Newport, 25 America's Cup Ave 🧭 Map
The room was good. The staff was very nice. The no view room was a little odd because the view was of the elevator.
Got there early because I had a wedding to go to and wanted to check in before the wedding and they let me with no problem really appreciated that and I had a 12 o’clock checkout on top of it. They were very accommodating.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel therefore I did not rate it. It would be nice if the restaurant was open later.
Room was as expected. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because they only have Valet parking which is $38.00 per night and they charge you a fee then give you a $20.00 voucher to use in the hotel. The hotel was so busy that evening we were unable to use the vouchers (i had 2 rooms) and the restaurants were also booked up the next morning.
Room under construction as well as adjoining rooms.
Internet difficulty. Good gym. Good bed.
Rooms clean and comfy, great food and amenities along with the location and friendly staff!

Room was adequate. The bed sunk in the middle and toilet tank cover in bad condition. Gym was nice but temperature I too hot. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good
The room was clean, the mattress and pillows were a bit soft.
Over all the stay was pleasant! Only the 30$ parking fee for one night seems a bit over priced. Most hotels I stayed previously were free parking for their customers.
It was a nice, quiet, clean place to stay. However, it's been two weeks since I returned from my trip, and my deposit has not been refunded yet. I asked for a receipt and they said they would send it to me by email, but I haven't received it either. I'm a little disappointed with their handling.
good location and good service.
The location is convenient, the price is right, the service is good, clean and comfortable, and suitable for family travel accommodation.

Very impressed with this hotel. One of the better Courtyard Marriot’s I’ve stayed at. Everything was updated and the hotel and room were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful - both the front desk and bartender. Not a lot of dining options on site - but was not expecting at a courtyard. Location was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when in Boston.
This is by far one of the nicest Courtyard hotels I've stayed at in Marriott's portfolio. This property is historic and has been tastefully renovated, there's a grab & go shop in the lobby with a few pre-made food options, there are microwaves on the guest floors, and the expected amenities in each room.
The restaurant on-site serves breakfast buffet food until around 10/11am, and it's your standard...
We stayed a week and it's a great location in Boston. The rooms are a bit small though, no drawers, very little room for wardrobe. Bathroom is ok and the hot water is ample, good shower. Valets don't do much and there's no bellman either. Close to boston common, restaurants, 711, cvs, dunking, beer store is next door. Cute Pocket park down the street.
Had a wonderful stay at this Marriott property during my first visit as a solo traveler to Boston. The hospitality truly stood out from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Gina at reception for her warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations that made the city feel like a second home. I also really appreciated Gina and her manager Anne for kindly helping me to preserve the flowers I bought...
Amazing location first off. Right opposite the Wang theater. Close to T stations, easy access to uber rides, and very close to Chinatown.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Our room was clean and spacious.
The breakfast at Post 10 was great; lots of options and attentive wait staff.
The valet service and check out process was seamless and very fast. Highly recommend.
The bed is very soft. The chair provided is an adjustible comfort one which I think it's good for most people but not for us. I prefer a simple chair.

Went for football tournament. Location was great. And staff was friendly. But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why. They told me they only clean on the fourth day so I asked them to start cleaning my room since I was gonna be there for three nights so they clean the second night.
First time staying in Rosen Inn
Pros: Shuttle service. Workers are good people.
Cons: cheap appliances (hair dryer was a fire hazard it caught fire) and no replacement was available. Coffee maker was dirty. Restaurant was under repair and was not posted until I had to ask about their breakfast the next day and notified me about the situation.
My parents were left to wait in the lobby and was not...
The room facilities aren't the newest, but the room itself was clean, and so was the bed. It had a desk, chair, microwave, and some furniture, which was all decent. It's close to the highway, so there was some noise at night, but it was manageable. There's a shuttle to Universal Studios and Epic, you just need to book in advance or wait at the stop.
Always an easy check in. My requests were met. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Compared with the Rosen ink lake buena vista, here we had a good time, good service and breakfast was also good. Here we haven’t asked to give a deposit of 50 dollars, while in lake buena vista I pay 50 bucks deposit and after a month I haven’t received back.
Room clean enough, but the air circulation is bad. Decent breakfast at a reasonable price

We had a great stay at Marriott’s Harbor Lake. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay
This place is amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful- and the place was very clean and well kept. It had more amenities than we originally thought.
Multiple pools, mini golf, pool, fooseball, ping pong, daily activities, restaurants, competitions- very family friendly.

the room was amazing. clean. full kitchen. perfect for my dietary restrictions. washer/dryer. balcony. large table in the dinning room. perfect for me to catch up on some work. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to really explore the property more.
Our room was very comfortable but in the entrance area there were a humidity smell, we reported it and technically Marriott did not fix it just covered with a strong odor of cleaning product that in less of a day desaleared.
Amazing place to stay. Second time at this property. Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel room wasn't as small as I expected; it was very clean and newly renovated, offering great value for money! A lot of airline crew stay here. Decent hotel, though could use some updates. Room was comfortable, but ultimately average. Paid a few extra for a city view, but the curtains are set so you can only open them halfway. Why pay extra for half a view?
Disappointingly, pool and workout room closed. Front desk was pleasant, but could use further training. Best thing is walkable to all the important Springfield sites.

