Kissimmee, 5000 Avenue Of The Stars 🧭 Map
Everything was great and relaxed. Very good rooms, nice and clean. Easy access to the area too.
My family had a lovely time at this resort. It has been renovated beautifully since I was last there. We enjoyed the unit, relaxed & lots of family time for Thanksgiving weekend. The staff was friendly. We hope to come back back and enjoy the pool & other amenities in the summer.
I would have loved a better view from the room. But Everything else was amazing! Will definitely make plans to stay again.
The room was extremely nice. It was a split room. One side had one room with two beds. Bathroom had a jetted tub with a smaller kitchen. The master bedroom had a king size bed with a soaking tub. The tub wouldn't drain, but they sent maintenance over quickly. I mentioned that the master bathroom shower gel was out and maintenance actually called house keeping for me! When housekeeping showed up I showed...
I rarely say this.. This place didn’t disappoint me. It was actually a great stay.. dispite the place and and the condo being outdated, it was a great stay. Would stay here again..
Very nice resort. Neighbors were a little loud most days.

Service was good. Room was nice size, clean and well appointed. The only problem I had was the shower/bathtub. The water pressure was not very good and the shower curtain was not big enough to close up while showering. Other than that it was a lovely room and bathroom.
Location was good and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. HOWEVER, the TV controller did not work very well (wouldn't respond to buttons till many pushes), worst tasting in-room coffee ever, couldn't turn on the bedside lamp without also turning on the over bed light, no ice in the ice machine for all 3 days we were there, no buffet, limited eating options. We won't be back.
I booked a 3-night stay at Sam's Town Hotel and Casino and my experience there was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The shower was huge although I had to look up how to turn on the shower head (Tip: Turn on the shower and pull the spout down at the end of the tub faucet). It would've been nice if the rooms had a microwave and I would've liked more restaurant...
Hotel was very clean. Employees friendly and service was very good. We ate at Smokey Joe's and it was very good. Casino was clean and waitresses very good. Room was guge.
Everything was great until we went in the room and seen blood on the sheets and the air would not work all night, kept cutting in and out and very warm in room😩😩😩
Well, I only stayed for 1 night due the bad weather but I booked for 3 nights. The stay was great. The room and bathroom was neat a clean with a lot of space. Clerk was very nice

Was over charged. Charged my card on 12/15 for $200.99 and again on 12/27 $186.39. Called several times to get resolved and keep getting cut off.
The location was excellent. WE were across the street from the arena and two blocks from riverwalk
We checked in at 4 and the room wasn’t ready so they put us in another room lower level and the view was horrible. We specifically booked a city view for just that and they put us infront of a giant parking garage. They moved us to a pool view. Room was uncomfortable and lacking the Hilton flare we are used to. Dining options were limited and very over priced for what it was. Best thing was the Starbucks...
Good ambiance, prime location, however service is so so.
Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms and hotel were clean. Location was a plus for a weekend excursion.
Would stay there again.
Very good location in downtown Tampa. Room was spacious and clean but a bit noisy.

Superior service by Renz in the concierge lounge Very attentive, personable, and represents the property very well Great work !!
Our experience with Renz was amazing! We went to the lounge every morning and he knew my husband likes strawberries- even though not out one morning, he brought him a small bowl. He is friendly and so very helpful- looked forward to see him every morning.
Desi in the concierge lounge was so sweet and hospitable, very friends. We spoke about our backgrounds. She’s from one of the most gorgeous places on earth, (just like her, inside and out) Indonesia. (Bali of all places). I wanted to tip her, but she mentioned that they no longer put the tip jar out because of a complaint. I cannot believe that anyone would complain about a tip jar (how rude and selfish...
Room choice was flexible, staff was courteous and proactive, very comfortable and family friendly, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.
I stayed at this location for four nights and was really pleased with the beautiful sunset views from the 20th floor. The hotel was quiet, the front desk staff (Cherry in particular) shared suggestions about the area and places to visit. The gentleman in the elite lounge, Renz, told me he has worked for the property for 21 years and was so warm and positive, too. Breakfast vouchers were provided for...
Good centralized location, rooms were clean, close walking to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Kids liked the pool, but that room could use a little sound deadening material in there. The echo is a lot if there are a handful of kids in there. Renz in the lounge was very hospitable.

