In general, everything was great. Our room, however, had the restroom outside the room. Outside of that, we enjoyed our stay.

The in keeper was very nice and welcoming. The room was well kept and appointed.

We are originally from the NSB area and stayed at the Night Swan before. A really nice place with incredible views and centrally located. Sitting on the front porch watching the sun come up and boats go by is so relaxing. The Glenn's could be more accommodating. I highly recommend the Night Swan you won't be disappointed.

My Mom who is elderly felt very comfortable staying in the Mainsail sweet due to the large bathroom with shower stall and the kitchenette. The decor was lovely. We stayed in the room upstairs. Bed was comfortable and clean, but found someone’s hair tie on the door handle in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush well.

Overall, it was a good motel. The property was a bit old, but the essential facilities were well-maintained. People are hanging around outside the building, which feels uncomfortable, but it's not causing any actual issues.

This has got to be the best stay in Lubbock. Dawn and David are welcoming hosts. It's small place, well located, and the home-cooked breakfast tops it off. We stayed in the 1950s room which was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and using the hot tub. There is a bit of traffic noise, but we found it not too obtrusive.

The was exactly the experience I had hoped. The caboose was well equipped with an efficient heating system for a 27 degree night. We stayed here on a Saturday night in the Paul Stetson Suite. The historic mansion is beautiful and filled with antiques. The owners are personable and know a wealth of information about the area (it’s been owned by them for 37 years). Also, the breakfast is amazing with tomato grits, fluffy biscuits, eggs, muffins, fruit, and fried pies!

A rare and hidden gem in the French Quarter. Quiet, peaceful, and so convenient to all that downtown Charleston has to offer. Donna, the manager was so personable and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, and our room was wonderful! We were able to walk to our favorite restaurant, SNOB!

27 State Street was the perfect place for our Honeymoon. Quaint and centrally located, navigating the historic district was a breeze. And the host was attentive to our every need. We will definitely return.

Excellent location in the heart of the French Quarter, with all attractions and amazing food within walking distance. It's a quiet, 2-room traditional B&B. Breakfast is included and very tasty.
