I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the housekeeping services provided today. Despite having made my reservation well in advance, over a month ago, I encountered numerous issues. These included having to collect essential items such as linen, washcloths, and a bathroom floor mat from downstairs, as well as a faulty refrigerator. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned until 3:20 pm. I anticipate an early checkout process on Sunday. While I acknowledge the rising costs of operations, I expect a higher standard of service. Room 911 update
The bed was made up however, the same mattress is on the bed!!! I was told that it would be replaced🤣🤣🤣.
My family and I were given complimentary breakfast. We almost got charged for it.
The waiter was very nice this morning. The waitress yesterday was very nice!

I booked a Solo trip to Miami for 4 nights at this hotel. I thought the location was great, and from the pictures I decided to book the "Bayview penthouse". I wanted to relax with beautiful views, room service, and a cozy "penthouse". I use quotations because the pictures did not reflect the room at all. I was totally catfished. First off, the staff was very nice and helpful, so no complaints there.
But the room looked nothing like the pictures. How can a room go from being humid and hot to humid and freezing?! I had to request an extra blanket, because even 1 degree changes the temperature to unbearably hot to unbearably cold, and I'd rather have it cold. The constant humidity in the room made me feel dirty the entire stay. Speaking of dirty, thank god I brought my own hygiene products because there was no hand soap, and the bodywash was completely empty in the "if a toilet on any floor flushes the water pressure and temperature will drop tremendously" shower. There were also no bath cloths, and the shower head was corroded and uneven. The penthouse(s) are on the 17th floor of the hotel, and with only 2 slow elevators and the constant cruisers, I ended up using the stairs way more than I wanted. Just to run down to grab my delivery food was an entire 30 minute ordeal. The wi-fi didn't reach that far up, so I had access to about 10 channels on cable, no wi-fi or streaming services even pretended to be provided. My last night the TV just stopped working completely. There is no "room service", everything online was a complete facade.
The restaurant/bar at the hotel was pretty good but pricey, and they were weirdly out of ingredients to make their specialty cocktails my entire stay.
Sure, I'd recommend this place for anyone staying 1 night, but keep your expectations very low. The ownership sucks money out of your pocket without providing even a quarter of the quality they pretend to provide online. Do not stay here. What a waste of money. I'm giving 1 star because the staff was very nice.

Ripped sheets. Soap was never filled. Requested multiple times until they finally brought. I do not recommend this hotel.

Classic bait and switch. Booked a room with a view and King bed. After checking and heading up to our room we walked into a room with 2 doubles. I'm a pretty big guy that likes to sleep in the same bed as his wife which is why we picked a King bed. Headed back down to the front desk to see if they could resolve the issue and was told no Kings were available. Nevermind that we reserved and paid extra for a King. When I mentioned about needing the extra room the guy behind the desk said 2 doubles are as much room as a king. After calling BS on that remark he said let me get my manager. The manager arrives and looks at our email reservation that states king, looks at his system and says it's our email that is wrong and not an error on his end and if we didn't want to stay in the room he would cancel the reservation. At this point is was about the fact they didn't take any accountability, never offered an apology or discount on the room that we paid extra for, just a "take it or leave it" attitude. No wonder they have a 3.5 star review which is about 3 stars higher then what they should have. Just try and make an effort to make your guests happy and reimburse them when mistakes are made. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? Not a chance.
