The room was tiny, there wasn't even enough space for two suitcases. The sink had no counter space for toiletries, and the facilities were outdated. The location, however, was decent.

It was around Thanksgiving, and the line for check-in was incredibly long. Hotel facilities in the US are pretty standard, nothing to write home about. Breakfast was free, but they still charge for tips. But then again, it's Manhattan, so the location is absolutely fantastic.

Lift is not enough, wasting too much time for waiting lift especially tush hour

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pretty good. The room size was just right for a solo traveler, and the bedding was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable sleep. All the basic amenities in the room were fully equipped, perfect for daily use.

Staff at check in was amazing. I believe God name was Noah (?)... Our initial reason for coming to Charleston was for a show at a local venue. The venue canceled at the last minute, so we came with no plans. No problem! Noah, at check in, gave me 3 or 4 options... one being Charleston Christmas Light show... and it made for a fantastic evening and weekend!

Excellent hotel we were in room 925. When the AC or heat came on the vent rattled making a loud noise. Heavy rust covers the door hinges to the bathroom which is not normal for a Marriott property.

We stayed one night. Upgraded to a better room for free. Staff are very accommodating and nice. Room was simple but has what you need. Bed was comfy!

The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming. Downstairs, the restaurant offers free coffee, tea, and drinking water in the morning, which is a great value! Even with a daily tip of 1-2 dollars, the room was cleaned thoroughly. It's truly rare to find such a good hotel in a prime Manhattan location where every inch of land is so expensive.

I stayed there for two nights. If you have business occasions near Grand Central, location is not too bad but if you expect various activities beyond business, you might have more options. 42nd-Grand Central station is 7-8 min by walk.

The room was a bit small, but its central location made it super convenient. The hairdryer wasn't very powerful. Breakfast was available downstairs, with coffee and bagels. You can also store your luggage after checking out.

Great little spot, really liked the free tours and it's quite affordable as a solo traveller.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was excellent and everything went very well and I think the management of the hotel and the stuff again for all the help we got I’ll give you 10 out of 10.

Room was in great condition. Most staff were very pleasant. Less if really busy at the desk. Parking fee was a surprise and very expensive. I was disappointed in that aspect along with a resort fee.

Due to issues at my home, I stayed here for an extended period of time and want to commend the staff on their friendliness and service. Every staff member greeted with a smile. I had some minor quibbles with the room (shower water pressure and bed pillows) but this facility provided a very nice place to stay when I needed it.

Good location. View from hotel is great. Do note there is a destination fee of USD10 per accomodation per night. This is excluded from the hotel accommodation which have to be paid.

The hotel offers a great overall atmosphere, with a private inner bay and easy access to the beach. The environment is lovely, and there are plenty of recreational facilities on the property. That said, the room was a bit small, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning, which was disappointing for a hotel at this level.

Check in process was great. Staff was kind and accommodating. Studio room was very nice with a beautiful view of the bay. The only downfall was we attempted to dine at Dockside and never was greeted by a server so we left after about 10 minutes. Menu was limited as well. Other than this dining experience we highly recommend staying here.

Awesome staff, Andre at the front desk was on top of his game. When he found out, it was our anniversary he provided a credit to be used on my dinner at the hotel. Our room was awesome overlooking the bay harbor. I definitely will return there for my next San Diego visit.

Great, fun staff! Enjoyed the pool, bar, and Halloween cruise. Only negative was the smoke alarm low battery started alerting at 6:30AM. They came very quickly and changed it out. I got back to sleep within 15 mins.

Our stay was great ! Staff were great and very helpful! Just wish they would change the check in process. Took us 45+ min I believe and we had to check in at one counter. Then go to another desk to get our room key and hear the pitch to get us to go to the 90 min timeshare meeting.

I like this resort & have stayed here often over the past 4 years. I will continue to stay when in Williamsburg & can still navigate stairs.

Nice property, room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. No trouble with parking. However, the Wyndham check-in desk personnel would not give me my room key unless I signed up for a timeshare presentation with a $60 non-refundable deposit.

Although the rooms were great- the noise was annoying! It kept us up throughout the night. Whether it was other guests, cars driving by, or random sounds- It was hard to get a good night sleeps especially with a newborn and toddler

Our room was immaculate. It was apparently refurbished and was very nice. We've stayed here for many times over the years and was sad to hear it will be closing the end of this December and is being sold. We hope the new owners keep it as a resort.

It definitely one of the best location for staying if you are going to the Disney World. It's close to Disney world as they provide shuttle busses to all parks in every hour which is very convenient and suitable for those who have various schedules, and the Disney Spring is also just next to it like 10 mins walk. Hotel was clean, the room was big. Overall, its pretty nice.

I arrived early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 7:30 a.m. I was planning to store my luggage and go straight to Magic Kingdom, but they actually let me check in early and drop my bags in the room.

I was quite surprised by the location and experience. Clean and quiet, except for the surgeons visiting, having cocktails in the lobby bar. But, they probably deserve a stress release. Excellent location in the city center

The location is excellent, and you can easily walk to anywhere. The room wasn't very spacious, but it was clean, cute, and had a great atmosphere. The courtyard and lobby were also very charming, and I would have loved to sit there all day if I had the time. However, while there was shampoo, there was no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own.

Nice place. We stayed on the 14th floor of the suites building and had a great view. Security cards needed to use the elevator which makes security a little better. The room was clean and really nice. The only downside right now is parking but they are under construction currently so that should improve when finished.

The room was great, the stay was very comfortable, and there was airport pick-up service, which was very satisfactory.

This is the second time to stay. We are still as satisfied as last time, but when we finally checked out, we were not delayed for even a minute. I guess the room was too tight. The only thing that didn't feel right was that their hotel prices fluctuated too much. Forgot to take photos and had to supplement them with photos of their surroundings.

We were double charged by the hotel even though we prepaid with CTRIP. The hotel checked us in under an old reservation they said they cancelled to our travel agent prior to our stay and made us pay for that while still keeping our money from the CTRIP prepaid reservation. The management at the hotel is dishonest and won’t refund our money even after CTRIP explained everything. Don’t stay here
