Sunset Station Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas1 / 30
8.7
Las Vegas, 1301 W Sunset Rd 🧭 Map
Nice spacious rooms. Friendly front desk.
Great experience as always. This is our go to for Las Vegas trips. Lots of amenities, clean and great service. Best of all, not "touristy". Mostly a locals hang out and still close enough to the Strip without being in the middle of it. Perfect.
Has plenty in the hotel. It is very south so it will take a while to drive anywhere north. Room was fine and large
Great room and space! Safe environment, just not a casino family activity available. Restaurants onsite, food court. ***** **** **** and big screens had current events and a great place to watch the game vs in your room. Comfy chairs and tables set up all through! Pool are great depending her was on duty you get outside drinks in, no Stanley or metal cups allowed at all.
Second stay at this hotel. Superb! Clean, welcoming, great parking, swimming pool, very safe throughout the hotel and parking, and everything nearby! Food court in the hotel's large 4-star complex with bowling and a cinema—the best! I recommend it 1000%! We'll be back as a family or as a couple!
Great place great customer service. Would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was quite poor. The corridor to the bedrooms were poorly presented. Would not revisit
This review based on mainly on my check-in experience and first impressions of the room. After 2 flights traveling from Shanghai to Los Angeles, including a 12-hour flight, I arrived exhausted and ready to check in. I was aware of the required USD $100 deposit and had no issue paying it. However, upon arrival I was informed that cash deposits are not accepted. This information was not stated on the...
The hotel location is good and convenient. Close to McDonald's and Starbucks. The hotel room needs more maintenance, especially the bathroom and air conditioning.
Stayed here for a business trip. The hygiene was just okay, but the breakfast buffet was decent. They offer a free airport shuttle, but the wait times are quite long.
The room was spacious, and having a McDonald's and a convenience store right next door made dining very convenient. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. This is definitely one of the more value-for-money hotels near LAX.
Room was out dated, however bed was comfortable and room size was good. No free water bottle, and shower water not so user friendly.

Clean, comfortable and very good looking room. The quality of the hotel was also very nice. It was convenient to go for a steak dinner within walking distance, walk to our venue at Antone’s for a great show and walk back to the hotel to end the night.
Pool was very cold and not very clean, the pool deck had rusted metal fragments everywhere. The beds were not comfortable, with very flat pillows and thin blankets only.
Clean room and public spaces. Jezzie at the front desk and Marcos at breakfast were awesome! They were huge positives to the stay.
Great stay. Staff was friendly, check in was no issue. Valet parking was easy with in and out service. Onsite restaurant had a good selection of food. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved it was close to the bars and restaurants
The staff at check-in was amazing, especially Ladyfair. She went above and beyond in welcoming us and ensuring we had a good overnight experience. The room was clean, as was the bathroom however we did find a wad of tissue above the bathroom door. We only stayed one night but would stay there again.
The front staff was super friendly. The guys at the restaurant were helpful with the menu options. Lots of food to choose from and the portions were huge! Starbucks is in the first floor. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located close to the convention center. The downstairs restaurant served an excellent breakfast, and the hotel's location was superb for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.
The hotel was pretty good, except for the first night when they didn't have a room available. Also, after the first day when I received two bottles of water, I didn't get any more for the remaining three days and had to buy my own. I actually made those two bottles last for four nights – I guess I don't drink much water!
Stayed here for my trip to Washington. It's pretty close to Chinatown. The hotel environment is great, and it offers good value for money. The room was cleaned daily. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the main attractions.
Pretty new hotel. Good service clean room. Location is pretty good as well. Parking is expensive
Spacious and ideally located near Chinatown, all for a great price!
They didn’t clear out the trash when I first check in. I enjoyed using their gym. Location is good, but there’s still a little of walk. I guess the location is a little bit awkward to get to like Logan Square or the other square. Generally, it was a good experience.

