Nice spacious rooms. Friendly front desk.

Great experience as always. This is our go to for Las Vegas trips. Lots of amenities, clean and great service. Best of all, not "touristy". Mostly a locals hang out and still close enough to the Strip without being in the middle of it. Perfect.

Second stay at this hotel. Superb! Clean, welcoming, great parking, swimming pool, very safe throughout the hotel and parking, and everything nearby! Food court in the hotel's large 4-star complex with bowling and a cinema—the best! I recommend it 1000%! We'll be back as a family or as a couple!

The hotel location is good and convenient. Close to McDonald's and Starbucks. The hotel room needs more maintenance, especially the bathroom and air conditioning.

Stayed here for a business trip. The hygiene was just okay, but the breakfast buffet was decent. They offer a free airport shuttle, but the wait times are quite long.

The room was spacious, and having a McDonald's and a convenience store right next door made dining very convenient. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. This is definitely one of the more value-for-money hotels near LAX.

Clean, comfortable and very good looking room. The quality of the hotel was also very nice. It was convenient to go for a steak dinner within walking distance, walk to our venue at Antone’s for a great show and walk back to the hotel to end the night.

Pool was very cold and not very clean, the pool deck had rusted metal fragments everywhere. The beds were not comfortable, with very flat pillows and thin blankets only.

The staff at check-in was amazing, especially Ladyfair. She went above and beyond in welcoming us and ensuring we had a good overnight experience. The room was clean, as was the bathroom however we did find a wad of tissue above the bathroom door. We only stayed one night but would stay there again.

The front staff was super friendly. The guys at the restaurant were helpful with the menu options. Lots of food to choose from and the portions were huge! Starbucks is in the first floor. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The hotel was pretty good, except for the first night when they didn't have a room available. Also, after the first day when I received two bottles of water, I didn't get any more for the remaining three days and had to buy my own. I actually made those two bottles last for four nights – I guess I don't drink much water!

Stayed here for my trip to Washington. It's pretty close to Chinatown. The hotel environment is great, and it offers good value for money. The room was cleaned daily. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the main attractions.

They didn’t clear out the trash when I first check in. I enjoyed using their gym. Location is good, but there’s still a little of walk. I guess the location is a little bit awkward to get to like Logan Square or the other square. Generally, it was a good experience.

There were issues. Shades very difficult to open and close. Fire alarm sounded 3 time (false alarm) in 30 minutes.

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and took an uber instead. We learned at the desk that the shuttle operates every hour instead of every half hour as advertised.

My stay was great and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. I utilized all of the amenities and really enjoyed being able to walk around downtown and to the running trail so easily. I’d definitely return!

Clean great atmosphere. Sadly during NYE the road in front of the hotel was closed and we couldn’t get to it for valet and parking and had to park in a parking garage a block away. The room is also very small. Not a big deal but also not much bathroom privacy. It was a sliding glass door and in the right angle you could see anyone sitting on the toilet. The kitchenette at the hotel is quite practical; you can make simple meals there. It's a good choice for a short leisure break for a few days.

The room had full beds, too small for two adults. There was no bench, sofa, or anything to place suitcases. The service was excellent, the breakfast wonderful, the pool spectacular, everything clean, and the hotel's location very central, close to all the entertainment venues. The hotel itself is very nice and conveniently located, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from the bartender, Sidika . She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Where was this free breakfast located? We couldn't even get a free basic cup of coffee so we had to buy Starbucks. Staff said they only give free coffee up until a certain time and even then you had to ask for it. NOT IMPRESSED!

Spotless rooms, keurig coffee maker, part of the Des Moines skywalk system, easy and short walk to all attractions and parking ramp. We had an event at the Casey’s Event Center and all indoor walkway to event center about 10 minute walk.

Very easy check in...quick access to airport. Our only knock. They said shuttle would be 20 minutes.... was 55 minutes. (Breakfast not the greatest) Accommodations were overall good.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.

This was my second-worst experience with a hotel ever. The room wasn't clean and they didn't fully clean it (meaning the bedding mostly) after three requests to do so. Housekeeping left a queen sheet on a king bed, leftover burger and fries in the fridge, a filthy remote, residue on the bathroom counter, a white substance on the bathroom door, and smaller stains (cigarettes?) on the sheets. Horrible check in experience; we arrived at 4:00 for check -in, only to discover cars backing-up onto the street. We inched into the lot and finally my spouse hopped out and went into the lobby. There was at least 30 people in line, waiting to check in. We were only here for a sporting event at the Podium which is within walking distance. The room was clean. The view of the river was nice. The only issue was the shower did not drain that well after a few minutes.

It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good. We will stay at this hotel in the Future again.

First rate hotel with really nice dining facilities. Airport close. Rental car facility closer. Makes it convenient to get around Miami and return to a good home base while in town. Plus easy to return your rental car and get to the airport in record time. Nice for those early morning flights too. A new soccer stadium is being constructed now behind it too if you like being close to events.

The room was so-so, the paid breakfast was too expensive and not worth it at all. A very average experience... It feels like you get ripped off if you come during peak season, hahaha.

My daughter and I were very happy with our first stay at 1 Hotel. I didn’t know what true luxury hotel Stay was until now. Luxury from the valet service to the rooftop  restaurant and pool. Really enjoyed the hotel, friendly service and very clean rooms. The pools definitely need some up grade. We were mostly at the beach, the service was excellent there along with the friendly beach staff.

Awesome beach view, really calm and peaceful with pools and beach being fantastic, the beach water was warm and sand wasnt burning hot, it was clean, not alot of people in the morning or evening so those were the best times during the sunrise especially. The hotel is gorgeous, the swimming pools, cascades and the beach are beautiful. The hotel is a bit old, but everything was re-newed. The MAIN PROBLEM is the people working there (except for the restaurant, and the guys that carry the bags). NEVER SAW ONE SINGLE SMILE from anyone at the reception, and they were RUDE really often.

I was here for a convention in the meeting rooms and stages. The place seems clean. The staff is friendly. I did not stay in the hotel. But other people in the convention did, and I did not hear any complaints. The hotel has a really big pool area that sits right in front of the beach. Compared to other hotels in this price range, I think it is a good option. If you eat in the restaurants or banquets...

I don’t know what these people are talking about, but the Deauville is one of the best hotels I stayed in, and I can’t wait until they finish renovating. I hope it’s done before my birthday (May 8).See you soon

The hotel was unique and the decor was fun! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and attentive!

Service was excellent. We called for various requests to our room during our 8 night stay and they didnt hesitate to accommodate our requests. They also have a lot of cool anemities like a starbucks on the main floor, arcade, bar to relax in and a little shop for your necessities. Amazing experience, will hopefully be staying there in the future.

I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed in the jr suite. And the blanket was so skimpy, I ask for another. Also, the pool was not heated at all the night of the 24th. Completely unable to use.

Sadly they listed a shuttle service for the parks but it was not through their hotel but an outside service you have to sign up for two days in advance and their return trips were only offered at 3:45 pm and 6:45 pm, hours before the parks actually close.

The room was tiny, there wasn't even enough space for two suitcases. The sink had no counter space for toiletries, and the facilities were outdated. The location, however, was decent.

It was around Thanksgiving, and the line for check-in was incredibly long. Hotel facilities in the US are pretty standard, nothing to write home about. Breakfast was free, but they still charge for tips. But then again, it's Manhattan, so the location is absolutely fantastic.

Have stayed here many times before and it was great. This time we had a hard bed with plastic on it. Room was only ok. Totally different than the times that we have stayed here in the past.