Very practical location and we loved the free parking option! They are very strict to the check in time but the room was absolutely spotless and we received a few discount coupons to use in the food stores near their lobby.
Fortunately, it was for convenience.
Really good and attention at front desk incredible !!
I stay here every time I come. It's very good.
I thought it was just average at first, but later I found that this hotel is considered a good hotel in the United States. The sanitary environment is good, and the air conditioning is not noisy. Overall it is good.
Overall it's OK, the breakfast is a bit bad... the price is too high...

Stayed here because of my conference and this place is very value for money! Love the L-shape sofa and desk but the bed is too soft for me. Breakfast is wonderful and nice staff! Will stay again.
It’s a convinient hotel to stay. It’s plus 1km from arisney park. The hotel is nearby to great restaurants and bars. The only drawback is the fitness center.
Great breakfast and nice people. It will be even better if they have a laundry room.
Staff were lovely & very helpful to our giant group of dancers & families. Breakfast each morning was delicious.
Housekeeping remade the 2 beds in the room, but stripped and left sheets on top of the pull out sofa bed, which I thought was odd given it was obvious someone was sleeping in it!

Great location to stay for visiting Disneyland
The story is of customer service: I think of them as our hotel family.
I have stayed at many hotels in the Anaheim resort. Always a bit more expensive but to note all hotels are pricey there in the area.
I have found that hotels which seem a good deal are that way for a bad reason.
I try to balance cost with experience and I value a few things at this Hyatt Place.

I booked the Four Points by LAX because of the very low price for two nights and the airport shuttle to and from LAX. Although the rooms are rather dated and are nothing special, I felt as if the property was very decent overall for the price! I absolutely loved how it was right across the street from the Budget rental car lot as I was able to easily rent a car for the day to drive to and from Universal...
Overall a pleasant stay at Four Points LAX - I got a great deal on the stay for my dates which is why I booked it despite reading the generally negative reviews. Honestly, this is a perfectly fine property. The whole building, but especially the guest rooms, are clearly dated but mine was clean and reasonably spacious as far as hotel rooms come.
Location is definitely not going to suit everyone. My...
Nice hotel very close to the airport I recommend this place and I will come back one day.
Overall pleasant stay, great value for money in the area, if you’re prepared for a somewhat dated property. Staff were fantastic. Unfortunately no more airport shuttle service as of Feb 2025. Is about a 30 mins walk to the terminals or you can catch 2 buses for about the same amount of time. Will be much better when the full alignment of the K line opens which should be very soon, which will allow...
I had a very nice stay. I had 24hr hot water in my room from the coffee maker which i liked a lot. The service was very good, too
A lot of the reviews of this hotel are not good yet we stayed last month and had a pleasant stay. Rooms were warm and spacious and quiet. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was good and punctual. Special mention must go to Jose` who works at the bar in the evenings. What a nice guy. Excellent service and always had a smile on his face. A gentleman indeed. Thank you.

