Had a great stay here. Super friendly staff and very conveniently located. The rooms are great, functional layout and the bed is SO comfy. Highly recommend
I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard in Chicago! The hotel was spotless, the location was perfect, and the overall experience was top-notch. A very special thank you to Tabitha, who went above and beyond to take care of us during our visit. She made me feel like family — warm, welcoming, and truly attentive to every detail. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality, and it made all the...
I wanted to give 5 stars for the service received by Latonya!! She made a not so great experience feel much better by her energy, warmness and overall excellent customer service.
On the other end, the rooms were just okay, but the smell of them was horrific. They had a sewage smell to them and I was later made aware that there was some issue going on with the water. The other disappointment was in...
I have nothing but good thing to say about this hotel. Excellent service, location and facilities. The pool and surrounding areas were always clean. The rooms were cleaned daily by an excellent staff. Front desk people, doorman and security all great. Chek-in and out was a breeze.
Walking distance to the River Walk, Millennium Park, Navy Pier and others are fairly close. Red Line train station only...
It's a bit noisy outside. Some of the waiters in the restaurant are very nice, but some are not so nice.
Very good, very unexpected, this price can live in such a big room. Trump is a few steps away from the hotel, and there is also a Dunkin Donut next to it.

Margaritaville was very clean, modern, and offered lots of fun amenities. Very family friendly. I loved that I can walk straight out to the beachside!
The hotel stay was ok I just didn’t like the rust stain in the bathtub and my other room had a bug crawling in the restroom
Food overpriced and not great quality
Kids gaming area not functional and long wait lines to determine points balance and redeem points
Check in process needs to be evaluated
Not a good experience this visit.
I booked with trips.com and it specifically says deluxe room with balcony vs standard room with balcony . I spoke with manager concerning this and she said show me the email or go to trips.com . I tried to pull it up but it find not and I clearly told her I paid more for the room and she said , the room I wanted was cheaper but did not honor it . She told me the price change if I changed it .. I have...
Hotel was nice. Nice location, friendly staff, amenities were so-so. The suite booked was not as impressive as what I usually am accustomed to and I don’t mean beyond expensive but it lack a suite experience to me,
We enjoyed everything. Staff were all great. Room was very nice.
The only complaint is the armbands. Our kids armbands broke while going down the waterside the first day we were there, and through our stay we noticed multiple people that have lost theirs. If you're going to charge $50 for loosing it, they need to be more durable. I find this extremely unreasonable since they obviously break very easily

They welcomed us with beer on the house which was nice because we're used to getting water bottles and cookies. The man who checked us in was professional and friendly. Everything about our two night stay was good except for a few minor things.
The first thing was that the loud music played until 2AM so if you're trying to sleep then you won't be able to. The speakers were so good we can feel the...
The rooms were okay but felt cheaply remodeled. I stayed in room 715 for three nights and would recommend choosing a different area of the hotel. It was extremely loud due to the music outside, which made it hard to sleep. On the positive side, I had one of the best steaks ever at Andiamo Steakhouse, though make sure to double-check your bill — our ribeye, porterhouse, and two beers came to $245 before...
Had such a great experience staying here for our wedding weekend. Our room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the service was great. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of great slots and a decent amount of tables. Best part is that it's in the heart of Fremont next to a stage where live bands play. This is going to be out go to hotel the next time we go back to Vegas
Upon arrival, I was disappointed by the service from the valet staff.(Asian guy with long hair above the neck) When I mentioned that we were hotel guests and needed to valet, the attendant walked away mid-conversation and then instructed me to move my car around the pillars on the right—only to park it back where I had initially pulled in, rather than in the secure parking lot across the street. The...
We stayed at "The D" for four nights in a suite on the 16th floor. The suite itself was super clean, the bed and couch were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The room has a bar with stools, a table/chair set, and triple flat screen TV's on the wall, which is cool. I thought it was a little odd that the room, especially a suite, had two refrigerators but NO microwave or in-room coffee...
Overall quite good. Enjoyed the ability to use the circa pool for free.

