Located in K-Town the hotel itself is pretty nice for the price, seeming to be a bit cheaper than other alternatives around town. The area surrounding it is not the best, but seems to be quieter during the later time of night. The staff was very friendly, and parking was conveniently located right next to the hotel at a somewhat fair price.
The front desk was friendly and very helpful. He remembers us from the last time we stayed here.
Friendly staff and clean room in Koreatown, did the job with nearby resturants.
Can not oraise the staff enough, they were excellent, made the stay great
This is not a4 or 5 star hotel. There are no frills. The room size and bathrooms are a good and lots of room too move around. Here are the list of items that will not have me come back. Let me premise, I like rooms with basic accommodations like water and coffee maker, so my review is based on these standards.
1. The building is old brick and mortar so it's loud. The people above me sounded like they...
Great serves great vibes everything was great front desk was very helpful and made our stay comfortable next time I’m come out will defiantly look into coming here again!!!
Shabby hotel. Minimaly decent.
Neighbourhood is unsafe, adviced not to go out after dark. Just look up the Koreatown area. Had to order delivery in my room instead of going out to eat.
Two of the walls in my room are raw brick, not painted or smoothed first time staying in a hotel like this. Not worth the price. Wish I could spend $20 more for a far better hotel near the Getty Center.
My arms went...

Excellent stay! Very clean staff is wonderful!
It's great, great, great. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.
The room was alright. The biggest reason I chose this hotel was the free parking, and it's near Koreatown with plenty of dining options. The hotel breakfast includes complimentary tea and coffee on each floor from 7 to 10 am.
I booked a solo trip to California in November this hotel was very clean safe, and the staff was excellent. It was in a good location, and the price was great. If your travel to this area check it out! You will not be disappointed.
The room was decent and clean. The location in Koreatown made it easy to get around. The parking lot was free and guarded, which was a nice touch. Breakfast included coffee and cake.
We loved to be here in this Korean district. Everyone was from Korea (we were the only European guests ☺️). They are clean, precise and polite. There was in our floor the vending machine for coke and so on (at good price!). The only thing we disliked was the smell from the restaurant at ground floor. But that’s why we don’t like Korean food. Finally there was someone 24h in the parking. I suggest this...

Quiet and peaceful. The pool is closed and there is no laundry room for the guests. Clean linen if requested. Polite and friendly staff. The suite I was in had lots of space and separated the living and sleeping areas with a door.
It's not a 5 star hotel I'm rating for value/price the place is clean simple and easily got to Hollywood or downtown parking is ample and the front desk very courteous. Definitely be back.
Moderately expensive but clean and we'll placed these people like most people need to sit down and learn about the Americans with Disability Act and the right to access places of business and public domain. For sure they need to learn the difference between a pet and a service animal and the Proprietors of the Silver Lake Motel are no different. They also need to watch the kinds of questions they...
Stayed here from July 1st till July 16th, Excellent Hotel, Room was Clean and well maintained. Fresh towels were brought up daily, The Pool was nice. The neighborhood looks a bit gritty, But it's not dangerous, I walked all over the place day and night. The Metro Subway is in walking distance and the Bus runs close by as well. You can get anywhere easily in the city from here, I will definitely stay...
Was hard to find due to the bizarre "250 Hotel" sign. Room was good size and comfortable enough. They have a good location nearby alot of great places to eat such as Leo's Tacos. The front desk lady was very rude for no reason on the way out though. Really was no reason for it.

The two teens and I loved taking our time as we walked thru the museum! It was filled with classic movie collections, readings, wardrobe and all things cool! We loved the set ups and it was even more exciting as we walked down to the basement to see the classic horror films and horror movies sets! A bit creepy but it was meant to be! The whole feel of it is nostalgia and it was walking into the times...
Forget the generic wax museums and commercialized gift shops of Hollywood Boulevard. If you want to experience the authentic magic, glamour, and underbelly of cinema history, you need to run—not walk—to the Hollywood Museum. This is the definitive crown jewel of Tinseltown attractions, offering an immersive, four-story journey through a century of entertainment.
The magic begins the moment you step...
"My wife requested to come here for Mother's Day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much is packed into this building! It wasn't crowded at all, which made it easy to explore the different floors. The 'spooky' floor in the basement was definitely a highlight—really cool setups and memorabilia. I honestly didn't expect to see so much history and variety here. I’ll definitely be visiting again and...
I’ve been coming to this place for years and it never changes and only gets more endearing. One of the better icons of the Boulevard, and more fun than the overpriced Academy museum. Fans of Old Hollywood will dig the autograph collection. Come for the “Nothing is Sacred” dioramas, Stay for the beautiful bathrooms!
One of the best museums in the Hollywood area and it’s such a great price! We bought our tickets online. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful explaining the museum and floors. Our favorite part was the dungeon with all of the horror memorabilia. We were especially amazed with the recreation of the Silence of the Lambs prison set for Hannibal Lecter. There was so much incredible stuff...
First of all, the design of the lobby, rooms, and courtyard is simply outstanding. It's so stylish! I was also happy to find a makeup-removing sheet. Drinks in the rooms are charged, but there is fruit water at the entrance, which gives it a resort feel. The free breakfast is fruit and croissants. They warmed the croissants up for me, and they were flaky and delicious. It's just a short walk to Hollywood...

