This is a very unique property.. It is a family farm that is run by the daughter and grand daughter of the original owner. It is filled to the brim with family history and keepsakes. There is a story behind each item. The innkeeper is welcoming and full of stories about her family and her inn. They were very willing to make adjustments with early and/or late arrivals. The room was clean. The area was quiet. The attendant couldn't make himself put the phone down while I was checking in. Their definition of breakfast was a bread loaf and coffee. No coffee maker in the room. I guess that's all you can get now if you don't want to spend more than $100.00

The B and B was quiet, clean and the staff is very pleasant. The pancakes are delicious.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming at check-in. The room was clean, and the breakfast had a nice variety, so we were able to enjoy a proper morning meal. The dining area was clean as well, which we appreciated. The only downside was that the room was a bit dark since there was no ceiling light, but overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Sun Harbour Hotel is a fantastic find. The location is unbeatable — quiet, safe, and beautifully situated by the beach , great restaurants, and shopping. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful and convenient. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. An excellent choice for a relaxing stay in North Miami. Vanessa checked us in and gave a great tour of the Boutique Hotel and even generously upgraded our room to a suite. The hotel is excellently located just adjacent to a beautiful beach and an upscale shopping center. Rooms are well stocked and maintained with full kitchen and clean facilities. This place was such a gem of a find! We cooked, walked to the beach (they had beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow), went out to restaurants a couple of times, soaked in the heated pool, rented Citi bikes from a nearby kiosk. I love the area this hotel is in and it's surprisingly nice compared to what I was expecting with the low nightly rate. The shower has great water pressure and gets good and hot; I love that in a hotel. Parking is great and you can walk to multiple shopping and dining establishments.

The staff were very friendly and the place was cute and comfy but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet and shower were not clean. As well as the heater in the room, we could not control it because it was broken. It got so hot we had to crack open the window and turn the fan on which helped a bit. The window knob as well was a bit broken so it was hard to close and open.

So the young lady at the desk when I checked in was pretty rude. I arrived at the motel at 9:15pm and the main entrance was locked and nobody was behind the checkout desk. This has got to be the best stay in Lubbock. Dawn and David are welcoming hosts. It's small place, well located, and the home-cooked breakfast tops it off. We stayed in the 1950s room which was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and using the hot tub. There is a bit of traffic noise, but we found it not too obtrusive.

Thanksgiving holiday was wee spent at The Woodrow House B & B in Lubbock! It was my 4 th stay and my Mom’s third. The president’s room is easy access for disability. Dawn and David are so enjoyable and Becky is a delight!

Very nice hotel for a short stay. The disappointment was that their ice machine wasn’t working so I had to buy a bag.

1. Overall cleanliness is good; 2. Close to the main road, convenient transportation, but a bit noisy; 3. The facilities are simple, meeting basic business travel needs; 4. Relatively speaking, prices are much higher during the mineral and gem exhibition than usual, so it feels quite expensive! 5. The owner's service is excellent.

Budget Friendly Wildwood Budget friendly no frills hotel. A bit outdated but very clean and quiet. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and several restaurants.

What stood out to me about this place was the ease and friendliness of the staff. They were very considerate and helpful. Also received a little welcome bag when we checked in, which was the first time I received anything from a hotel in Wildwood and I’ve been through a few of them. The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room... I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy... it turns on and off whenever it wants... the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception.

It is close to Brackenridge Park/Pearl and close enough to downtown without the price of downtown/Pearl.