There were issues. Shades very difficult to open and close. Fire alarm sounded 3 time (false alarm) in 30 minutes.
We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and took an uber instead. We learned at the desk that the shuttle operates every hour instead of every half hour as advertised.
Staff at the hotel was helpful. - Good to mail out a couple letters for me. - Night restaurant was great meeting a couple late orders on arrival for dinner. - The breakfast scrambled eggs tasted like some kind of meat contamination, I left them. Fruit was good, omelette my wife had was good for her, coffee was not great black, pancakes were ok. - However, picking up arrivals at the airport terminal...
Everything was on point. The bed was so comfy. Breakfast was not so great but the rest was in good standing.
I was assigned room 330 and it was perfect. Close to the elevator. No noise issues. Clean. Spacious. Microwave, refrigerator, iron and iron board, digital alarm clock, bedside charging ports & electrical outlets, coffee, tea, robe hooks in the bathroom, hair dryer, quality bath and shower products, (Dove brand) the towels were cheap but the bed and pillows were comfortable. I wouldn’t want to stay...

Room was spotless. Great location, 3 minute walk to 6th street locations and lots of restaurants. Cool bar and pool area.
My stay was great and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. I utilized all of the amenities and really enjoyed being able to walk around downtown and to the running trail so easily. I’d definitely return!
Clean great atmosphere. Sadly during NYE the road in front of the hotel was closed and we couldn’t get to it for valet and parking and had to park in a parking garage a block away. The room is also very small. Not a big deal but also not much bathroom privacy. It was a sliding glass door and in the right angle you could see anyone sitting on the toilet. And no sound barrier if you know what I mean...
Great overall stay, but parking is $70 for the night I wish they add that into the room fee. We got back at 3am to our hotel room smelling like piss and we’re so exhausted from the show we couldn’t do anything about it— the bathroom light was having an electrical problem kept turning on and dimming like a strobe light but not as fast. The bed was so comfy and the staff were amazing. I enjoyed the shower...

Absolutely perfect stay at the Tommie. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Location is convenient to downtown and walkable to South Congress and other surrounding areas. Excellent location for Sedona. Room is very nice and sofa bed with Queen bed in good condition. Resort fee was reasonable and the price was very good even with the added resort fee. Free parking and plenty of space.

AKA Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks. Right off the bat after checking in, in front of the reception a gentleman called me that they have a “Gift” for me and very pushy for me to comit to them that I was just being polite to them that I am not interested as I already have plans. Christina was very happy and bubbly and welcoming. Greater us the moment we walked in the door. She wa she re patient with us. Explained the drinks to us and happy hour. It’s been a long time since I had a bar tender service like Christina game. And we are here from Cleveland Ohio on vacation. Thank you Christina for your awesome service. Her energy is amazing.
The room had full beds, too small for two adults. There was no bench, sofa, or anything to place suitcases. The service was excellent, the breakfast wonderful, the pool spectacular, everything clean, and the hotel's location very central, close to all the entertainment venues. Viviana's service at breakfast was very professional and courteous. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
The hotel itself is very nice and conveniently located, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from the bartender, Sidika . She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Where was this free breakfast located? We couldn't even get a free basic cup of coffee so we had to buy Starbucks. Staff said they only give free coffee up until a certain time and even then you had to ask for it. NOT IMPRESSED!
Spotless rooms, keurig coffee maker, part of the Des Moines skywalk system, easy and short walk to all attractions and parking ramp. We had an event at the Casey’s Event Center and all indoor walkway to event center about 10 minute walk.
Room was good. Really liked the bedding and pillows. Loud water/pipe noise in the early morning was the only compliant.
This was an awesome hotel! We asked to be at a higher floor and celebrating our anniversary- they had great accommodations and it was very clean
Excellent hotel to stay in for there’s Moines marathon! Half a mile from the start, very clean and very quiet.

Very easy check in...quick access to airport. Our only knock. They said shuttle would be 20 minutes.... was 55 minutes. (Breakfast not the greatest) Accommodations were overall good.
Parking was efficient and the staff were professional. The room was dated and musty smelling. Shower excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Lounge was okay with excellent food.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and attentive, the room was spotless, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was perfect, and every detail—from comfort to service—made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Would have rated an “excellent” BUT we asked for a wake-up call at 6:00 am but never got it!! Otherwise a very nice stay. Highly recommend this hotel if flying out of IAH.
Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.
Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.

