The hotel is relatively old and the shower is in a bathtub. After the shower, there is water on the bathroom floor. The location is okay. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. It is also very convenient.

The hotel was nice. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking gate didn’t work despite a $20 daily charge. No one cleaned the room for two days. 

The service was great. My room had an issue with the door. The staff were extremely helpful and changed our room with better view in quiet area as we needed. We liked the interior and comfort. It is close to many places to eat and hang out. Trip.com did not clarify tye parking fee which was a surprise. Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. Nice clean hotel, location is in a business district with no open local restaurants within walking distance with the exception of an Applebee's a couple of blocks away. Other than that it was a nice quiet place and would recommend to others.

Every time I come to Las Vegas, I stay here because it has all the kitchen tools you need, including an oven, microwave, and refrigerator for making breakfast and dinner. It is a very convenient apartment-style hotel.

This venue was well off the main strip an $18us uber to get there or two bus rides which were great out side the motel gates. Rooms were big and spacious as per toilets and kitchen facility. The house keeping never refilled towels at all which was unusual. Pool was great. We wud go back.

I liked the very spacious rooms with a full kitchen area, however the property is quite outdated and the hotel could use some renovation. Having said that it was OK for the price if you are travelling and need a hotel for 1 night in a quieter area of Las Vegas. Check in was really quick with a friendly staff. The one bedroom condo is pretty spacious which made it very comfortable. The Silverton ****** has really good restaurants with great service and they are very reasonable. Check out was easy. We highly recommended The Berkley.

We really enjoyed our staying at the Berkley Hotel resort. The spacious clean room, full kitchen equipments, a washer and dryer... felt like a home. The location is convenient for going anywhere and lots of free parking lots. The resort also has a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

It's a pretty standard hotel that got me in at a fair price in an emergency situation, which was very nice. It was clean and the room was sanitized. But, Cheryl the bartender made it a point to ensure I was served and comfortable despite my late arrival, and she should be commended for her customer service skills.

Close to all the places you want to go when in NOLA. There was a small issue with a package we booked with and the hotel front desk more than made up for it. Rooms were a little smaller but clean and quiet, definitely worth the money. We also had a bathtub which is nice, considering most hotels are going shower only. We will absolutely stay here again.

Our kids armbands broke while going down the waterside the first day we were there, and through our stay we noticed multiple people that have lost theirs. We stayed at "The D" for four nights in a suite on the 16th floor. The suite itself was super clean, the bed and couch were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel in a great location. However, the bathroom design could be improved — the door was hard to open, water easily leaked out during showers, and the transparent curtain made it feel less private. Still, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and modern.

If you arrive at 1:00 in the evening, call the front desk and someone will come to the designated location to pick you up; someone will also drop you off in the morning. The smoke detectors started chirping at midnight on our first  night there. Wife was grossed out after getting up in the middle of our second night there and seeing a cockroach on the bathroom wall. Our room was spacious and had a great view but quite a bit of road noise. Breakfast was good.

Great room and great location, the only thing is that on the first day we are here, they refused to provided breakfast even that we clearly have breakfast included for our reservation, and this lady server at the dining area has a very bad attitude. But the manager gets back to us and offered compensation the next day so we were satisfied overall.
