The hotel was very clean and conveniently located close to the convention center. The downstairs restaurant served an excellent breakfast, and the hotel's location was superb for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

The hotel was pretty good, except for the first night when they didn't have a room available. Also, after the first day when I received two bottles of water, I didn't get any more for the remaining three days and had to buy my own. I actually made those two bottles last for four nights – I guess I don't drink much water!

Stayed here for my trip to Washington. It's pretty close to Chinatown. The hotel environment is great, and it offers good value for money. The room was cleaned daily. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the main attractions.

They didn’t clear out the trash when I first check in. I enjoyed using their gym. Location is good, but there’s still a little of walk. I guess the location is a little bit awkward to get to like Logan Square or the other square. Generally, it was a good experience.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.  The parking lot is a bit sketchy though.

The room was clean, and the location was superb – right by the Aerospace Museum and very convenient for the airport. It was also incredibly easy to find. Highly satisfied.

The hotel is dated with some renovation needed. The room was decent and for location convenient reason is the only reason that I stay in it.

This is a pretty good hotel. It's extremely close to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, just a few minutes' walk away. The only downside is that dining options in the immediate vicinity are very limited, with just a Starbucks (which is fine for breakfast) and a McDonald's right next door.

We had a beautiful Suite. Rebecca was friendly when we checked in and upgraded us to a suite. Mike the doorman was very helpful when we were leaving.

The courtyard portion of the hotel is dated as compared to the tower portion. The breakfast buffet was good and the wait staff was very attentive. As being unfamiliar with the requirement of using streaming services to watch the tv was a pain.

They have a private hot tub and sauna on the spa floor that’s so relaxing. The workers were all really nice and sweet, hooked us up w amazing food at infusion. The pool was closed but we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and shower felt nice.

Great value for a family trip. Best in warm weather for visiting Washington Park Beach and Indiana Dunes, with plenty of local favorites nearby. (I would recommend the Spa Tower over the slightly older BC Tower. The BC Tower has a casino, so there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the entrance, but the non-smoking guest floors were fine.)

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. When staying in a ****** you never know. The room was in the Blue tower closest to the pool and ****** not the spa towers. The room wasn't as nice as the spa tower but still a nice room. Great restaurant choices inside the hotel.

Everything went perfectly; we were in group of 8; 4 different rooms, all on same floor. The hotel was very nice, had great live entertainment. Every service staff we met was friendly & professional and I love, Love, LOVED the pool & hot tubs area… it was perfect!

The pillows are absolutely AWFUL. Im not sure why a microwave was not in my room. The check in is a BREEZE at the kiosk. Great times. Ill stay again. Just bring my own pillow.

Amazing service supper friendly and cleanness was great slides were fun for the kids and some adults went on too. The pool is a good size and the water is warm so perfect for kids there is a lot of options for breakfast and it’s delicious and not to mention it’s like a 7 minute walk to Disneyland Second time going here and will continue to come more.

Great family friendly accommodation. Short walk to Toy Story Parking Lot to get Disneyland shuttle (which leave frequently) Pools were awesome..warm in winter and kids loved water slides. The smoke detectors started chirping at midnight on our first  night there. Wife was grossed out after getting up in the middle of our second night there and seeing a cockroach on the bathroom wall. Our room was spacious and had a great view but quite a bit of road noise. Breakfast was good.

Ver clean and comfortable. The only issue is that they don't know how Disney transportation works. I paid for it and it wasn't needed. Thanks to a person we met that let us know where to take the bus. Also, breakfast is always the same.

The hotel is right by Disneyland which is amazing. They also have a free shuttle. But be warned, the hotel is massive and very confusing to navigate. There are about 6 different wings and the signs could be better labeled. But the rooms are massive.

The front desk's mistake prevented us from opening our room door. The hotel is very maze-like; it took a long walk to find our room. The hallways were also dimly lit and quiet, making it a little scary to walk alone.

There was trash left in the room by the previous guest. Other than that there were no particular issues.

This place has a great view👍, and you can see the Disney fireworks very clearly. The room is a little old, but the service attitude is very good. The first time we stayed in a noisy house next to the function room, we communicated with the front desk and they immediately changed our room. Thank you very much🥹

There were dead cockroaches in the bathtub. The room was not cleaned every day during the three-day stay.

Room was clean. The bistro in house was way too expensive for for what they had. Couldn't get a simple decaf coffee. We ate at local diners...Metro Diner was outstanding for breakfast.

All good with the roons as always, but they start charge to park, beside the expensive room that we already pay. I just thing that is low season and they never charge me to park.

There is no ocean view. However, we had a villa with a pond view. At our own kitchen, so we did not need to use the hotel's restaurant. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my stay.

when I booked it stated that all taxes and fees were included, what you see is what you pay. When I checked in, I was told a $20 dollar a day parking charge would be added to my card. When I checked out, there was also a $2.60 per day parking tax added - total of $67.80 for parking which I was not made aware of when I booked. Stayed here for a business trip. The hygiene was just okay, but the breakfast buffet was decent. They offer a free airport shuttle, but the wait times are quite long.

Clean, comfortable and very good looking room. The quality of the hotel was also very nice. It was convenient to go for a steak dinner within walking distance, walk to our venue at Antone’s for a great show and walk back to the hotel to end the night.

Pool was very cold and not very clean, the pool deck had rusted metal fragments everywhere. The beds were not comfortable, with very flat pillows and thin blankets only.

The staff at check-in was amazing, especially Ladyfair. She went above and beyond in welcoming us and ensuring we had a good overnight experience. The room was clean, as was the bathroom however we did find a wad of tissue above the bathroom door. We only stayed one night but would stay there again.

The front staff was super friendly. The guys at the restaurant were helpful with the menu options. Lots of food to choose from and the portions were huge! Starbucks is in the first floor. Check in and check out was a breeze.

My stay was great and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. I utilized all of the amenities and really enjoyed being able to walk around downtown and to the running trail so easily. I’d definitely return!

Clean great atmosphere. Sadly during NYE the road in front of the hotel was closed and we couldn’t get to it for valet and parking and had to park in a parking garage a block away. The room is also very small. Not a big deal but also not much bathroom privacy. It was a sliding glass door and in the right angle you could see anyone sitting on the toilet. The kitchenette at the hotel is quite practical; you can make simple meals there. It's a good choice for a short leisure break for a few days.