Good hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good amenities. Make sure you ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Rooms on the front side have constant sound of cars zooming through the highway as hotel is right next to it. Overall, pleasant experience. Shout out to Mani at the reception for being receptive to some requests.
The room was fine. The parking was non existent due to a conference being held there during our stay. I did not enjoy listening to the highway noise all night long as it was pretty loud. The staff was friendly but overall probably won’t stay here again.
If you have a wheelchair or helping one the elevators will annoy you so much because there is only one elevator for this and once you push the button it activates all elevators NOT JUST THE BIG ONE. Multiple times the small elevator came and i had to go in a send it to the top floor. Running in and out of the small elevator just to hopefully get the bigger one is super annoying. The location is super convenient—just a five-minute walk from the main station. My room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, which made check-in smooth and easy.
The hotel is in a good location, with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were friendly.
The only complaint was that they couldn’t provide a king-size bed for us, even though we paid and booked online. They explained that they had run out of king-bed rooms, so they gave us a room with twin beds instead, along with some breakfast vouchers to make up for...
Nice hotel, good location, helpful staff.
Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel in a great location. However, the bathroom design could be improved — the door was hard to open, water easily leaked out during showers, and the transparent curtain made it feel less private. Still, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and modern.
The location and service at this hotel is really wonderful. The location is close to the white house and the national mall so most things are within walking distance. Also, the service is really excellent, the best I've had in a long time since the staff anticipates your needs. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient onsite marketplace with good breakfast options. Complimentary tour of Arlington Cemetery is an excellent bonus.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. The hotel is very clean! I actually needed to extend my stay and I didn’t want to go anywhere else so I booked this hotel again. They have a mini Starbucks the first floor. Along with a little convenience store. You are going to pay a premium tho for anything in there. Keep in mind they do not offer any complimentary breakfast which for me is the only downside of...
The Hilton hotel was decent overall. They offer free parking, but it's a bit inconvenient as you have to park in an adjacent garage and then figure out your way back to the hotel. As for breakfast, it was practically non-existent. It's the most perfunctory breakfast I've ever seen in the US – basically a voucher for a single pastry and juice from the convenience store, with no options to choose from...
Good location helpfully staffs
Excellent. Only thing is the early checkout time of 10:00 when most others have an 11:00 checkout. First time at HGV and I had a most pleasant revelation
Room very clean but a bit far from the *****. Free parking right next to the hotel.

A bit out of dated facility. The downstairs is packed and busy.
The room was clean and tidy, but the environment and facilities were average. The front desk, lobby bar, and dining room were crowded together, and there were too many people sitting on the sofas, so dust was flying everywhere and it looked a bit messy. The airport shuttle was 8 minutes late, and the journey to T4, which should have taken 10 minutes, took 40 minutes, which I didn't expect. The route...
Very good location and excellent service from the staffs
The room was decent, of a good size; the breakfast was OK. The airport pick-up service was very good. If you arrive at 1:00 in the evening, call the front desk and someone will come to the designated location to pick you up; someone will also drop you off in the morning. The airport pick-up and drop-off are free. There is no kettle!
Comfortable room and very convincent to reach airport a day it save a good time.

Overall, my stay at the Courtyard Marriott has been a positive experience, and I want to give credit where it’s due.

Airport hotels should offer one thing more than anything else: convenience
The 45 min transfer from the airport in my opinion didn’t give me that considering it was past midnight and there was no traffic whatsoever. I was told twice by an operator it will be there in 5-10 minutes…Next time I’ll just uber.
I recommend calling while waiting for the luggage.
Really like the hotel, the location to the city however they need a larger parking lot. I stayed here a few years back and they didn't charge for parking however it's now $30 however I found myself parking outside of the designated parking areas and didn't feel as though the car was in a safe location. The folks inside didn't give me any hassle so that let me know it's normal. Want to end on a positive...
We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott - Logan Airport for a long weekend in late October.
Pros:
Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Restaurant, fitness room, and Mini Market available on site.
Shuttle to and from Logan Airport was excellent.
Restaurant food was great.
Cons:
Bathtub had little to no adhesives. Very dangerous.
One of the two elevators was out of order...
The room is big, clean and feels quite new
It is a 4-minute drive from Logan Base. You can take the airport shuttle for free. There is no breakfast, but you can wash and dry your clothes. The hotel is clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable.

