Boise, 2900 W. Chinden Boulevard 🧭 Map
From the front desk to the complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning our stay was wonderful
From check in to check out - our stay surpassed all other stays im the best, most positive way. Spencer, the manager and the staff were exceptional. Riverside Hotel is a 10/10 in all areas.
Room was very clean. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was not very good.
The staff were extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and spacious.
Only complaint was the noise/parking on Friday night. Our room happened to be close to an event space so there was a ton of noise Friday evening. The event attendees took up all the parking so we had to park all the way at Timbuktu and trek back to the hotel.
We've stayed at the hotel many times. Our only complaint is the TV pixilates and is difficult to watch. We're not in the room much, but in the evening when we come back it's nice to turn on the TV and watch some news or sports event. It's annoying that it pixilates constantly.
Rooms are clean, comfortable and big. Love the facility amenities and location. Staff are always amazing! The pool and splash pad are our favorite!

Our group recently enjoyed a fantastic trip to New York City, and we stayed at The Gallivant Times Square. This hotel was an excellent choice for our students, teachers, and parents, providing a comfortable and convenient base for our adventures. Our trip to New York City was a huge success, and our stay at The Gallivant Times Square contributed significantly to that experience. The combination of...
I was traveling solo and became very sick during my trip in NYC. Luckily, many hotel staff members helped me and kindly gave me hot tea. I am truly grateful for their support and kindness.
You can see that the room has been around for a while, but it’s been taken care of properly. It was tidy, fresh, and didn’t have that worn-out feeling some older places do. It felt looked after, which made a big difference.
Great location, very convenient for shopping, close to Times Square, right next to Broadway, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the service was good! 👍
Great location for Broadway musicals, and food options Good customer service, and housecleaning is proactive. But Wi-Fi is very slow.
The only upside was its proximity to Times Square.

This is best hotel i ever lived in Manhattan. this is good place to live, 5 mint walk to time square. Lady at reception area, behaviour is not good. i arrived at hotel little early 11 AM and check in time 3. i told her i took 12 hour flight, give me room early she said at 3 and then after one hour i told her. she again said check in time is 3. after few mints i go to other counter to male, he immediately...
While the hotel seemed alright on the surface, the overall experience was terrible. It's located right by the road, and at night, it functions as a major garbage collection point, with garbage trucks rumbling loudly all night long. Initially, I couldn't identify the noise, so I called the front desk. They informed me it was garbage trucks and that they couldn't do anything about it. It was already...
The location is excellent for tourists, and the room was very clean. The AC unit was a bit loud, but I had earplugs, so it didn't disturb my sleep at all. Snacks and drinks in the lobby were reasonably priced, a welcome change from the rip-off prices often found at shops outside. Breakfast was quite disappointing, especially compared to the Hilton Garden Inn on Queen Street I stayed at before, which...
The location is very nice, right in the center of Times Square. Subway stations are within a 3-minute walking distance.

Good and average service with complimentary bus to universal studio.
The location is great. The room was dusty and I requested cleaning, but no one responded. The AC is old, fluctuates between too hot and too cold, and I can’t adjust the fan. Also, the hot water at night isn’t warm enough.
This hotel will be our go to when staying in Orlando for the night when we don’t want to drive an hour and half to get home. We chose to stay on a high floor and it was really cool looking out over the at night with all the lights!
Everything is perfect
Just 5 min to drive for universal

I've been here so many visits it shows how much im in love with this place....it seriously feels like a home type environment....its the fireplace for me and it warms up the living room....and to have a washer and dryer makes it more of a comfort zone!!!!
Nice rooms and Jacoby bath tub was great pool and hot tub was closed and was not toled when making the reservation so I was greatly disappointed.
I absolutely loved staying here. The environment is very quiet and peaceful, the room is spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bedding was very clean.
I’ve stayed at many budget hotels in different places, and this one is by far the most satisfying. It truly offers great value for the price. I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I’m in the area.
Hotel staff was great. The room was clean. It had all the amenities that you needed for your room suite. The downside was the pollen hot tub was under construction and that was not disclosed prior to booking the room. They did have shuttle services to the las vegas strip, but the last shuttle ran at 8pm. Overall, it was a nice room for the price.
Room was clean and location quiet, but amenities are misrepresented from sister location and the hot tub was out of service. Staff provided excellent service to us.

It was nice location close to little Italy and the harbor room was clean and nice staff
We stayed there one night and didn’t have blankets. It was raining and really cold. After we got to the room we realized there’s no blankets so I called reception and they told me I needed to go back and get some. Why didn’t they mentioned that to me when I checked in? SMH then the blankets we got were so old and not comfortable at all.
Great stay, value price and close to everything we needed. We will stay again.

Rooms are typically clean. Breakfast can be hit or miss, but the last few times we stayed it’s been good. Hubby loves their wings on the dinner menu.
Great service, clean and comfortable rooms! Restaurant/bar areas are very nice.
Every thing was great, except the breakfast was not refreshed so go to breakfast early
The staff was extremely helpful and gracious, the breakfast is very worthwhile, and the bar is still an amazing space. You can tell this place was built to be top notch.
That said, this hotel used to be THE hotel in Springfield outside of the downtown area. Visiting it now, it's in need of a remodel. The common areas are nice enough, but the elevators are run down, escalators are broken, and there...