Location of the hotel was terrific! Right in the heart of historical Springfield and walkable to many places. When first arriving, the lobby was very nice but the rest of the hotel is in need of some love and TLC. Most of the elevators were inoperable, indoor pool was disappointing considering the size of the hotel, and everything was closed (breakfast buffet, bar, and restaurant). The 2 rooms were...
Great view and a free Starbucks coffee in the morning. Check in was a little difficult but the room was clean and spacious. The view from the 25th floor was pretty cool. My window was a jar so there was a breeze that was chilly. The front desk brought up an additional blanket right away. I did have to go down a floor for ice but that was not a big deal. The lobby looks amazing though. Overall a good...
I loved it here! The rooms are clean and huge. We had a fridge and microwave and a really nice view from the tenth floor. I throughly enjoyed that you could leave the room and walk right into the Starbucks without even leaving the hotel! And I noticed that they have a hair salon there which I'm sure is for weddings mostly but could be really convenient for other events! I did get to peek at some of...
The first night of my stay, I fell in the restaurant and hit my head. My server Tara quickly got ice for my head and called security. Devon and another gentleman responded immediately, helped me up and informed me that EMS was already en route. I spent the evening in the ER and returned to the hotel after midnight. The next day Devon sought me out to check on me, which I consider above and beyond his...
The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are nice and so is the view. The lady at the desk with a necklace of her mother was nothing short of amazing "Lady T." Breakfast bar was really great. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Only short fall is no microwave in room and no refrigerator unless you pay extra.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The lobby area has the same scent we diffuse at home so that was welcoming! An extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Accomodations were clean, quiet with spacious rooms. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the fitness room. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling through Wichita. Stayed for 5 nights with my spouse. Go Thunder Go!!
Always love staying here but this time around we didn’t have any hot water for our stay so showering with barely warm water was a pain
The hotel is NICE! 2 complaints though - beds are hard. I’d compare it sleeping on a foam mat on top of a sheet of plywood. Did not get the rest I was hoping for because of this. Second thing - the walls are thin. Could hear people talking, in what sounded like the hallway, could’ve been the rooms around us. Either way, that went on throughout the night as well.
My toilet had not been flushed when I opened my room. Reception staff were awesome. 10/10. The banquet people were terrible and very unprofessional. They couldn’t wait for us to get out. Breakfast was terrible and had no taste. Pathetic. Beautiful new rooms. Very comfy.
Staff at front desk rarely smile acting like they do not want to be there. Room was not ready until evening. Light in “foyer” of the room turns on and off at random times. Pillows are so soft that your head hits the mattress. Otherwise, bed was comfortable. Room temperature was easy to manage, room and bathroom were clean. I was traveling solo and became very sick during my trip in NYC. Luckily, many hotel staff members helped me and kindly gave me hot tea. I am truly grateful for their support and kindness.
You can see that the room has been around for a while, but it’s been taken care of properly. It was tidy, fresh, and didn’t have that worn-out feeling some older places do. It felt looked after, which made a big difference.
Great location, very convenient for shopping, close to Times Square, right next to Broadway, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the service was good! 👍
Great location for Broadway musicals, and food options Good customer service, and housecleaning is proactive. But Wi-Fi is very slow.

Helpful staff, clean room and beautiful hotel overall. The only thing is our room was extremely hot even though we had the thermostat at 60. We told the front desk when we were checking out and they apologized.
Everything at this hotel is fine, however this is my 3rd time staying there within a month and they have a major problem with their HVAC the thermostats in the rooms do not work. The first two stays it was super hot this last visit it was freezing
It’s an issue.
Didnt eat breakfast. Staff at BBM were awesome. Rooms temp was not able to be managed…warm.

Could not control the room temp, even though I turmed the thermostat down to 61, the room temp stayed at 73-74 all night making for a very poor night of sleep. Nice room, great central location but it was cold while we were there and we could have used a warm blanket on the bed.

From the front desk to the complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning our stay was wonderful
From check in to check out - our stay surpassed all other stays im the best, most positive way. Spencer, the manager and the staff were exceptional. Riverside Hotel is a 10/10 in all areas.
Room was very clean. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was not very good.
The staff were extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and spacious.
Only complaint was the noise/parking on Friday night. Our room happened to be close to an event space so there was a ton of noise Friday evening. The event attendees took up all the parking so we had to park all the way at Timbuktu and trek back to the hotel.
We've stayed at the hotel many times. Our only complaint is the TV pixilates and is difficult to watch. We're not in the room much, but in the evening when we come back it's nice to turn on the TV and watch some news or sports event. It's annoying that it pixilates constantly.
Rooms are clean, comfortable and big. Love the facility amenities and location. Staff are always amazing! The pool and splash pad are our favorite!

I've been here so many visits it shows how much im in love with this place....it seriously feels like a home type environment....its the fireplace for me and it warms up the living room....and to have a washer and dryer makes it more of a comfort zone!!!!
Nice rooms and Jacoby bath tub was great pool and hot tub was closed and was not toled when making the reservation so I was greatly disappointed.
I absolutely loved staying here. The environment is very quiet and peaceful, the room is spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bedding was very clean.
I’ve stayed at many budget hotels in different places, and this one is by far the most satisfying. It truly offers great value for the price. I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I’m in the area.
Hotel staff was great. The room was clean. It had all the amenities that you needed for your room suite. The downside was the pollen hot tub was under construction and that was not disclosed prior to booking the room. They did have shuttle services to the las vegas strip, but the last shuttle ran at 8pm. Overall, it was a nice room for the price.

Ok for a sleep before you go to te airport next day.
Except for the location near the airport I wouldn't recommend this hôtel. It's dirty and noisy. And when the breakfast is included in the price of room, you get coupon for the restaurant. My wife and I came here a few months ago and I mean it when I say that this is the standard that I think all Holiday Inns should be held to. The interior and rooms are very nice and the front desk staff were patient and more than helpful. Big thank you to Mr. Sean and his team for going above and beyond during breakfast as well. If we are in Virginia Beach again, we will definitely come back God-willing