The Belvedere Hotel was surprisingly good hotel. A good 5 minute walk to the Red Steps of Times Square. Staff was friendly.
Extremely well located, friendly staff (especially in the morning at the coffee/tea service). Will visit again!
We were upgraded to a room on the 3rd floor but the shower knob was broken and unable to turn on shower. The digital clock was not working properly and unable to change to proper time. Luckily i told the front desk and they were able to change our room right away. Otherwise the hotel was good.
The hotel being at the heart of Midtown Manhattan is stone throw away from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Madison Square, the Theater District, Central Park, port authority bus terminal, among many others. There are also lots of grocery stores and restaurants around so you won't worry about food. Staffs are helpful and when you're out of room, they do daily housekeeping, just make sure you remove...

Room was very clean, and everything was functioning well. The bar downstairs has excellent beer.
Great room and great location, the only thing is that on the first day we are here, they refused to provided breakfast even that we clearly have breakfast included for our reservation, and this lady server at the dining area has a very bad attitude. But the manager gets back to us and offered compensation the next day so we were satisfied overall.
Wonderfull stay, very kind staff but elevator barely working
The front desk staff were very helpful; they even let us check in early, even though it was early in the morning.
We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful Our room was clean well appointed and spacious. I missed having a microwave but otherwise our stay was great
The room was clean and quite spacious, with a small living room, which was very convenient. The facilities were also good, the gym was excellent, and the breakfast was decent. However, I don't know why, even though I had already paid through Ctrip, the hotel charged me again when collecting my deposit. Fortunately, I discovered the problem later, and Ctrip resolved it for me. Overall, I'm satisfied

The El Cortez is a great location. The room was perfect, and the casino and staff were excellent. I love that the whole place is 21 and over, as Vegas should be. We look forward to returning soon.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Despite staying there for the first time they made me feel like I'd been staying there many times. The facilities, design and architecture were of the old school atmosphere, but clean, well-maintained and upgraded. I was unable to go the Speigel's restaurant during my stay, but a friend of mine did and said it was great. I don't doubt it. I will stay there...
Location is slightly off the Fremont Street Experience but it is great. You can hear the music till 4am from the nearby club.
Reasonable price, location next to the downtown main street, close to the bus station.

YVE Hotel Miami is nicely located in front of Bayfront Park and just a couple of miles away from the cruise line ports. The room is however very small.
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Got a room on 6th floor with a nice side view. It is a very busy hotel, so the 2 lifts get really busy in peak hours. Very comfortable beds and good daily servicing of the rooms - good hotel overall
horrible room. horrible experience i suggest no one stay in here
Great room facing the port. Fantastic view of cruise ships coming in. Room was nicely laid out with comfortable bed. Hotel offered luggage storage and cruise port transfers.
Great location, very convenient for transport. The service was good too; the room type I booked wasn't available when I arrived, so they upgraded me. There's also free luggage storage. What a lovely efficient hotel. Restaurant was great as well. I go to West Palm for business. This will be my go to hote!

Great place to stay.
We love this place. Whenever e go to WPB, we stay here, and it never disappoints. The staff is always great, the rooms clean, and the Bistro is excellent.
Everyone was very great and it was clean place. Just only issue i had was the jacuzzi jets. They dont work properly and just make bubbles instead of being a strong jet you can use on your back. Otherwise, thank you for the stay

The hotel is good, but the smell of wet, moldy carpet is very strong. It's a problem the hotel could solve by removing the carpets! The breakfast is very good! To lessen the smell, you have to keep the air conditioning on 24 hours a day. The service is very good.
Not the most well kept place but not bad for a couple nights
The view was nice and peaceful, service was nice
This resort needs to be shutdown and renovated from head to toe. The property is horrible. I didn't actually stay there, I reserved it for a friend.
Moldy smelly roaches non working phones the toilet wouldn't flush and the lamp was missing a bulb. Dirty stained carpets stained blankets moldy smelling air-conditioning
Great location, rooms were OK.
Perfect spot to rest after a Disney park, but that's it. You gotta know that it's just a place to crash after you're doomed from being the whole day at the parks.
Good parking, and there's a pharmacy next, just in case.

Loved the room and the whole resort. I wish it would have been a longer stay. I recommend getting a top floor room.
Very dated, slimy floors outside the room, the advertised activities (movies by the pool) only happened one night, the TV barely worked and internet didn’t connect to my teens devices (which was fine with me but if it’s important for your teen then I’d try somewhere else)
The room we got was pretty good overall. Just a couple of things, like the door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. As well as the bathroom had a few ants near the sink counter.
