I booked another hotel nearby, but it was in terrible condition, so I found this hotel in a hurry, and I was very satisfied. There's no elevator, but other than that, the room was very nice, the bathroom was clean, and the Dove amenities were great.

A fantastic hotel! The single room exceeded my expectations.
It was fully equipped with air conditioning, a kettle, and a refrigerator.
The bathroom was very spacious and clean.
Transportation was very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station.
The front desk staff was also very friendly.
I would definitely stay here again if needed!

Ideal cosy little hotel, handy for the tube. I used it as a stay over for The Royal Albert Hall. Very helpful staff and polite.

The staff manning the welcome desk were so pleasant and helpful (for all the days we were there). One of the staff even helped us with our baggage on the last day as we were checking out and leaving the hotel. On the first day, the staff helped us to check in to 1 of our 2 rooms early as our flight was very early in the morning. Thank you LCH!

The hotel is very basic in terms of services.
There is no elevator, nor do they serve breakfast or meals.
The best:

I reserved one night at this hotel but it’s so noisy due to non stop working hoods under the window - see in the picture - that I couldn’t sleep at all. I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel to anyone. Also, this is 2* hotel due to lack of a lift, narrow corridors, small rooms (8m2) and food smells coming from a restaurant on the ground floor. The location is a unique sales point of this hotel. The nearest tube station is Earls Court - 3 min walk.

The waiting area is very small, so at lunchtime all the customers are standing all over eachother.
Aside from this, the staff are friendly and the food is produced quickly. They also have a number of self service computers that seem to speed up the overall ordering process

It was a nice restaurant with interesting technology, I refer to the interactive board from which you can order from. Too bad the food was terrible. I had a big mac meal with 9 chicken nuggets. Don't get me wrong the food was edible just not what I was expecting. I didn't like the shredded lettuce in the big mac it was messy but the worst thing about it was the meat patties which were far too thin and grey looking. The fries were nice, standard mc donalds fries. The chicken nuggets weren't good, they tasted very processed. The chicken nuggets from sainsburys taste way better and are cheaper. the barbecue sauce provided was clearly 60% sugar.

It's a McDonald's so you know what to expect. No surprises here. It's clean and serves food at a low cost. Plenty of seating upstairs.
