Worn out rooms, I was extremely cold that it woke me up at night. The central heating was off and the central AC was set at a cold temperature. The hotel is less than basic. I was shocked to pay 150 GBP per night at this worn-out and kitsch shoebox.

All around everything a bit perfunctory, not a lot of heart. Basics provided as required. Good neighborhood. Staff did not have a lot of knowledge about London. Not particularly homey. Adequate,

This hotel is located really good, underground is near, also restaurants and other services.
The double room was little and not so comfortable for 2 people.
There were 2 hand towels for each person and not 3 (no bigger one).

We had just come from 5 days at an average property so this property was great when compared. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, very good location.

I had my brother and mother with me so we had a room w three beds. The room was tight but it was very clean and accessible.

Bathrooms were good too. Only issue was the shower/bathtub. It was a bit of a process to get out after a shower because the tub wall was high. Add wet feet to that and you have an opportunity to do some damage.

Despite this item, I would certainly use the property again as it was in a nice area.

Great location. Room was fine enough. Air con was great in the heat wave! Staff friendly.

The room and bathroom is very small. The washroom looks like a toy washroom which is not to be used by humans just to play for kids

The check in was easy room was clean and tidy. Bed comfy.
Windows as usual don't open wide, so I found the room warm, but that just me.

Super place to stay in Marylebone
We always stay at his Hotel when we visit Marylebone, it is always welcoming, and very comfortable in a great location.

Safe and Convenient
As a single traveller for a weekend it was faultless , although a bit tired. Everything you need and I felt safe. Queen-size bed, bath and breakfast in a quiet but central position. Would recommend.

Good place to have a drink with friends, has plenty of seating, outdoor heaters, gets crowded on weekends and sports events.

Typical Greene King pub with their beer. Did try a guest ale which was actually quite nice. Busy as people having a post-work drink but not overly crowded and I did manage to find a seat. Didn't try food but it did smell good in there.

My latest visit was particularly bad. Rice and beans were undercooked, and portions were really small - my friend's salad only filled half the bowl, tortilla bag too was filled less than usual. Giving 3 stars only because my previous visit was fairly satisfying. Gotta be consistent, Chipotle!

Quick, tasty, colourful food! Can’t say anything bad about it... The staff were friendly and always smiling and the queue went down ridiculously fast. And OH MY the food tasted delicious!!!
