Great room facing the port. Fantastic view of cruise ships coming in. Room was nicely laid out with comfortable bed. Hotel offered luggage storage and cruise port transfers.

Great location, very convenient for transport. The service was good too; the room type I booked wasn't available when I arrived, so they upgraded me. There's also free luggage storage. Trip.com was very thoughtful, providing both Chinese and English check-in vouchers, and even sent a reminder SMS before my stay.

The hotel's location is excellent; as soon as you step out, you're in a prime tourist area. Across the river, there are many yachts, and you can also see the sea-view Ferris wheel. There's a food court and a shopping mall nearby, and a subway station is also easily accessible. The hotel has security on the first floor, which made me feel very safe. Early check-in was also available for an extra fee, which was very helpful.

The location is excellent, very close to the cruise terminal and the bustling port area. It's an ideal hotel for a stay, especially if you're cruising. We stayed for two nights before boarding our cruise. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport and port.

The room was not worth it at all. It's just a renovated tiny room with a small washroom. Service is not so great.

Large gap around the door. Single pane window so can hear all noise from outside. Air conditioner very loud and rattles. No option to keep air moving. Broken toilet paper holder and handle on shower knob falls off.

They sent us to a new hotel didn’t cover the cost of travel ti a new hotel and didn’t cover my 100 dollar deposit to new place even tho I booked all this a month ago

Beyond the convenient location, the cleanliness was absolutely horrendous. We stayed for three nights and not once was our room cleaned.

I was overcharged $15 and didn’t notice till I got home and checked my receipt. Charged me 3 times for one item. Thought it was too expensive when i paid and i should’ve checked. I won’t be going back.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD! DO NOT COME HERE! THEY STOLE MY PHONE! I came here in August and my card was deliclined, Its my first time traveling alone (I'm 18) and I forgot to cLl my credit card company, I left my phone there as insurance that I was gonna pay and returned the next day with my money. Only to see that the same waitress that helped me wasn't there and wouldn't be able to give me my phone and they'd ship it out to me (I live in Seattle). It's been months and I still haven't received my phone!!! NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Loved the food and the drinks, their mojitos are AWESOME. Ask for the happy hour special mojitos. they are like $5. Service was ehh! Lady was kinda unprofessional.

Skip it! Do not stop by! First, they do not speak English. OK, most of them. If you place an order, there is a great chance you'll get smth different. We ordered French fries as a side and we got plantan chips. Moreover, in order to grab a drink, you cannot order it at a table! You have to go to the bar and pay separately. Did I mention that they include 18% tips on every order? Even if you hate their service! OK, we asked for coffee with milk. Guess what! They brought us espresso. WT#?

Great service and food - had the daily special, delicious - 'service charge' included in bill for 2 people eating. Would rather have chosen to leave a good tip.

Great place to eat gourmet burgers. Always made to order, fresh and tasty, juicy burgers can be customized to your like. They carry vegetarian burgers as well. It is always nice to know that your food is fresh, clean and 100% beef (or buffalo in their special buffalo burger).
When you need a break from shopping to enjoy a cold one and some crispy fries or just for a quick (and healthy) bite, this place is always a great choice with your family (they have kids menu too).
You can order your burgers to go or enjoy them there with a view of Biscayne Bay.

Food was ok but the Spanish girl with the long black hair tried to get a double tip by telling us that the "service charge 15" that was on the receipt wasnt her tip so that we can tip her twice! Mean while she never came to the table to check how the food was going we had to wave her down for another drink and there wasn't even anyone there so she wasn't busy. Will definitely never eat here again!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Actually you won't be able to eat here because when I went I never got my food. My friend and I put in our order and were waiting over 30 minutes for our burgers. Keep in mind, it was just us and another table of three people who were already eating. When we went to ask about our food they said it would be out soon, 10 more minutes later we went to ask again with a manager present. The manager told us that "there was a system" and didn't apologize for the wait or the inconvenience. The other workers were unapologetic as well and unconcerned that we had not received any food in 45 minutes. This is the worst cutstomer service I've ever witnessed. We left and ended up eating at Five Guys were we received out burgers and fries in five minutes!! Consider yourself lucky if you get a good meal from here

The employee was not paying attention to me and my friend. After a while she said hi and just looked at me w/o asking me if I wanted something. I ordered a Caesar's salad and waited around 25 minutes. This would be the 1st and last time coming here.
