In general, everything was great. Our room, however, had the restroom outside the room. Outside of that, we enjoyed our stay.
The in keeper was very nice and welcoming. The room was well kept and appointed.
Sheila is great, the rooms are nice and clean, comfy beds!
Nice, clean and modern.I would stay there again.
The room was impeccably clean and 1.5 miles to downtown Kansas City - an easy walk straight up 12th street.
Very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Host was friendly and made us feel at home. Need a car as there is really nothing walkable.

The facilities are dated! The staff is polite but there are better hotels for the same price!
Room was clean but did not have hand soap in despisers only had decaf coffee. Coffee down stairs looked like black syrup and asked for creamer but was told they had none been there before and had the same issue
Temp controls were awesome. Location is fabulous to River Walk and Hemisfair and the Alamo. So beautiful felt very Bougie even though the price was not! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
Rooms are adequate. We had a two queen room, and there was no room to move in there. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. Our room was very run down. But the price for that area and the location could not be beat.
The hotel was cute and full of characters. We love the friendly staff. It was literally walking distance from riverwalk, la villita area. Parking was next to the hotel, easy access but do call ahead during holiday seasons because the garage is public parking. The hotel was not very well sound proofed and they do not offer breakfast, only light snacks and bottled beverages. It is a cashless hotel...
Was slightly less than what I was expecting. Property was old and tired. Disappointed that the ice maker didn’t work

Five stars in EVERY way: the homemade breakfasts were a work of culinary art and taste, the room was updated, comfortable, and clean, the surrounding views and landscaping superior, and mostly, the host Glenn and hostess Nathalie were friendly, caring, and helpful.
We have been coming to the Night Swan Intracoastal Bed & Breakfast for more than 25 years, usually during Bike Week or Biketoberfest, and it has truly become a special tradition for us. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming and always make us feel right at home. The rooms are spotless and charming, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the location on the Intracoastal is simply beautiful...
We are originally from the NSB area and stayed at the Night Swan before. A really nice place with incredible views and centrally located. Sitting on the front porch watching the sun come up and boats go by is so relaxing. The Glenn's could be more accommodating. I highly recommend the Night Swan you won't be disappointed.
My Mom who is elderly felt very comfortable staying in the Mainsail sweet due to the large bathroom with shower stall and the kitchenette. The decor was lovely. We stayed in the room upstairs. The main house is very warm and welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic! The front porch looks out on the water and dolphins could be seen the day we visited! The hosts gave us great restaurant recommendations...
Upgraded our accommodations for no additional charge. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Impeccably clean, beautiful setting, comfortable furnishings.
What a beautiful time my husband and I had here. Dave and Nathalie are the most amazing hosts and every breakfast was incredibly delicious!!! The rooms were clean and well stocked. And the dolphin sightings off the dock made the trip even better. Can’t wait to go back!!

Simple but clean, functional, nice staff, close to downtown. I recommend it.
Its a older facility but its kept up nicely and its location is great if visiting the area and looking to save money. There were zero signs of insects or anything like some of the reviews said.
Clean, nice staff. I’m not too sure what everyone else was complaining about but I enjoyed my stay here. Bed was comfy, room got cleaned though they do not have do not disturb signs, which I would have appreciated during this time. Internet worked great, however remote in room was not programmed. Overall good stay and easy check out
Bed was comfortable and clean, but found someone’s hair tie on the door handle in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush well.
Overall, it was a good motel. The property was a bit old, but the essential facilities were well-maintained. People are hanging around outside the building, which feels uncomfortable, but it's not causing any actual issues.
Just a little pricey. But really clean and good service

