It was nice location close to little Italy and the harbor room was clean and nice staff

We stayed there one night and didn’t have blankets. It was raining and really cold. After we got to the room we realized there’s no blankets so I called reception and they told me I needed to go back and get some. Why didn’t they mentioned that to me when I checked in? SMH then the blankets we got were so old and not comfortable at all.

Great stay, value price and close to everything we needed. We will stay again.

The room had full beds, too small for two adults. There was no bench, sofa, or anything to place suitcases. The service was excellent, the breakfast wonderful, the pool spectacular, everything clean, and the hotel's location very central, close to all the entertainment venues. Where was this free breakfast located? We couldn't even get a free basic cup of coffee so we had to buy Starbucks. Staff said they only give free coffee up until a certain time and even then you had to ask for it. NOT IMPRESSED!

Spotless rooms, keurig coffee maker, part of the Des Moines skywalk system, easy and short walk to all attractions and parking ramp. We had an event at the Casey’s Event Center and all indoor walkway to event center about 10 minute walk.

Room was good. Really liked the bedding and pillows. Loud water/pipe noise in the early morning was the only compliant.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.

This was my second-worst experience with a hotel ever. The room wasn't clean and they didn't fully clean it (meaning the bedding mostly) after three requests to do so. We were only here for a sporting event at the Podium which is within walking distance. The room was clean. The view of the river was nice. The only issue was the shower did not drain that well after a few minutes.

First rate hotel with really nice dining facilities. Airport close. Rental car facility closer. Makes it convenient to get around Miami and return to a good home base while in town. Plus easy to return your rental car and get to the airport in record time. Nice for those early morning flights too. Loved the location of this hotel. The entire space is a really modern cute vibe and clean. The bar by the lobby was a cute spot to hang out before heading out. Our room was really comfy, had black out curtains and sound machine. I couldn’t ask for more.

Great location! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is excellent. My only reason for not making this an exception stay is the sound. The walls are so thin that you can hear someone cough, laugh, snore and all sounds from the rooms besides you. I noticed this at another Aloft brand as well.

The hotel is relatively old and the shower is in a bathtub. After the shower, there is water on the bathroom floor. The location is okay. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. It is also very convenient.

Staff was super friendly. I was able to check-in early which was helpful. The studio I stayed in was great - very spacious and had a full kitchen.

Have stayed here many times before and it was great. This time we had a hard bed with plastic on it. Room was only ok. Totally different than the times that we have stayed here in the past. The hotel was nice. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking gate didn’t work despite a $20 daily charge. No one cleaned the room for two days. 

The service was great. My room had an issue with the door. The staff were extremely helpful and changed our room with better view in quiet area as we needed. We liked the interior and comfort. It is close to many places to eat and hang out. Trip.com did not clarify tye parking fee which was a surprise. Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. Great Waterpark and they have nice rooms although kinda old but they replenished towels each day and made our bed each day. But no microwave in our room, we had to ask for one. Close to lots of tourist spots. But kinda far from Disney world. Breakfast was expensive! Though. They charge extra for amenities and parking.

I liked the very spacious rooms with a full kitchen area, however the property is quite outdated and the hotel could use some renovation. Having said that it was OK for the price if you are travelling and need a hotel for 1 night in a quieter area of Las Vegas. There's also a ****** just opposite and free parking which was a big advantage.

Check in was really quick with a friendly staff. The one bedroom condo is pretty spacious which made it very comfortable. The Silverton ****** has really good restaurants with great service and they are very reasonable. Check out was easy. We highly recommended The Berkley.

We really enjoyed our staying at the Berkley Hotel resort. The spacious clean room, full kitchen equipments, a washer and dryer... felt like a home. The location is convenient for going anywhere and lots of free parking lots. The resort also has a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Close to all the places you want to go when in NOLA. There was a small issue with a package we booked with and the hotel front desk more than made up for it. Rooms were a little smaller but clean and quiet, definitely worth the money. We also had a bathtub which is nice, considering most hotels are going shower only. We will absolutely stay here again.
