Clean room. Breakfast is good. Neighborhood is not the best, but in fairness it is no fault of the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Financial Street and the public library, making transportation very convenient. The only downside is the bathtub in the room (it's in the middle of the room, and although there's a curtain, the side near the mirror is exposed, which could be a bit awkward if you're not very familiar with your travel companions).

The room amenities include an iron, hairdryer, and coffee machine, along with basic toiletries like shampoo and shower gel.

Both the restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar offer great food. Since I booked breakfast in advance, there were various套餐 options to choose from.

The staff were very helpful, even bringing an extra chair for me, and the room was cleaned every other day.

Delphi is NOT the Standard. Pool is gone, amenities are not the same, crowds are not the same. Staying there once is enough. Parking is a bi*ch.

Stayed with friends. The room was a bit small for one person, but generally acceptable. Heard that the rooftop restaurant charges a hefty service fee and extra tips, so it's better to dine elsewhere. However, the breakfast offers great value for money.

Trendy, hipsteresque.
The glass walled showers in my room with a buddy was a little creepy though. Had to put up some prints/posters to get a little privacy. Nice selection of daily shampoos and conditioners. One "tuck", one "no tuck".
The pool and films upstairs were a nice vibe.

The hotel's location is great, right in the city center's financial district. However, the room's cleanliness was subpar. The mattress was directly on a platform on the floor, and while there was carpet, it felt very unhygienic. The bathroom and shower are separated from the room by a glass partition, so if two people are staying, one can see the other showering unless the shower light is off. The showerhead's water flow was very erratic! The hotel corridors have red carpets that smell unpleasant. It's also quite difficult to pull luggage over the carpeted hallways. The hotel's restaurant food was very poor.

The Delphi Hotel in Downtown LA is an excellent choice for its value. Opened in 2023, the facilities are brand new with a modern and distinctive design. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. What's more, its proximity to the subway station makes getting around incredibly convenient, and it even boasts an exclusive outdoor heated pool – truly great value for money. The hotel is pet-friendly and offers attentive 24-hour front desk service. However, it's worth noting that breakfast is à la carte, not buffet style, and while parking is convenient, it comes with an additional daily fee (around $45). Overall, it's highly recommended for travelers seeking convenience and great value. Plus, the 12th floor features a pool and restaurant with fantastic night views.

just face to kpmg. good location in day but not in night. not too safe

The hotel pretty much matches the online description. The front desk service was fantastic, always helpful and responsive. It's conveniently located on 6th Street, with the subway station on 7th Street. Getting around is super easy because four lines (A, B, D, E) intersect at the 7th Street subway station.

My wife and I walked away with the same thought: Café Pinot is home to possibly the best steak we have ever tasted. Will absolutely visit again next time we're in LA.

Awlful!! No valet, elevator to restaurant broken so needed to climb two flight of stairs, there for an hour sitting at our table waiting for our food which never came so we left to make it to the concert, no apologies, nothing. Worse restaurant experiences ever. They deserved a minus 10.

Love, love, love this restaurant! Food is amazing, servers are friendly, funny and attentive without being intrusive. Lovely setting!!
06.09.2017 Greenbar
this place always looks deserted but that just means more space and better service when you do go in :)
08.07.2017 Abel
The food is amazing and the service is top notch. This is more of a traditional kind of french place so the food will take longer to come out than what most people are used to. The wine selection could use a little more work but over all a great place. Make reservations, you might need them!

Great decor and strong drinks. Music is a bit on the loud side. Great bar overall!

This place has great bartenders and super awesome fries. Place is cozy and upscale. Not a huge food menu. Cocktails are expensive.
25.11.2017 Pete
Nice dark atmosphere with jazz playing and distinct area with sofas. Limited range of cocktails but well crafted, and good value. Exceptional happy hour daiquiri for $6.

Very busy hipster bar, so crowded you can't walk in. Patio is cool but you have to be indoors by 1am and the bar tells you at 1:30am to finish your drink and leave. Really? Not one employee smiled starting with the security guard. Won't be going back. Positive note they have a good selection oh alcohol.

Went here after the Staples center. We tried the crostinis which were delicious but expensive. My favorites are the short rib and egg salad. Then I had a sidecar and tequila mockingbird. Bartender provided great service. We showed up around 5 and left around 7 pm on a Saturday. Still plenty of seating at that time. I really enjoyed both drinks.

Way too expensive. You're paying for downtown location I guess. Mediocre burgers and the desserts tasted like they came off the expired rack at the grocery store.

Great price during happy hour, esp. on drinks. For food, it's pretty standard American fare or bar food. Close to the metro so very convenient. A busy hangout during the weekdays when DTLA is hopping. Dark, old-school atmosphere.

Engine Co. No. 28 is a Los Angeles financial district mainstay-currently undergoing a wine selection reorganization. Contemporary, cool, friendly sophisticates/business professionals with suitably disposable incomes, & friendly bar chats, patronize this originally womyn-founded, foodie's comfort foods [M-U-S-T try the 'mac 'n cheese' & crab cakes, among them ... ] cozy, contemporary venue. A multi-decades L.A. FAVE❗??

This place was so good! Either I was really hungry or it was just a well done burger. The lemonade tasted good as well. It is pretty pricy for a burger but it was worth a try! I definitely would come back to try their other options. Customer service was nice as well!

Happy hour from about 6 to 10pm daily.

Happy hour menu is very readable for the area.

It was my first time here and the bartender was very helpful.

Got a refresher and ribs.

Originally came here to check out the happy hour and Mac and cheese.

This building also has a great history.
