Casual four star hotel. Rooms were nice, clean and well appointed. Casual is the word. Staff was kind and helpful. Notting hill is convenient for transport. Several good restaurants and pubs are near. Underground is half block away, though we usually used Uber. It is about ten pounds by uber to most major areas on the tourist list.

Dining area is small and a bit cramped, so we went out for food. But it is a pleasant place. Quiet.

Of course we did watch the movie “Notting hill” on our last night.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was immaculate, well stocked and a good size with comfortable bed and luxurious linens

This is the perfect home away from home. Great locale, amazing staff! Young and friendly with great senses of humor. Love my room. And the restaurant is so good and they have a great lovely patio to eat in where one can watch the world go by.

Very nice
Definitely quirky boutique hotel. My single room was entered on the fourth floor, but there were stairs taking me down to my bed and the refrigerator. It was just quirky with the air conditioning because it was warm up where the bathroom was.

The cleanliness was the biggest issue. I didn’t want to take of my shoes inside my room because the carpet was not clean.

Nice Hotel
Great hotel, we loved the neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant was very nice as well.

Located on a quiet residential street just steps away from an underground subway stop with excellent service. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant with bar downstairs with both indoor and outdoor dining options. Nice spa but no pool. Our room was quite small but adequate for us as we spent most of our time exploring London.

A Castle pubs chain which means a reliability excellent range of well kept keg and cask ale, decent pub grub and SecretDJ so you can put songs on the jukebox from your phone. Top notch.

This place is RACIST.
I wasn't allowed because my ID is not from an european country so they said they couldn't check my age. (The birth date is clearly shown in english in my ID)
I'm 31 one years old with beard and almost bold, it was clearly an excuse.
I will find out if what they have done is illegal and start the corresponding legal actions.

Nice food, good location by tube station, friendly staff. Overall nice little pub for a quick drink

Craft ales, good food at reasonable prices, real beer garden. Good buzz of conversation and music at a level that doesn't force people to shout at each other. What's not to like? For an inner London pub this is winner.

One guy tried to overcharge me. Had to come back and speak to someone else who finally gave me the right price. Not the biggest fan of Subway in general, and this restaurant had made me even less of a fan of them, because some of the staff are liars and have very poor customer service and the food is slack.

We went last Sunday to celebrate my birthday. Very disappointing, it is not what it used to be. The meat of the Sunday roast was full of fat, the supposedly 400g Dover sole was barely a third of that size. When the waiter asked my husband how the lunch was, he complained about these points but we never got any feed-back. He should have taken the 12.5% optional gratuity off the bill but one feels awkward in these moments, not necessarily ready for an unpleasant discussion on a Sunday lunch time. We would definitely have had a better value for money lunch in our local brasserie on Gloucester road.

Good atmosphere and nice seafood. Pretty good service. You would expect to have bread and butter to come with the oysters but you need to order it separately and pay for it! Not such a big deal after all but for the principle only!

Very good food and service. Everyone at the table got their food at the same time. We were a party of four and had the roasted salmon with buttered potatoes with hollandaise sauce and the fish pie. Both were really well-made and tastefull. Good selection of wines and the drinks are made at their own bar.

I took my Mum for a Mother's Day treat, the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was AMAZING! Best fish I've had for a very long time. We were there for two hours no one rushed us it was a lovely experience. So close to Notting Hill Gate station, a really great find. We'll certainly be back x
