It was just average; I checked in on Christmas Day, and it was great value for the price for its location.

The location is indeed convenient; there's a shopping center right outside, and supermarkets are also within walking distance. It's also not far from Los Angeles Airport, making it ideal for tourists. The area is relatively safe, and I recommend staying here.

The location is excellent, right across from The Grove shopping center and The Farmer’s Market. Parking costs $45, so it's best to park there and then cross the street to shop and eat, otherwise parking on the other side will cost several tens of dollars more. This boutique hotel is a converted old building; it's small, cute, and unique, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely lobby courtyard and a swimming pool. Breakfast isn't included, but around 10 am you can have brunch at the coffee shop downstairs and nearby restaurants. A five-minute walk will take you to Trader Joe's to buy some snacks and souvenirs.

It's a five-minute walk to the Farmers Market and The Grove, making it a great place to hang out until the evening.

The room isn't large, but the location is very convenient, close to popular attractions. There's a supermarket nearby, making it a safe walk. The valet parking is very reasonably priced, and the staff are very helpful. The room is cleaned daily. It feels like a small hotel in the city, small but well-equipped. Overall, it's a good value and highly recommended!

A very recommended hotel. It's very convenient for shopping. The hotel service is also very good. I get ten dollars to spend every day. The beer is delicious. Overall, I like it. The only drawback is that the windows are not shaded and I can't sleep very late. It's a pity that I didn't stay there very late. I couldn't find this hotel for four days, so I wasted four days staying at other 2680 places. I look forward to seeing you next time I come to Los Angeles.

The hotel is small, but it has been remodeled recently, so it feels clean and stylish. It is located close to the Grove.

Showed up for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. Asked for a table for two and half of the place was empty. Guy at door says only the bar is available while I'm looking at a half empty restaurant. Guy was a dick too. F this place.

I like there mimosa price. Making a reservation worked well for us. Street parking wasn't an issue. I liked that fact that my main dish came with a side salad. I wish I didn't have to piece together so many extras to get a full offering of breakfast offerings. Can get expensive.

This is my favorite brunch spot here in LA, and I highly recommend it to anyone I get on the topic with. The food is great, the atmosphere is vibrant, and bottomless mimosas for $5 if you spend $13 on food (the cheapest entre last time I was there was $14 so..). I would make reservations if you want a table or have more than 2 trying to sit at the bar

Delicious food snd very good staff - attentive without being all over your table. The place gets a little too dark at night for my preference, but I suppose that's part of the charm, as well.

Went here with friends and it was packed. Love the vibes here. Great service. My mimosa glass is always full. I wish reservation is available online or in an app like open table. Other than that, we will keep coming back!