Third year at LEGOLAND for spring break—and a few standout shoutouts: Rez at Mini’s Lounge is top-notch. Great cocktails, even better conversation. He remembered my drink and hooked us up with awesome local tips. Do not skip an afternoon stop here. Stephen at Dragon’s Den (Castle Hotel) deserves a callout too—his take on a mule is a little different and just as good. Plus, great company. And don...
It was fun and my kids love it!!! We were able to get on all the rides!!!
Overall it was good since it’s next to the park entrance. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Room was not ready at 4pm, so the staff gave us some hotel credits to spend. Only a few rides were open for early park entry so the benefit was not as good as Legoland Japan. First morning, the breakfast had more than an hour wait. No line the second morning.
The LEGO atmosphere is strong and emotionally engaging, which kids love, and there are many hidden features to explore. The rooms aren't large, but they're adequate. The breakfast selection is extensive and the taste is decent, but advance reservations are necessary, otherwise you'll be reprimanded. There's only one person at the front desk, and it gets very busy during peak hours; most issues need...
Wonderful experience even at 71 yrs old! I Love LEGO and it was so much fun! Electric cart rental was reasonable @ $80/day and friendly team members every where. Food was good and fairly reasonable. Note: they will slow down the Submarine ride so you can safely get on and off.
For the price as expensive as a 5 stars hotel, I was a bit disappointed. The room is a bit dated but kids probably don’t mind that much. Food and restaurants are just average. But the location is unbeatable, less than a min walk to Legoland from the hotel. The only reason staying this hotel is for Legoland, so I can’t mind too much. Overall 3.5 out of 5.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. The parking lot is a bit sketchy though.
The room was clean, and the location was superb – right by the Aerospace Museum and very convenient for the airport. It was also incredibly easy to find. Highly satisfied.
The hotel is dated with some renovation needed. The room was decent and for location convenient reason is the only reason that I stay in it.
This is a pretty good hotel. It's extremely close to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, just a few minutes' walk away. The only downside is that dining options in the immediate vicinity are very limited, with just a Starbucks (which is fine for breakfast) and a McDonald's right next door.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite the U.S. Department of Education. It's just a 5-minute walk to the National Air and Space Museum, 3 minutes to the National Museum of the American Indian, 8 minutes to Capitol Hill, and 10 minutes to the National Museum of Natural History. The parking fee is a bit steep, at $59/day for unlimited in-and-out access to the underground garage. Breakfast...

Didn’t stay at the hotel. It’s a pity. Will try to book again.
Excellent location, very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. However, service was practically non-existent; the front desk staff were consistently aloof and unhelpful. We stayed here over a weekend in the summer. We arrived a couple of hours early , but even by 4pm our room was still not ready, which was frustrating. The room was dirty. There was no bell service and no concierge. While the Times Square location is acceptable, it definitely didn't live up to the usual W Hotel standard.
The room was in a fantastic location with a great ambiance. However, the service definitely needs some improvement. I had pre-paid for breakfast, but wasn't given any vouchers during check-in. The next morning, I had to make two trips back and forth to the ground floor for breakfast because I didn't have a voucher. This made for a rather inconvenient and frustrating experience.

They have a private hot tub and sauna on the spa floor that’s so relaxing. The workers were all really nice and sweet, hooked us up w amazing food at infusion. The pool was closed but we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and shower felt nice.
Great value for a family trip. Best in warm weather for visiting Washington Park Beach and Indiana Dunes, with plenty of local favorites nearby.
(I would recommend the Spa Tower over the slightly older BC Tower. The BC Tower has a casino, so there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the entrance, but the non-smoking guest floors were fine.)
I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. When staying in a ****** you never know. The room was in the Blue tower closest to the pool and ****** not the spa towers. The room wasn't as nice as the spa tower but still a nice room. Great restaurant choices inside the hotel.

The hotel is right by Disneyland which is amazing. They also have a free shuttle. But be warned, the hotel is massive and very confusing to navigate. There are about 6 different wings and the signs could be better labeled. But the rooms are massive.
The front desk's mistake prevented us from opening our room door. The hotel is very maze-like; it took a long walk to find our room. The hallways were also dimly lit and quiet, making it a little scary to walk alone.
There was trash left in the room by the previous guest.
Other than that there were no particular issues.
totally is good. but not great
This place has a great view👍, and you can see the Disney fireworks very clearly. The room is a little old, but the service attitude is very good. The first time we stayed in a noisy house next to the function room, we communicated with the front desk and they immediately changed our room. Thank you very much🥹

All good with the roons as always, but they start charge to park, beside the expensive room that we already pay. I just thing that is low season and they never charge me to park.
There is no ocean view. However, we had a villa with a pond view. At our own kitchen, so we did not need to use the hotel's restaurant. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my stay.
Great location, clean and safe. Close to shopping and dining
when I booked it stated that all taxes and fees were included, what you see is what you pay. When I checked in, I was told a $20 dollar a day parking charge would be added to my card. When I checked out, there was also a $2.60 per day parking tax added - total of $67.80 for parking which I was not made aware of when I booked.