This was my second-worst experience with a hotel ever. The room wasn't clean and they didn't fully clean it (meaning the bedding mostly) after three requests to do so. Housekeeping left a queen sheet on a king bed, leftover burger and fries in the fridge, a filthy remote, residue on the bathroom counter, a white substance on the bathroom door, and smaller stains (cigarettes?) on the sheets. When...
Horrible check in experience; we arrived at 4:00 for check -in, only to discover cars backing-up onto the street. We inched into the lot and finally my spouse hopped out and went into the lobby. There was at least 30 people in line, waiting to check in. It turns out there was a high school program in the area, along with a concert that night; apparently everyone decided to check in at the same time...
We were only here for a sporting event at the Podium which is within walking distance. The room was clean. The view of the river was nice. The only issue was the shower did not drain that well after a few minutes.
They offered an upgrade, we were thrilled with the room and the serve was incredible.
Spontaneous Weekend getaway for a relaxing and comfortable time. The Centennial is centrally located in a good area and is convenient for food, shopping and entertainment. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. It’s the place to stay when visiting.

My daughter and I were very happy with our first stay at 1 Hotel. I didn’t know what true luxury hotel Stay was until now. Luxury from the valet service to the rooftop restaurant and pool. The room and the room service, front desk and private beach area all get 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. Thanks everyone for your hospitality and services. I had a room with an ocean view. The location is fantastic overall loved Sunny Isles Beach, definitely visiting this place again
The hotel is gorgeous, the swimming pools, cascades and the beach are beautiful. The hotel is a bit old, but everything was re-newed. I was here for a convention in the meeting rooms and stages. The place seems clean. The staff is friendly. I did not stay in the hotel. The hotel was unique and the decor was fun! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and attentive!
Service was excellent. We called for various requests to our room during our 8 night stay and they didnt hesitate to accommodate our requests. They also have a lot of cool anemities like a starbucks on the main floor, arcade, bar to relax in and a little shop for your necessities. Amazing experience, will hopefully be staying there in the future.
I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed in the jr suite. And the blanket was so skimpy, I ask for another. Also, the pool was not heated at all the night of the 24th. Completely unable to use.
Sadly they listed a shuttle service for the parks but it was not through their hotel but an outside service you have to sign up for two days in advance and their return trips were only offered at 3:45 pm and 6:45 pm, hours before the parks actually close.

The room was tiny, there wasn't even enough space for two suitcases. The sink had no counter space for toiletries, and the facilities were outdated. The location, however, was decent.
It was around Thanksgiving, and the line for check-in was incredibly long. Hotel facilities in the US are pretty standard, nothing to write home about. Breakfast was free, but they still charge for tips. But then again, it's Manhattan, so the location is absolutely fantastic.
Lift is not enough, wasting too much time for waiting lift especially tush hour
Overall, my stay at the hotel was pretty good. The room size was just right for a solo traveler, and the bedding was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable sleep. All the basic amenities in the room were fully equipped, perfect for daily use.
I came to New York alone for Thanksgiving break as a college student. Most hotels in NYC strictly require guests to be 21 or older to check in. After searching for a long time on Trip.com, I finally found this hotel (not a hostel) that allows 18+ guests to check in by themselves. Place has potential. Units need some updating. Got asked for Id 3 times during check in. Had to go to three different counters to complete the check in. Have stayed here many times before and it was great. This time we had a hard bed with plastic on it. Room was only ok. Totally different than the times that we have stayed here in the past. We got put in a pet friendly room this time and were told that’s all they had so maybe that was the difference. Don’t want to stay again if we get put in a room like that.
There was construction being done and so being on the first floor it was a bit loud and dusty but the room was clean and the bed was comfy! Great breakfast and cappuccino machine!
We had a short stay. Location is quiet and feels safe. Beds were comfortable. Very little breakfast selections.
I loved that there were vegan options for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was not noisy and room was quiet for sleeping. Added bath mat for shower was nice. Chair comfortable. Spac not too crowded.
