The room was good. The staff was very nice. The no view room was a little odd because the view was of the elevator.

Got there early because I had a wedding to go to and wanted to check in before the wedding and they let me with no problem really appreciated that and I had a 12 o’clock checkout on top of it. They were very accommodating.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel therefore I did not rate it. It would be nice if the restaurant was open later.

Room was as expected. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because they only have Valet parking which is $38.00 per night and they charge you a fee then give you a $20.00 voucher to use in the hotel. The hotel was so busy that evening we were unable to use the vouchers (i had 2 rooms) and the restaurants were also booked up the next morning.

Room under construction as well as adjoining rooms. Internet difficulty. Good gym. Good bed.

Over all the stay was pleasant! Only the 30$ parking fee for one night seems a bit over priced. Most hotels I stayed previously were free parking for their customers.

It was a nice, quiet, clean place to stay. However, it's been two weeks since I returned from my trip, and my deposit has not been refunded yet. I asked for a receipt and they said they would send it to me by email, but I haven't received it either. I'm a little disappointed with their handling.

Very impressed with this hotel. One of the better Courtyard Marriot’s I’ve stayed at. Everything was updated and the hotel and room were very clean. We stayed a week and it's a great location in Boston. The rooms are a bit small though, no drawers, very little room for wardrobe. Bathroom is ok and the hot water is ample, good shower. Valets don't do much and there's no bellman either. Close to boston common, restaurants, 711, cvs, dunking, beer store is next door. Cute Pocket park down the street.

Amazing location first off. Right opposite the Wang theater. Close to T stations, easy access to uber rides, and very close to Chinatown. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The bed is very soft. The chair provided is an adjustible comfort one which I think it's good for most people but not for us. I prefer a simple chair.

Went for football tournament. Location was great. And staff was friendly. But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why. The room facilities aren't the newest, but the room itself was clean, and so was the bed. It had a desk, chair, microwave, and some furniture, which was all decent. It's close to the highway, so there was some noise at night, but it was manageable. There's a shuttle to Universal Studios and Epic, you just need to book in advance or wait at the stop.

Compared with the Rosen ink lake buena vista, here we had a good time, good service and breakfast was also good. Here we haven’t asked to give a deposit of 50 dollars, while in lake buena vista I pay 50 bucks deposit and after a month I haven’t received back.

Always love staying here but this time around we didn’t have any hot water for our stay so showering with barely warm water was a pain

The hotel is NICE! 2 complaints though - beds are hard. I’d compare it sleeping on a foam mat on top of a sheet of plywood. Did not get the rest I was hoping for because of this. Second thing - the walls are thin. Could hear people talking, in what sounded like the hallway, could’ve been the rooms around us. Either way, that went on throughout the night as well.

I was traveling solo and became very sick during my trip in NYC. Luckily, many hotel staff members helped me and kindly gave me hot tea. I am truly grateful for their support and kindness.

You can see that the room has been around for a while, but it’s been taken care of properly. It was tidy, fresh, and didn’t have that worn-out feeling some older places do. It felt looked after, which made a big difference.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this property. This time we decided to stay in a suite, which was a great choice. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always nice, and the property is much easier to access than any of the other properties on the strip. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff were extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was the noise/parking on Friday night. Our room happened to be close to an event space so there was a ton of noise Friday evening. The event attendees took up all the parking so we had to park all the way at Timbuktu and trek back to the hotel.

We've stayed at the hotel many times. Our only complaint is the TV pixilates and is difficult to watch. We're not in the room much, but in the evening when we come back it's nice to turn on the TV and watch some news or sports event. It's annoying that it pixilates constantly.

The location is great. The room was dusty and I requested cleaning, but no one responded. The AC is old, fluctuates between too hot and too cold, and I can’t adjust the fan. Also, the hot water at night isn’t warm enough.

This hotel will be our go to when staying in Orlando for the night when we don’t want to drive an hour and half to get home. We chose to stay on a high floor and it was really cool looking out over the at night with all the lights!

I've been here so many visits it shows how much im in love with this place....it seriously feels like a home type environment....its the fireplace for me and it warms up the living room....and to have a washer and dryer makes it more of a comfort zone!!!!

Nice rooms and Jacoby bath tub was great pool and hot tub was closed and was not toled when making the reservation so I was greatly disappointed.

I absolutely loved staying here. The environment is very quiet and peaceful, the room is spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bedding was very clean. I’ve stayed at many budget hotels in different places, and this one is by far the most satisfying. It truly offers great value for the price. Hotel staff was great. The room was clean. It had all the amenities that you needed for your room suite. The downside was the pollen hot tub was under construction and that was not disclosed prior to booking the room. Except for the location near the airport I wouldn't recommend this hôtel. It's dirty and noisy. And when the breakfast is included in the price of room, you get coupon for the restaurant. The choice of food for breakfast is very small. And it's either coffee (a very very bad one) or water (a very very small bottle). And then you are allowed to eat in the restaurant and you have to take away and eat...

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. I saw a female staff member forcefully throw a guest's room card onto the floor during check-out, which left a very bad impression.

My wife and I came here a few months ago and I mean it when I say that this is the standard that I think all Holiday Inns should be held to.