Loved my stay here! The room was super clean and modern. The outdoor patio was perfect for lounging during the day or night. This hotel felt like an oasis from the busy pace of LA. Staff was kind and attentive throughout my stay. The gym is open 24 hours and equipment was clean and well kept. Neighborhood felt safe and convenient as it wasn’t far off from the freeway exit, with great restaurants and...
I really enjoyed my stay at Alsace and the team were very friendly.
The hotel is clean with a very chic and modern look and it is in a resonable location.
It has a pool outside with clean sun loungers and a shower and toilet facility closeby.
My only slightly negative feedback is that for breakfast there are porridge pots, pastries and unlimited tea and coffee.
Perhaps there should be more variety...
I recently stayed at the Hotel Alsace in Los Angeles, and it’s easily my favorite boutique hotel in the city so far. The rooms were fresh and thoughtfully designed, with a cozy, inviting vibe that makes you feel right at home. They really made the most of the space, creating a warm ambiance that’s both relaxing and stylish.
A huge thank you to Cindy at check-in! She truly made our experience exceptional...
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a pleasant experience despite its modest star rating. Although the hotel doesn't have an on-site restaurant and the continental breakfast comes with an extra charge, the cleanliness and overall ambiance more than made up for it. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, featuring a tasteful color scheme that added to the comfort.
What truly stood out...

Everything was BEYOND PERFECT! This hotel is in the Heart of Beverly Hills! I loved everything about my stay. The room was super big and spacious, staff were extremely helpful and kind. Clean, beautiful, 2 min walk from everything you need. Honestly, this was the best place I've stayed in LA!!
I stayed at this hotel in August for a work trip. Overall the location and value is very good. The rooms are small but good for one person. I used the valet service for my car and there was an issue. I had to be at work by 6 am in downtown LA, when I went downstairs the person in the previous shift put my car keys in a different spot than they normally do. They weren’t able to locate ny car for an...
Basic accommodation in a top location for Beverly Hills. Rooms are smallish & need some maintenance. We found it very difficult to move around the bed without stubbing our toes. The bathroom was a plain concrete finish which didn’t feel hygienic. If you can get a really good deal here it’s worth considering booking. Decor is very retro eclectic which tends to hide all the blemishes in the hotel.
It was an okay experience. Some of the rooms are just sooo small. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Prices are defiantly high for what you’re getting. All of the walkable shops and restaurants nearby are great. Hotel itself just isn’t great especially for the $300-400 range. I get it’s LA but 🤷🏽♀️ Our room code also didn’t work upon arrival.
Suitable for a short city trip, but not for longer, as you can't stay in the hotel except in your room. There's no room service, and the room isn't cleaned in between. The location is great—right in Beverly Hills. You feel safe as a single female traveler.
There is no front desk or waiter, please remember to check in online when booking

The hygiene is good, but the breakfast selection is a bit limited. It's quiet, but parking is an extra charge, so please be aware of that.
I went to Los Angles and stayed here. The location is pretty good for LA and it was near plenty of restaurants and high end shopping centers. Hilton is my personal favorite hotel no matter where I’m traveling in the world. The service is always consistent and dependable. Kid friendly and safe. Breakfast is included and food is 8/10.
We had such a great experience at Embassy Suites Glendale, thanks to the amazing staff!
Carlos, who was working in the breakfast area, truly stood out. He was constantly on the move—cleaning tables, helping guests, and making sure everything ran smoothly. What impressed me most was his positive attitude. He had a smile on his face the entire time and was so kind and professional. You can tell he genuinely...
Loved the room and elevated decor and furnishings like the lamps, sofa, chairs, and bed frame! So nice having a bedroom and two TVs. We really had an enjoyable stay! The hotel was really nice and centrally located too. Loved the lobby and underground parking is secure.

