty disappointed. Can't recommend the hotel or trip.com.

No worthy AT ALL!! one burger smaller than my hand palm made of I don't know what but no beef, dry and disgusting, with a ridiculous small bowl of frozeen fries = 21£. Never again. Don't waste your money/time

The place is lovely, really good space tons of room near the bar and a good bunch of bowling lanes. For a bowling place, the food was decent and there's also a respectable selection of drinks behind the bar. The only thing that let it down is that the staff were all miserable - everything seemed like too much effort and there were no smiles to be seen. The young chap with the coloured hair was helpful and effective (more than other staff) but a few smiles wouldn't go amiss.

I came here for a birthday party yesterday, and the place was fantastic! The bowling is great fun for anyone who just wants to have fun, especially if you have young children, or in general it's great way to bond with loved ones! The place is very modern, clean and awesome for wheelchair users! & it's just a really good atmosphere. Furthermore the food was absolutely delicious ?? I literally was so surprised, because I had been to a bowling alley before, which had an arcade but the place looked a little run down & not so clean, as well as the food not being so good and cheap. But this was excellent quality food for a very good price! I had the mango and chilli fried chicken with sweet potato fries, my mother had fish and as well sweet potato fries and it was AMAZING! Both the chicken & fish were so tender and full of flavour & the service was amazing! For anyone who's a bit doubtful of going, due to prices, save up perhaps because I honestly suggest for you to go because you do have a really good time! (Well, I hope you do!)

A few good plates, some dis-factory and one completely unacceptable. Our waitress was the only positive of the experience, full 5 stars to her. Manager seemed pleasant at first but ultimately didn't want to help which made things worse

Nice place for a team building event

I visited this place during my business trip to London.
We were there with the entire team, for a bowling team building event.

The place is nice and it's suitable for corporate events.
They served us some nice mini burgers as a snack. Vegetarian options were included.
They also have a good range of drinks.

REALLY NEED TO AVOID. Bad food, especially the roast duck specialty, rude staffs who want to kick you out and ripe off another customer. Shame on you Four Seasons! How bad can a restaurant get? They dont like little babies too. Donate your money to a homeless person instead spending money here. It is so bad and disgusting. I gave it a five stars on purpose so people can read this review. i want to give it a no star if i could.

Very average Chinese. Looks reasonably plush, service was quick and friendly unfortunately the food was distinctly average. Certainly not horrible, but dishes I had were a bit tasteless.

I love roast duck and crispy pork. A waiter has a good service mind. Beware of bloody expensive still mineral water.

The chicken dish was the worst dish which had very little meat and was chewy however having said that the rest of their dishes was good and better than most places..

we had the whole duck boned which was very good.

Over all a good experience... don't expect amazing service as it seems like most old school places, it's not something they focus highly on.
