Overnight stay and very comfortable. Rooms are large and have everything you need including a fridge with complimentary water. Also in room is a kettle and nespresso machine. Good selection of teas. Huge choice for breakfast which is included in the room rate, from hot food to a breakfast buffet. Hotel itself is in a good location near to Southwark Station, Waterloo so easy to get to and near tourist attractions. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent small hotel in the heart London. An easy walk to many attractions. Very friendly staff. A nice change from the big chains.

Excellent value for money. Room large and comfortable which had everything needed including a fridge with complimentary water and milk. Good selection of teas and a nexpresso machine. Room also had a ironing board, iron and a safe. Bathroom with a bath and a shower. All toiletries and a dressing gown. Breakfast very good which is included in the price. There is a breakfast buffet which had, cereal, yoghurt, meat, cheese, melon, pastries, bread for toast, cold and hot drinks plus you can order hot food. Staff are good. Hotel is located near to Southwark underground and Waterloo and blackfriars Bridge so near to tourist attractions. Would recommend staying here.

Hotel location is conviently locatted in the south bank of Thames river and near public transport. Well run operation with great English breakfast! Staff are friend. Howvwe like most English pub hotel the facilities are a bit dated neverthles it has a lot of characters. This kind of hotel is dispearring. Heard it will close soon. Lively staff and generally very helpful.

We had originally booked a stay at The Wellington Hotel, but they contacted us prior to our arrival to let us know the property was undergoing renovations. To honour our reservation, they offered us accommodation at one of their partner hotels for the same price. We chose The Mad Hatter in Southwark and it turned out to be an excellent decision.

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They shared useful tips on getting around London, suggested must-see attractions, and even recommended nearby gems like Greenwich.

Our room was spacious, clean, and cosy, exactly what you hope for after a long day exploring the city. The included breakfast was an unexpected bonus and was cooked beautifully.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Mad Hatter to anyone visiting London.

Luke was the clerk during check-in and gave us so many great tips on how to get around and great places to go based on what we wanted to see. This was our first visit to London so we never would have found some of these places without him. The location is great, breakfast was lovely, and our room is perfect. Our next trip to London will definitely include a stay here!

Just off blackfriars bridge, on the southbank. Walking around was easy to everything you wanted. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was spaciuos, all the normal stuff inside, coffee and tea complimentary. Food was good fare and the pub attached was well stocked and lively with the Students and workers from the nearby University and businesses . Surrounding area was enough eateries and pubs/bars to frequent.

One of my favourite places in London to have dinner especially at night. Amazing views of London especially St. Pauls Cathedral and of course the river Thames. The staff as always are very attentive and the food just out of this world. Yes a little bit expensive but then you pay for what you get.

Excellent service I felt like a superstar. At first when we walked in they told us to look at the menu to see if we like it but I reckon it was to see if we could afford it. After that we was showed to our table and was offered 5 star treatment. Cocktails were beautiful and the starter was excellent. The price was a lot as working class people the bill could feed us for a month. However it was worth every penny.

We went to the Oxo Restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday and we were not disappointed. The food and drink was fantastic but above all other things the service was truly 5 star. The waiters could not have been more attentive without being intrusive and they really made our evening special. If you have an occasion to celebrate go there!

I visited the Oxo Tower Brasserie with my parents.

Pros - Good service from happy people, we were look after by a guy called Nelson who did a great job. Food was very good we all enjoyed what we ordered. The kitchen produced great food, with good portion sizes very efficiently. I wish more restaurants could manage this.

Cons - It was rather noisy but saying that it had a good atmosphere. You could argue the food was expensive but it was good food. We did however feel £5.00 for a bottle of water was a bit steep and unnecessary.

I would recommend this restaurant as a great place for casual dinning.

We came here for lunch to treat my parents in law, I had looked at past reviews and was impressed by what I read. We were seated outside overlooking the Thames and North bank, it was perfect and the weather played ball.

The service was fantastic throughout and we opted for the set lunch menu's. The options were varied, the food was presented well and tasted good.

It hasn't topped my favourite restaurant experience hence the four star review, however I would recommend this place wholeheartedly.
