Five stars in EVERY way: the homemade breakfasts were a work of culinary art and taste, the room was updated, comfortable, and clean, the surrounding views and landscaping superior, and mostly, the host Glenn and hostess Nathalie were friendly, caring, and helpful.
We have been coming to the Night Swan Intracoastal Bed & Breakfast for more than 25 years, usually during Bike Week or Biketoberfest, and it has truly become a special tradition for us. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming and always make us feel right at home. The rooms are spotless and charming, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the location on the Intracoastal is simply beautiful...
We are originally from the NSB area and stayed at the Night Swan before. A really nice place with incredible views and centrally located. Sitting on the front porch watching the sun come up and boats go by is so relaxing. The Glenn's could be more accommodating. I highly recommend the Night Swan you won't be disappointed.
My Mom who is elderly felt very comfortable staying in the Mainsail sweet due to the large bathroom with shower stall and the kitchenette. The decor was lovely. We stayed in the room upstairs. The main house is very warm and welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic! The front porch looks out on the water and dolphins could be seen the day we visited! The hosts gave us great restaurant recommendations...
Upgraded our accommodations for no additional charge. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Impeccably clean, beautiful setting, comfortable furnishings.
What a beautiful time my husband and I had here. Dave and Nathalie are the most amazing hosts and every breakfast was incredibly delicious!!! The rooms were clean and well stocked. And the dolphin sightings off the dock made the trip even better. Can’t wait to go back!!

Simple but clean, functional, nice staff, close to downtown. I recommend it.
Its a older facility but its kept up nicely and its location is great if visiting the area and looking to save money. There were zero signs of insects or anything like some of the reviews said.
Clean, nice staff. I’m not too sure what everyone else was complaining about but I enjoyed my stay here. Bed was comfy, room got cleaned though they do not have do not disturb signs, which I would have appreciated during this time. Internet worked great, however remote in room was not programmed. Overall good stay and easy check out
Bed was comfortable and clean, but found someone’s hair tie on the door handle in the bathroom.
The toilet didn’t flush well.
Overall, it was a good motel. The property was a bit old, but the essential facilities were well-maintained. People are hanging around outside the building, which feels uncomfortable, but it's not causing any actual issues.
Just a little pricey. But really clean and good service

Maison Perrier is the absolute best bed and breakfast! Everything is top-notch - from the wonderful hosts, the historic building, spotless and spacious room, beautiful decor, delicious breakfast, to safe and convenient location made our first visit to NOLA a truly awesome one. Plus the amazing Magazine street and historic trolley car just a few blocks walking distance away. We couldn't have found a...
Beautiful place and great service. The owner, Tom made us feel right at home and the suite was very spacious and clean. The baked goods and quiches every day were very nice. Ive gotten used to hotels not offering breakfast or housekeeping during the stay, so this was a very welcome change of pace. Also it was a quick walk to the streetcar that takes you to the French Quarter. I would definitely stay...
Our stay was very pleasant. If you prefer nice quiet neighborhood to the chain hotels in busy areas, this was exceptional. 5 - 10 minutes, you can walk and catch a trolly or bus to anywhere you want to go and helps saves $$$ with not having to pay the high parking costs in the tourist areas like the French quarter. There is a driveway for one car ( first come first serve) and street parking. Safe...
Excellent experience the moment Tom greeted us at the door. The room was great, the stay was great, the breakfast was great. Very cozy friendly vibes. Tom showed us the Streetcar trolley routes, which really helped us save a ton of money traveling back and forth to French Quarter. And he went out of his way to give us a list of the best jazz shows each night. Tom single handedly turned a good trip...
This B&B deserves more than the 3 stars. Tom and Patricia were very welcoming and made our stay more enjoyable. Tom provided us with a music list everyday and his recommendations were excellent. Breakfast was included in the price and we were able to choose what we wanted everyday. The room was very clean and spacious. New Orleans was incredible but the host made our stay more enjoyable if possible
Strong water pressure. Hot hot water. Excellent well informed and helpful owners. Breakfast was delicious. The location in uptown was beautiful, historic. Far away from the craziness of the quarter, but about a thirty minute street car ride away. The bathroom had new tile, bright white. Great price.

We had a great experience over presidents day weekend. David greeted us when we arrived for an early baggage drop off so we could explore the city. Instead of just dropping our bags, we were guided to our room, which was ready for us as an early check-in. It was great to be able to drop off our luggage and freshen up after our flight before going out exploring.
Our room (Albee) was spacious, and even...
I stayed at the Encore Bed and Breakfast while I was in town for the NAEA 2019 conference happening at the Sheraton. I absolutely loved it! The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. This is an enchanting place. The facility is warm and welcoming and the neighborhood is beautiful. Reinhold is a gracious and engaging host. They provide a continental breakfast with breads and pastries that are excellent. The extras like granola, yogurt and cold cuts make for a great start to the day. Many fine restaurants in the area and a short distance to the Old Town Trolley. This elegant old...
Central location in a lovely neighborhood. Hosts are very welcoming, and the breakfast to die for!
I have been to a lot of bed and breakfasts, and this was one of the best! Reinhold was a treat: a great host, a very interesting person, and a great resource of information about the city and neighborhood. They were flexible in helping me get my luggage in early and arrange to have my bags in my room when I came back much later. I was pleased to see a generously big, modernly furnished room with...
Everything about Encore Bed and Breakfast is fantastic: location, hosts, breakfast, cleanliness of the room, decoration of the room. We used to stay at other B & B's in Boston but once we discovered Encore, we stay here on our visits to visit our son. We stay here 2 or 3 times a year and the qualities we like are always consistent.