Clean room, efficient and friendly front staff. Walking distance to Sunset Blvd, one way being a bit uphill though. Check in & out was easy process. Would stay again.
Room is a bit outdated needs some renovations but is near hollywood walk of fame and broad museum
The location was great! It was a bit far from downtown, but everything else was relatively close. The facilities were a bit older, but if you rented a car, the parking lot was spacious, and best of all, there was a Trader Joe's right next door. The location was perfect. The facilities were... in Korean terms, 2-3 star?
Everything is just average. I booked this hotel for the convenience of the location. Luckily I only booked it for two nights. No breakfast
The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and the tariff is well priced.
This hotel has a great location. Once upon a time, it was THE place to stay in West Hollywood, particularly around Pride and other festivals. Nowadays, the hotel needs repair. It's clear they are cutting corners. Imagine light-blocking curtains that break, so they just rip them out and leave the room without them. Imagine fluorescent lights in the bathroom that need the ballast replaced so they can...

UK family of 4 visiting Universal studios, was an ideal location we only done an overnight stay with walking distance to theme park was able to use the carpark, staff were friendly upon arrival and whilst we stayed, the room was clean and spacious, beds were comfy the only thing we can really fault not really the hotel fault but the noise from room above, there must have been a child or children present...
Excellent distance to Universal Studios. Not the best location so try not to walk at night. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were so so. Phone didn't work and drain in shower didn't drain when we first got there. Kinda dark in the room. Not enough light especially when trying to do hair or makeup. But not a bad experience.
Nice location to Universal Studios Hollywood
Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Overall I like this location for the price itself. I will surely book this hotel. I recommend this.
I loved this hotel. 10 minute walk to the tram that takes you directly yo Universal Studios Hollywood. Clean and spacious rooms.
Location
Near to universal studio, to be exact, we still need to take the shuttle service to universal studio.
So it is near to the shuttle service station.
No shopping mall or supermarket near the hotel.
But there are a few fast food restaurants.

Check electrical in room. Lights randomly dimmed and went off. Ceiling fan in bedroom would randomly stop
Location was absolutely awesome very clean room parking is a little rough but the staff was awesome as well definitely would stay there again
The staff was very accommodating and polite. This is my second home away from home. I will definitely be back in the future
This place will forever be my second home when I come out to visit.
Stunning old building, staff was incredible, very friendly and accommodating ~ cannot beat the beach view. We were able to watch a local concert at the park from our window. Modern vibe ~ We can’t wait to go back.
The property is great, but the parking was a bit far, little sketchy when we walked it at 3: am to check out

A very nice apartment in a great location and for a decent price. Only issues were the elevator is a nightmare to use by yourself with bags as the door is clunky and auto closes. Also the A/C was disabled because its not summer. Some hotels in LA do this but its still ridiculous.
What a fun hotel. Just the right amount of old school beach and modern hotel amenities.
The room and bed was very comfortable, all the rooms have a kitchenette and the bathroom and shower are great!
Off season but the perfect location for this experience. Lovely staff, very chill. Clean property, lots of history.
Very clean. Attentive staff. Right off the beach. Great view of a parking lot from our room but hey the beach was right there.
The people around the place is very bad. They would kill you just as look at you. You cannot walk anywhere after the sun goes down without fear of violence or someone coming after you
Absolutely perfect for our 36hr layover in LA. Close to great food, bike rental/bike path, right on the beach. A wonderful communal rooftop space to chill out on. Clean rooms well equipped. Will definitely come back.

Right in the heart of Koreatown and close to many excellent restaurants, we spent a couple of nights eating lots of Korean food, the hotel is vintage but rooms are decent size with renovated bathrooms, was a good stay
Too noisy at night. Constant banging noise in every 10 to 15 minutes co tinted from 10 PM to 2 AM. I couldnt sleep at all. Front desk clerk behaved as if that is normal, and said he didn't noticed l... He almost wanted to argue with me when I request a checkout receipt saying that I can only get it from travel agent. location is perfect for foodies
Comfortable and nearby with muslim food (The Halal Guys)
The location of the house is excellent, but the facilities are old.
The hotel is cozy, the staff are friendly, and they offer wine tasting daily. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff cleans the rooms daily. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Overall I was satisfied.
I was able to walk to the beach and supermarket, and there were apparel and souvenir shops aimed at young people on the street just behind the hotel, which was great.
