Hospitality is great!! Rooms were small but clean and had all the basic amenities. We were late and our room with one queen bed was given to someone else. We got room with 2 full size beds. That was the only disappointment. Other than that, if you want something different than resorts and 4-5 star hotels, then this is the perfect place. Breakfast is free and served fresh and hot. Charlie there was very helpful and guided us for better and cheaper restaurents. Nice experience overall.

This place is amazing! The breakfast is phenomenal and free. The staff treats you like king and queen. I highly recommend you stay here. Well worth the money we will be coming back next time we are in Miami. The rooms are a little on the small side but modern and clean. Very comfortable beds. On my bad thing is that the rooms inside the main part you can hear everything from your room. There is two rooms separate from the main rooms you might want to see if available if you like your privacy or don't want anybody hearing your wife late at night.

I didn't stay here...I was looking at apartments next door and needed to use a rest room while waiting on the owners to arrive... So these ppl were so nice and invited me directly in to use their restroom, which was so cute!! I can only imagine what the rest looked like when they made their bathroom this adorable!!

The area surrounding the property was noticeably dirty and dusty, which created a poor first impression. The towels provided were old and felt worn out. Parking was inconvenient and quite a hassle throughout the stay. Overall, aside from the room itself, most of the facilities and common areas appeared outdated and not well-maintained, giving the place an unclean and neglected feel. The images on the website do not match the actual experience.

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of the beach, Target, Grocery. Easy to get to the Port from their location.

Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Hilda and Lily who prepared our breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very yummy and is made to order. There is a very nice outside terrace under trees where you enjoy your morning coffee. Convenient location to Ocean Drive, only 5 min walk. Located in a very quiet residential area. Stays 2 nights or longer get free parking on request. I would stay there again. Highly recommend it !!

Love the breakfast, the friendly staff, clean room, the quiet neighbourhood but the room is a little bit small for family of four all adults.

The property it’s nice, clean and cozy. The staff is super friendly. The only thing I disliked is there isn’t parking for people staying only one night.

We loved our stay. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Location amazing, quiet road but close to all shops and restaurants and only 10 minute walk to Ocean Drive. We were very lucky and able to park onsite which was a bonus. When we visit Miami again, will definitely book this place again. Helen & Wayne 😀 x
