Excellent location. But the breakfast is considered not so welcoming. No egg. No bread. The waiter attitude is rather or can be improved.

I booked it on the day of my trip, the price was quite high, it was quite humid probably because of the rain, and there was a smell of disinfectant near the pool.

Very close to Hollywood and free parking.

The room quality is better than that of Home Inns in China, and the hygiene is acceptable. It is definitely not comparable to a formal hotel, but the location is more convenient, there are many places to eat around, the Avenue of Stars is within walking distance, and the hotel is close to Hollywood Studios by car. If you want to play around Hollywood, this place is more convenient. The front desk is Indian and quite welcoming. The breakfast in the restaurant is negligible and very unpalatable. It is recommended that you eat out by yourself. It is very convenient to eat around.

The room smells very bad. There is no elevator and all the equipment is portable... The service is very poor. The service quality of the little Indian brother for breakfast is really good... Not recommended...

The hotel is very small, it is a short distance from the walk of fame, the employees were very approachable. The parking is free but it is very short in height.

The hotel is great, the environment is clean, the service is very good, although the front desk and catering are all in Indian English, especially the Indian catering speaks very quickly, it is not a problem, kind. The swimming pool is great

The location is excellent, very close to Hollywood, and relatively safe. Although it faces the street, the sound insulation effect is okay. The overall hygiene is relatively clean. Good value for money, worth staying

The overall environment is good, the room facilities are complete, there is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. There is an outdoor swimming pool, as well as open-air and indoor parking. Breakfast is packed at the hotel front desk and taken back to the room. It includes milk, biscuits and burgers (frozen in the refrigerator and needs to be heated in the microwave).

I saw comments saying it was noisy. I arrived at the hotel at around 6:00 and told the front desk that I wanted a quieter room. They gave me a corner room near the main road. It was very noisy. There was continuous road noise at night, which affected my sleep. The room was OK.

I love coming here. When I was younger this was the spot to hang after a night on the town. Now that I have a kiddo. It's still the spot to hang and the company is much cooler.

I finished my fruity pancakes at 3:39 p.m and they were excellent. I got judgemental looks from two of the staff upon entering but otherwise they were polite and friendly and efficient.
Updated: Upon leaving my rewards coupon to pay for my meal three employees ran out of the store after me telling me I have to pay so obviously they didn't look at my payment method and presumed the worse of me.

Staff were lovely and very welcoming, the place is clean and has a fresh atmosphere. The blueberry pancakes that I got for breakfast and the pot off coffee was so good! Couldn't finish it all though, but I really tried

I have been going to IHOP on sunset and IHOP in West Hollywood for over 20 years. And the main reason is for the service. better yet the server, Robert. He is not only a great server whom is knowledgeable as well as personal. Robert makes the dinning experience worth the trip.

We were recommended to come here to try the breakfasts and were advised that the portions are insane in size.

Well one thing is for sure, there are so many options to choose from and the pancakes optional.

We found the server to be super friendly and the food came to us real quickly. Being from the UK, we opted for the smaller sized plates which were perfect and ensured that we didn't need to take a doggy bag.

My husband really rated the pancakes and the varieties of syrups that were on offer. I found the breakfast to be sufficient.

To be fair, it's not a place I would go out of my way to eat at again, as there are so many other options in Los Angeles, however we enjoyed our time here.

The food is good here! Always pretty good service! :) great for bigger parties and late night cravings! I love the healthier stuff like the seafood salad here as well as the pizzas!
I kept hearing about the Shrimp fettuccine and O my gosh this Pasta was to die for the Shrimp was absolutely tasty and please let me not forget the Raspberry Lemonade.....delicious. Will most definitely be back

We go to this restaurant every time we are in Los Angeles. They have some of the best food we have ever had. Their menu is huge, everyone can find something the like. Prices are reasonable. Service is impeccable.

The food here is amazing. I promise. You have to pay before you eat though. Which I totally understand. If you dont get it.. you gotta relax. It works for everybody involved, trust me.

The food was soooooo good. Our server was so helpful and delightful. He offered some great food options for a first timer like myself. The hostess, kept her word and accommodated our party as soon as everyone should up. MUST have the Chicken Brochette, the sauce is too good. You will literally want to drink it.

Parking may be a bummer.

Try to eat the hottest wings. You will die probably, but it was so funny with friends. Very good service, liked their waitress. Also - not expensive. Good place, if you like spicy food.

My first time at a BWW and thanks too the bar tender they smashed it! Wings were top notch, beer was cold and the bar tender but a smile on my dial. Cool joint

I had to ask for my sauce 5 times...over 45 minutes of waiting...and that is only from when my food was set down. I asked for the sauce when I placed my order. It didn't come out with my food. "No problem" you might think. This happens all the time. The waiter typically brings it out with the next tray...nope. Had to ask several more times. Decided to talk to a manager, who was no help. Talked to another one, and he was as good as the first. By the time I got my sauce, my chicken was cold and they offered to "heat it up" I don't work for the Health Department, but I don't think food that has been sitting in front of a customer can just be reheated in the fryer...this is what they ended up doing. In the end, I didn't even receive an apology.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! My friend and I meet here once a week for Happy Hour, order a couple of rounds. $5 draft beers from 2:00-7:00pm. The employees have already gotten to know us. I love the atmosphere, sporty, flat screen TVs all over the place, game pads available to play games like Texas Hold'em , Poker, Trivia, etc. The food is excellent, the prices are excellent. Always have a great time here, in fact it has become my safe haven to chill with my friend.
