We stopped on a cold sunday after a few pic at the big ben and we were pleasantly surprised of how nice and friendly this pub was! We had cheeseburger which despite being on the small size was sooo tasty and juicy!
Definitely to remember this spot as a nice place to eat after the House of Parliament! Far from main crowd and very authentic! So happy I found this place, it will be my spot everytime I come to London!

We loved our stay at this hotel! For our first time in London, this location could not have been better. Westminster Abbey is at the end of the street and it's a very short walk to Big Ben/Westminster Bridge to catch the Uber boat around London which was so convenient. It's also very close to Buckingham Palace. This location was amazing for being able to walk or take a short uber/taxi/bus everywhere we wanted to go. The room in the hotel was adorable and was more spacious than expected. The hotel was so charming and we just loved it as well as having the connected pub downstairs which was great for dinners when we were tired from a day of sightseeing! Would recommend for anyone's first time in London.

June 2025: We tried to have a meal here with family visiting from out of town. The staff were clearing tables but we tried to sit at an empty one, only to be told it was taken. Then, after a few minutes more of waiting we asked if we could be seated (there were older people in our group), only to be spoken to rudely by one of the staff. We left. Didn't feel like a welcoming British pub experience. More like we were there to support them.

Just very underwhelming for the price. The good bits first, the guy on reception was great and it is a decent location being right in the heat of Westminster. But for just shy of 200 quid the room was small with no view, though it was clean and comfortable. However the food options were really basic and the associated pub charged an extraordinary price (nearly 15 pounds for a starter and coke) that was barely edible. Breakfast was only slightly better and nowhere near as good as hotels in London charging less. This was like a wetherspoons hotel but without the class!! Can't recommend this place based on value for money, there are better options and I will be taking them.

Wow, what can I say; nothing positive enough. Read on please...

Im a great fan of Fuller's pubs, London Pride and HSB beers in particular but this review is about so much more important praise. On the evening of Saturday 18th October Mother-in-Law was taken ill within the restaurant of this pub/restaurant/hotel. 999 was called and reviews/feedback for the London Ambulance Service and St. Thomas' Hospital A&E have been done but I must not belittle the incredible response of Isaac, team member of the pub itself. He instantly was on the case, offered support and reassurance plus, unbeknown to the 'patient' Isaac was commanding colleagues to ready themselves for Ambulance arrival, defibrillator access and Diner directions as may become needed.

Isaac and his colleagues managed professionally what was an already difficult situation... they kept things calm, considered, informed and discreet. Thank you Isaac and team, you really did step beyond the norm for customer care and I'm proud to continue my patronage of Fuller's outlets, food and drink.

Thank you all so much, Mother-in-Law is well on the mend now and you played your part. Keep safe and well, kindest regards, Derek.

The location of the hotel is very good. Although it is very close to the subway, you can't hear the sound of the subway at all because the nearby subways are underground. The hotel is not big, but the style is retro and elegant. The interior decoration is relatively new, elegant and hygienic. The room also feels larger than the description. There is also a capsule coffee machine. Because it is an old house, the sound insulation of the floor is probably not very good, but we It was already past 9pm when we arrived, and there was no noise. My son said that he seemed to hear someone talking upstairs, but it was only one or two times and then disappeared. They probably all fell asleep. Downstairs is the hotel's restaurant, which is open to domestic travelers during breakfast time and to the public at other times. In addition to a buffet breakfast, there are also several set meals that can be ordered to order, all of which are included in the room price. A hotel worth recommending!

The reception was warm and friendly, the hotel was clean and sanitary, the breakfast options were rich, and the location was very convenient. It was only a two-minute walk to the subway station and surrounding tourist attractions such as Westminster Abbey. It is highly recommended for business trips!

Top rate restaurant. Food is superb (the octopus some of the best I've ever had) and the service is a perfect mix of professionalism and understatement. The venue is gorgeous, great if you want to impress that special someone in your life.

Wow, the most amazing posh curry I've ever had. Really great food. Attentive, but not overly so, waiters. Lovely library setting. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

What a horrible experience. We were a party of 6 and quite keen to experience this place. But the timing was so terrible - lag times of 15+ min for wine refills when we had two bottles for our table nearby. One entree arrived 20 minutes before the next two, and then another 15 min passed before the last two. It was the most disjointed dining experience we've had in a long time. The butter chicken - at 70 GBP for 2 people - was a plate of bony wings in a decent sauce, but nothing to write home about. The lamb was excellent, but all else had the same basic flavors when Indian cuisine presents an extraordinary range of options from a flavor standpoint. The service was erratic, as though they have never had a party of six before. Or as if this was their opening night. Regrettably, our conversation was repeatedly interrupted as we'd wave someone down to ask for more wine, inquire why only one person had an entree, inquire if the sides of vegetables would be arriving...that it negatively impacted our evening together. Considering how many lovely Indian restaurants are in London, this was a complete wash. The space is elegant, so it's a shame to have horrible service and decent (not extraordinary) cuisine.

It’s rare to come across a restaurant that successfully manages to fuse the structure and cohesion of a high end European restaurant and the rich flavors of the East. This rarity of a restaurant is successful. If Dishoom is the SoHo of Indian restaurants, edgy and irreverent , then Cinnamon Club is the Mayfair establishment where you know you will be pampered in a luxurious environment. The food in well imagined, the flavors understated but with personality, respecting rather than overwhelming the natural juices of the meat. A must visit for those not fortunate enough to live in London, home of the best Indian food in the world.
23.10.2017 Craig
This place is amazing, absolutely amazing.

My wife and I went there for our 5th wedding anniversary and the service that we received was beyond reproach and the food itself was exquisite. We had the taster menu which seemed to go on forever but not so much that you would feel completely overwhelmed by the quantity. The courses were complementary in nature, well presented and all beautifully cooked.

It is not cheap, but then not expensive for what you receive. Remember this is not your local Indian takeaway joint. This is probably also not like what your local Indian takeaway serves (cant be sure because i don't know what your local Indian takeaway is like) but is more a modern twist on Indian food.

As a side note they presented us with a signed card from the staff and a slice of cake to help us celebrate our anniversary.

I can not rate the service or quality of The Cinnamon Club enough. An excellent meal out in London.
