Everything was great and relaxed. Very good rooms, nice and clean. Easy access to the area too.

My family had a lovely time at this resort. It has been renovated beautifully since I was last there. We enjoyed the unit, relaxed & lots of family time for Thanksgiving weekend. The staff was friendly. We hope to come back back and enjoy the pool & other amenities in the summer.

Service was good. Room was nice size, clean and well appointed. The only problem I had was the shower/bathtub. The water pressure was not very good and the shower curtain was not big enough to close up while showering. Other than that it was a lovely room and bathroom.

I booked a 3-night stay at Sam's Town Hotel and Casino and my experience there was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Good centralized location, rooms were clean, close walking to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Kids liked the pool, but that room could use a little sound deadening material in there. The echo is a lot if there are a handful of kids in there. Renz in the lounge was very hospitable.

Very practical location and we loved the free parking option! They are very strict to the check in time but the room was absolutely spotless and we received a few discount coupons to use in the food stores near their lobby.

A lot of the reviews of this hotel are not good yet we stayed last month and had a pleasant stay. Rooms were warm and spacious and quiet. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was good and punctual. Overall it was good since it’s next to the park entrance. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Room was not ready at 4pm, so the staff gave us some hotel credits to spend. Only a few rides were open for early park entry so the benefit was not as good as Legoland Japan. First morning, the breakfast had more than an hour wait. No line the second morning.

Wonderful experience even at 71 yrs old! I Love LEGO and it was so much fun! Electric cart rental was reasonable @ $80/day and friendly team members every where. Food was good and fairly reasonable. Note: they will slow down the Submarine ride so you can safely get on and off.

For the price as expensive as a 5 stars hotel, I was a bit disappointed. The room is a bit dated but kids probably don’t mind that much. Food and restaurants are just average. But the location is unbeatable, less than a min walk to Legoland from the hotel. The only reason staying this hotel is for Legoland, so I can’t mind too much. Overall 3.5 out of 5.

This is a pretty good hotel. It's extremely close to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, just a few minutes' walk away. The room was dirty. There was no bell service and no concierge. While the Times Square location is acceptable, it definitely didn't live up to the usual W Hotel standard.

The room was in a fantastic location with a great ambiance. However, the service definitely needs some improvement. I had pre-paid for breakfast, but wasn't given any vouchers during check-in. The next morning, I had to make two trips back and forth to the ground floor for breakfast because I didn't have a voucher. This made for a rather inconvenient and frustrating experience.

Great value for a family trip. Best in warm weather for visiting Washington Park Beach and Indiana Dunes, with plenty of local favorites nearby. The hotel is right by Disneyland which is amazing. They also have a free shuttle. But be warned, the hotel is massive and very confusing to navigate. There are about 6 different wings and the signs could be better labeled. But the rooms are massive.

The front desk's mistake prevented us from opening our room door. The hotel is very maze-like; it took a long walk to find our room. The hallways were also dimly lit and quiet, making it a little scary to walk alone.

There is no ocean view. However, we had a villa with a pond view. At our own kitchen, so we did not need to use the hotel's restaurant. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my stay.

when I booked it stated that all taxes and fees were included, what you see is what you pay. When I checked in, I was told a $20 dollar a day parking charge would be added to my card.