Monami is the best experience that I've had in years. It was my first time trying a B and B, and was super lucky to come across this place. Breakfast is world class cuisine 12 stars out of 5 stars. She intentionally packed protein and carbs in our meal to give us fuel and energy for the day. Pat is a special lady and she has a special story that only she can tell, but you will have to find out for...
We spent two lovely nights in the La Vie En Rose Suite—quiet, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. We went to Tucson in mid-May to attend to the high school graduation of our granddaughter. Having graduated from the U of A many years ago, I'm very familiar with the town. We had a great stay here. The room was comfortable and large-plenty of space. The only minor comment is we found the lighting in the room a bit dim was for reading in bed. Shreveport, 2439 Fairfield Avenue, 71104 Shrivport, Luiziana, SShA 🧭 Map
Born and raised in Shreveport, I return to visit occasionally, though my family and home are long gone. 2439 Fairfield feels like home, when a sterile hotel just won't do. Wonderful hosts receive you and exude the flavor of the gentle Southern society in which it resides. And the breakfast on the veranda with out-of-this-world biscuits, fried pie, eggs, grits and sausage (if you're hungry) just might...
We stayed here on a Saturday night in the Paul Stetson Suite. The historic mansion is beautiful and filled with antiques. The owners are personable and know a wealth of information about the area (it’s been owned by them for 37 years). Also, the breakfast is amazing with tomato grits, fluffy biscuits, eggs, muffins, fruit, and fried pies!
Very accommodating and genial hosts at this lovely place to stay. There is plenty of things to admire in this B&B including the furniture, artworks, silverware and dinner ware, and the lots of Delphware. A pleasant balcony to sit in the evening and night. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. We had a good chat with our hosts Jimmy and Brian. Shreveport has much to offer to visitors.
I came with my daughter, who is 12 years old, on the way to see Taylor Swift in New Orleans. She is a HUGE Gilmore Girls fan, and I was hoping to experience a bed and breakfast similar to the fun on Gilmore Girls. This did not fall short! We loved all the details, and the small intimate feeling of the home. Jimmy and Brian were welcoming, friendly, and made us feel at home. Breakfast was also delicious...
We spent 2 nights and loved every minute! Jimmy and Brian were over-the-top with southern hospitality, great southern breakfasts (where do I began describing the home-cooked delicacies), and their attention to detail in every room and porch! If you’re spending time in Shreveport, this can’t be missed. Thoroughly entertaining and comfortable. Can’t wait to return!
What a great place to stay. It is a real B&B experience! The rooms have antiques that are very nice and the breakfast is totally amazing! The owners are interesting to talk to and have a knack for customer service. The B&B is too unique to miss - so if you are traveling through the area this is the place.

Quaint B&B very close to it all in the center of Charleston
The hotel is located in a great spot, very close to everything in the downtown historic area. The AC situation in the room was not the best, I understand it’s an old building but… all in all it is a good place for the price.

Definitely loud sometimes with being very close to the Main Street but Ok. They can really improve the cleanliness though. The shower had hair and was sticky. I love the area this hotel is in and it's surprisingly nice compared to what I was expecting with the low nightly rate. The shower has great water pressure and gets good and hot; I love that in a hotel. Parking is great and you can walk to multiple shopping and dining establishments.
The staff were very friendly and the place was cute and comfy but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet and shower were not clean. As well as the heater in the room, we could not control it because it was broken. It got so hot we had to crack open the window and turn the fan on which helped a bit. The window knob as well was a bit broken so it was hard to close and open.
So the young lady at the desk when I checked in was pretty rude.
I arrived at the motel at 9:15pm and the main entrance was locked and nobody was behind the checkout desk. After knocking loudly for a few minutes, a female in her late 20’s appeared with a very irritated look on her face like I had arrived late and was interrupting her soap opera

The outside of this hotel and the location might be unattractive. But the rooms and size of the hotel was amazing. Breakfast was great had eggs, omelets, waffles, pancakes, fruit, sausage, cereal I mean just about everything. The staff was great as well.
There were healthy options like yogurt and fruit.
I had to park far away from the doors, and it feels a little dark/sketchy at night, but I’ve had no problems in five stays.
parking lot was notbthe greatest and hall way and stars were dated. The roomnlooked newly renovated and was in very nice shape. The bathroom as well was dated.
