Good value, clean, good Services for Park visit exept busses were almost everyday more or less late. Very friendly staff, Especial Thanks to Shea and RJ for being kind and making sure our stay would be as nice as possible.

It definitely one of the best location for staying if you are going to the Disney World. It's close to Disney world as they provide shuttle busses to all parks in every hour which is very convenient and suitable for those who have various schedules, and the Disney Spring is also just next to it like 10 mins walk. Hotel was clean, the room was big. Overall, its pretty nice.

I arrived early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 7:30 a.m. I was planning to store my luggage and go straight to Magic Kingdom, but they actually let me check in early and drop my bags in the room.

Great Waterpark and they have nice rooms although kinda old but they replenished towels each day and made our bed each day. But no microwave in our room, we had to ask for one. Close to lots of tourist spots. But kinda far from Disney world. Breakfast was expensive! Though. They charge extra for amenities and parking.

Excellent location in the city center

The location is excellent, and you can easily walk to anywhere. The room wasn't very spacious, but it was clean, cute, and had a great atmosphere. The courtyard and lobby were also very charming, and I would have loved to sit there all day if I had the time. However, while there was shampoo, there was no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own.

The Menger is currently undergoing construction outside of it so be aware of the extra noise (bring sound machines). We stayed in the presidential suite. Nice place. We stayed on the 14th floor of the suites building and had a great view. Security cards needed to use the elevator which makes security a little better. The room was clean and really nice. The only downside right now is parking but they are under construction currently so that should improve when finished.

The room was great, the stay was very comfortable, and there was airport pick-up service, which was very satisfactory.

This is the second time to stay. We are still as satisfied as last time, but when we finally checked out, we were not delayed for even a minute. I guess the room was too tight. We were double charged by the hotel even though we prepaid with CTRIP. The hotel checked us in under an old reservation they said they cancelled to our travel agent prior to our stay and made us pay for that while still keeping our money from the CTRIP prepaid reservation. Room was as expected. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because they only have Valet parking which is $38.00 per night and they charge you a fee then give you a $20.00 voucher to use in the hotel. The hotel was so busy that evening we were unable to use the vouchers (i had 2 rooms) and the restaurants were also booked up the next morning.

The bed is very soft. The chair provided is an adjustible comfort one which I think it's good for most people but not for us. I prefer a simple chair.

Went for football tournament. Location was great. And staff was friendly. But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why. The room facilities aren't the newest, but the room itself was clean, and so was the bed. It had a desk, chair, microwave, and some furniture, which was all decent. It's close to the highway, so there was some noise at night, but it was manageable. There's a shuttle to Universal Studios and Epic, you just need to book in advance or wait at the stop.

Compared with the Rosen ink lake buena vista, here we had a good time, good service and breakfast was also good. Here we haven’t asked to give a deposit of 50 dollars, while in lake buena vista I pay 50 bucks deposit and after a month I haven’t received back.

The hotel is NICE! 2 complaints though - beds are hard. I’d compare it sleeping on a foam mat on top of a sheet of plywood. Did not get the rest I was hoping for because of this. This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this property. This time we decided to stay in a suite, which was a great choice. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always nice, and the property is much easier to access than any of the other properties on the strip. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