Great experience at the Elmar. The experience was awesome . It is so accessible to the beach and all cute restaurants around. The manager Adrianna was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the place. Will come back again with friends and family. Super clean and nice rooms. All staff was helpful.
A+++….exceptional attention to detail, first-rate bedding and shower, superior amenities. Charming boutique hotel experience. Obvious concern by staff to offer a superior stay… will be back!
Fantastic location. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms
Spent a quick 3 day get away at this lovely, spotlessly clean, updated boutique hotel. Comfy beds with the softest sheets.... Across the street from the beach, a short block away from 4 great restaurant/bars with excellent food (Harat's was amazing) plus 2 more on the beach, all with great happy hours and live music ....no car needed with the local Circuit shuttle to farther points in Ft Lauderdale...
This is our second stay at the hotel - 2 years apart. It is a fabulous room and location. Parking is in front of the hotel and was always available to us. Bring the minimum and you will be fine. You can walk to everything - beach supplies, groceries, liquor store, restaurants, live music. Cross the street and you are at the beach with chair and umbrella rentals. Our room both times was the larger...
We had a fantastic stay at the Elmar! It was our first time there. The location is close to everything but inside the room was quiet. We loved the separate bedroom and living space. This quaint Inn had excellent staff. Rooms were clean and the Inn is in a very nice neighborhood. We were close to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Beautiful historic property and grounds. Walkable to Asheville downtown. The house is old so the floors creak - you can hear people walking in nearby rooms. It is quiet overall. There are limited onsite food options. I would stay again.

This has got to be the best stay in Lubbock. Dawn and David are welcoming hosts. It's small place, well located, and the home-cooked breakfast tops it off. We stayed in the 1950s room which was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and using the hot tub. There is a bit of traffic noise, but we found it not too obtrusive.
The was exactly the experience I had hoped. The caboose was well equipped with an efficient heating system for a 27 degree night. The interior was immaculately clean with one of the most comfortable queen beds I’ve ever slept on. I was also impressed with the quality of the bedding. The sheets were soft and extra blankets and pillows were provided. It has a nice sized compact refrigerator, microwave...
We spent 2 nights in the Caboose. It was awesome!!! There is a portion that is like a sitting room, with a couch and a small table with 2 chairs. This is the room with the sink, small refrigerator, and a microwave. The middle portion is where the tall bit of the caboose is and the Engineer(s) sit. It provides some storage places, and just past that is the toilet/sink area on one side and the shower...
Thanksgiving holiday was wee spent at The Woodrow House B & B in Lubbock! It was my 4 th stay and my Mom’s third. The president’s room is easy access for disability. Dawn and David are so enjoyable and Becky is a delight!
Fantastic hospitality, breakfast and rooms. We stayed in the caboose just to try something different. It was really cool. A friend stayed in one of the rooms in the house and it appeared perfect and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, but that is honestly why this B&B even received 3 stars. I booked here because of its high rating, but I have to honest for my fellow travelers - I would not stay here even though it pains me to say this because the staff were really amazing people. The room, the lounge and the food were just not good. Sorry.
loved it all and Carrie was the best! loved the fresh baked cookies! Will stay again when in Springfield IL!
We had a less than stellar check in. The family checking in ahead of us was there for awhile because the innkeeper Carrie was on what sounded like a personal call arguing with customer service saying she'd filed a claim a month ago and no one was resolving her issue. The family was annoyed because they were headed to a New Years Eve wedding and were late, and she was on the phone arguing. When it was...
Staff was courteous and accomodating to dietary needs. A few roaches were found in the room and the bedspread was well worn. The hotel had a lot of charm and class however. It was beautiful.

Beautiful oasis in Tucson This is a fantastic place to stay in Tucson! Dina, the hostess, is a wonderful person and takes good care of her guests. We especially loved the beautiful pool and backyard patio. Daily varied breakfasts were a highlight. You should stay here!!
I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. Interesting decor and everything you could need to be comfortable, thank you

Born and raised in Shreveport, I return to visit occasionally, though my family and home are long gone. 2439 Fairfield feels like home, when a sterile hotel just won't do. We stayed here on a Saturday night in the Paul Stetson Suite. The historic mansion is beautiful and filled with antiques. The owners are personable and know a wealth of information about the area (it’s been owned by them for 37 years). Perfect location in the French Quarter and is within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms are charming, clean, and have comfortable furniture including the Charleston rice bed. Breakfast is always delicious and made from the freshest ingredients. We always enjoy the veranda...

Would definitely stay here...
