Clean, modern rooms with a metro station right next door. Probably the best value and cheapest room you will find in the Hollywod/LA area.

The worst hotel. It is so unsafe. Homeless people coming in and out of the lobby. Doors are not locked after hours. No security present. It was so bad I asked to cancel my reservation before even checking in. Should be considered as a very motel. I've stayed on better motels.

Why you don’t have zero star, I would like to give it zero star. I stay in this hotel from this Monday to Friday, they doing the construction everyday from early morning 7am without any notice. I have complain to the hotel but they just can’t do anything and hand up my phone!!

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would have. NOISY location. TERRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF. Asked for towels they never brought them had to drip dry... pics online are beautiful, but the hotel itself is in a very sketchy side of town. They said they would contact me and adjust the expensive rate for all the drama... My phone has yet to ring. BEWARE!

Room was newly.renovated. Modern look and generally nice. Additional 8 bucks for parking which isn't terrible. No microwave. Room itself.didn't have a smell but the rest of the hotel did have a weird.mouldy odor. simple Breakfast included, dry cereal fruits and pancake machine. location is close to the observatory and jtown.short drive or cheap uber. some road noise from the room, and turning into the hotel driving from the south can be a little annoying.

Very convenient location. Clean, spacious room (newly renovated!). Clean bathroom, but toilet seat is not attached properly. Light under bed flickers. Good service. Additional charge for overnight parking. Full amenities (WiFi, safety deposit box, fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, common toiletries, no microwave). Overall, not bad.

Lovely hotel family friendly my room was real nice and cozy my kids loved it there first thing he said was my room is so awesome ,plus I got a great deal from Mike he is a good worker gave mi good advice and he made sure we got a real good deal they have good staff, I would definitely recomend people to this hotel. When your making reservations ask for Mike he’ll hook u up.????

If you close one eye and squint with the other this is a beautiful hotel.
The second you look past that quick glance you will see peeling wallpaper, and holes in the walls. You will see carpet that should be removed and burned, shower curtain rods that are falling out of the wall, and cigarette burns in everything despite the no smoking signs (the carpet, the walls, even the bathtub had cigarette burns). The mirror had red fingerprints next to it on the wallpaper. Is it lipstick? Is it blood? I don't know... This hotel over all had a very dingy feel as soon as you left the lobby.
Many things in this hotel don't work. The power outlets in my room were so loose that nothing would stay plugged into them. The in room safe would not lock. And the space under the room door is at least 1/2 inch. My wife made me place a towel under the door because she thought someone would be looking through it.
There are some positive things, it's got easy access, good parking, and the staff is nice. The televisions are new and the direct TV has a lot of channels.
Perhaps the maintenance and cleaning staff genuinely try, but I don't know that anything short of a complete renovation could make this hotel suitable for a romantic weekend.

I was thrown off for a minute in the lobby. It doesn't look that nice down there. But man, when you get to your room, it's very clean and modern looking. There were lights under the bed that detected when your feet hit the floor so you can see where you're walking. There were 2 shower heads; one standard and one directly overhead. The only thing i didn't like was one of the employees wouldn't give us our room key when it wouldn't work. We have her the name the room was under but she said they had to be present. It's our manager who was in San Diego. It was a pain in the ass. Everyone else was helpful though.