Service was good, staff was nice.
Although the Wi-Fi did not work on the first day due to a power outage caused by a nearby fire, the rest of the stay was comfortable. The location was great and the room was spacious.
Hotel was run down and had to pay extra for early check in and a cot. Location was great to get to TD Garden.
Overall clean, a little noisy, the hotel is old
This property is well located near public transport, Mass General Hospital, good restaurants and a Whole Foods which we found helpful. Boston Commons and the Freedom Trail are within walking distance. The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming, with clean, spacious rooms that made for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, cafes, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The front desk service was quite average; after some communication, they gave us a low-floor room with a balcony facing the main entrance. However, the cleaning staff was very nice. The hotel facilities are a bit old.
Graduating from Vanderbilt a few years ago, I'd say the price isn't particularly expensive or cheap; it's pretty standard for the area, making this hotel a good value overall. Parking isn't free and costs an additional $35. There is a way to save money, though: you can park across the street at the park and walk back.
Holiday inn Nashville-Vanderbilt was conveniently located and the shuttle service to down town was very nice. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
Good value for the price. Airconditioner is noisy though :)

The hotel's location is excellent, and the interior environment is quite good for a hotel in old Manhattan. It will definitely be my first choice for future business trips.
Super close to the unmissable attractions (up to 30mins away) and subway stations. So consider it if you have few days in the city. My room had a nice view to Empire State, which was a plus. The furniture looks old, but nothing was broken or is ugly. Daily room service. Staff was polite and nice.

The location is fantastic! It's very close to Times Square and Broadway, with a subway station right outside. Macy's and plenty of dining options are also nearby.
The hotel's location is good, with plenty of delicious food and great Asian restaurants nearby. Although the room is a bit small, it's sufficient for three people. Parking is quite difficult because the area is very congested, but then again, Manhattan traffic is always like this, it would be strange if it wasn't! 😂 Overall, it's pretty good.

It was a decent place to stay, good location a bit outside the city but not far, and clean. But not exciting or desirable for much other than for sleeping. The pool is small. But the gym is quiet and sufficiently equipped.
The first room I checked into had an air conditioner that was as loud as an airplane engine. There was also no phone in the room, so I had to walk to the front desk to report it, and then they arranged a room change. The second room they gave me was clearly much smaller than the one I originally booked, but since I had a child with me and four suitcases, I didn’t bother asking for another change. The...

From walking into the hotel everyone was very nice, our room is beautiful, comfortable and clean, we just booked this hotel again
We stayed here three nights and just about froze every time we entered the hallway to our room. I mentioned to the front desk that it was extremely cold in the hall and she just laughed. I must say the location is ideal as within walking minutes to subway and airport bus. Generally ok with hotel service standards, recommended for short stays in NYC.
The location is really convenient! There are plenty of restaurants nearby, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The subway is right around the corner, with multiple lines accessible. Times Square is also just a few hundred meters away. However, I'm not sure why they charged a $20 deposit that was never refunded.
For Manhattan, this hotel is in a decent location and it's convenient for getting around.
Stayed here many times and it’s a great hotel in a fantastic location. Ran into an extremely rude front desk staff member though who kept hanging up on my calls to the front desk. I understand it gets busy but no response for over an hour is a safety issue.
Super convenient location because we were in the city mainly for a Broadway show just two blocks away, and proximity to the Port Authority bus stop was also a huge plus. Only question mark would be how housekeeping didn’t come in to clear our garbage even though we were there for two nights and having it piled up wasn’t pleasant. Wonderful place to stay while we are in town for work! Cozy, quiet.. just needs breakfast option that isn’t a buffet.
My room...needed a NEW BATHTUB. Tub...rusted all over the bottom. I did not take a shower or bath in it....due to its condition.
There was no breakfast. The property was outdated. There was no hot tub. It was not busy at all which was quite nice.
For the price I was not impressed. Hotel was outdated however they are redoing rooms. I didn’t receive the room that I booked. I booked a king suite with a hot tub in room. After arriving at the hotel they stated the reservation came across as a double bed suite which again not what I booked. I called ******* was told the same thing. I know what I booked and paid for. The bath tub could be cleaner. Wall paper peeling in several spots in room. There was no microwave. T.V. doesn't stream without adds. No continental breakfast, with the pice should be included.

2nd time we have stayed at Pentegon City Ritz. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many great hotels, but none can compete with this hotel. The hostess was so friendly and when I returned, she remembered my name! The housekeeping is top-notch and very respectful the front desk staff welcome desk...
The hotel is great, after all, it's the Ritz! The location is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside, shopping malls, restaurants, and bars next door, and taxis are easy to get around. It's very close to Reagan Airport, and a little further from Dulles Airport, but not too far either; a taxi ride would cost a few tens of dollars…
The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby entrance is a bit small. Transportation is extremely convenient; the Pentagon City subway station is right outside the lobby, and it's only four stops to Washington, D.C. The Pentagon shopping district is nearby.
I am very satisfied with the hotel facilities and cleanliness.
Although the hotel is a bit old, it still guarantees the quality of a four-star hotel. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient for dining and shopping.

This hotel is a true gem for its price! I'm so happy I found such a great deal in Las Vegas. It's super close to the Strip, and having a separate kitchen, fridge, bedroom, and living room is incredibly convenient, whether you're traveling solo or as a couple. The main selling point is definitely the reasonable price. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town.
Friendly staff. Amenities in the room were good. Easy access for the free parking. Reasonable prices. N8ce pool and jacuzzi. Will return for certain!
Among all the accommodations I stayed at during my trip to the US, this one was definitely one of the best! If you're renting a car, the location is quite good, and most importantly, the price is incredibly cheap for such amazing facilities. It's like staying in a really nice room at a Sono Resort in Korea! Highly recommended!
