A very nice hotel, right next to the harbor, with its own little bar. It's also quite close to Hawaii Beach; a short walk will take you to the beach, where the scenery is beautiful. The rooms are also large and very clean!

The hotel is located in the west, very close to Universal Studios, 10 minutes drive, free parking, but the facilities are old, no breakfast, there is a small pool, and the soundproofing is poor

The hotel is OK outside, the parking lot is large and free. The room facilities are just average, and I feel it can be compared with the 7 Days Inn in China, but the price is much more expensive than 7 Days Inn. There is free coffee and very sweet cookies in the lobby before 9 am, which is good. The laundry room closes at 10 pm, which is not friendly to people who come back late.

The staff were all Korean, so communication was smooth and friendly, which was great! It's conveniently located in the heart of major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. There's also a Korean supermarket within walking distance, so you can stop by if you need something in a hurry!

Stayed here for 4 nights as a homebase for our LA trip, was in a good location for access to Hollywood sign and Hollywood drive, was also easy to get to Universal via metro. Room was a decent size and clean, front desk staff were great. Pool was heated and nice, only thing was the pool light is hanging out rather than being attached to the wall so could do with being repaired.

Very friendly on arrival, the rooms are very quirky and retro. This was a base for us so we didnt spend alot of time in the room. We ate at the diner on the corner, which is attached the hotel. The food is good with a friendly atmosphere, and handy if hungry and don't plan to go far. The pool was probably the best thing! heated to 30 - nice in the evening to have a swim and relax.

They offer wonderful services like free bike rentals or a Tesla transportation system within a certain radius ( didn’t utilize since we had our car). This is a great value-for-money accommodation. I was a bit worried about safety, but I had no major issues during my 5-night stay. It might have been unnecessary worry. The heater is noisy and the temperature control doesn't work. However, it's a good location for touring LA!!

The hotel is quite old-fashioned, and the cleanliness is acceptable. A plus is that parking is free, unlike some places in LA where you pay even if you're staying at a hotel. There's no microwave in the room, but you can use the shared one. The reception staff are helpful, and the housekeeper cleans the room daily.

The simple bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep on as the bones rubbed against the floor. When I opened the window, insects came in. Also, the bed was still dirty even after the room was cleaned. However, the location was great and there was a supermarket nearby.

we got a queen room at the second floor. the room is small. elevator has a problem to stop in second floor. sometimes, we need to just take the stairs. the hotel does not provide water. because they sell drinks through vendo machine. ice maker machine in the second floor does not work. we need to go up to 3rd floor if we need ice. the room has microwave though, which is very useful

Ocean view is a small hotel in a great location right in front of the park on ocean drive in Santa Monica. Hotel is on a smaller side but good enough for a small family stay and hotel staff and attendants are nice and helpful.  Pros:  Location, staff, ambiance and surroundings  Cons:  Small rooms, floors needed cleaning, the open side could be noisy at night

The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are relatively new, and the location is in a relatively safe area. The cleanliness is average, and the service is almost non-existent. The access was good and there were no major issues for sleeping overnight. The only thing that bothered me was that the shower room door didn't close completely and it was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. The water only felt lukewarm, about 37-38 degrees Celsius. Also, although my room was on the second floor, the hotel's outdoor unit was noisy.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Beverly Hills, and within walking distance to Erewhon. Please note that parking will be charged starting May 2025. Staff and location are highlights of the stay. Have appropriate expectations helps. This is an old Los Angeles apartment complex that was turned into a hotel. As such it's older and dated which is also part of it's charm.

pros: the rooms are spacious, which is good for families that have kid's, my children loved that there was an ice cream machine and a coke machine and how nice the staff were, and that there were free snacks. Cons: the floor was a bit dirty and the tables were kinda sticky, and the things are a bit old.

Location location location. Beautiful room with amazing views. I upgraded my stay to the 1 bedroom suite. Having a separate living room was such a score. Love the historical elements left on the property. The staff was amazing. Including house keeping. They have the cutest beach cruiser bikes that you can rent for free. I can on and on about this property. 10/10 highly recommend.
