No one at the desk for check in with several people waiting. No microwave. Paper thin walls. Room was decently clean. Community areas are a bit dirty. Great location.

Super near to Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 33 boat to Alcatraz island.
There is seven eleven near hotel.
Inside the bedroom really clean
Outside need to be renovated

Location is great for visiting the pier - but if you want to do anything downtown - it’s quite far away. Handy to have a 7-11 across the road. No laundry facility, but the daily housekeeping was nice. Staff are friendly too. Room is super old - definitely need a refresh.

Although this hotel is conveniently located on fisherman’s wharf and the staff working there were friendly -the hygiene and cleanliness is severely lacking. Bedding had stains on it, sheets appeared to be unchanged as there was hair in between sheets. Shower curtains had hair on it. There were people shouting and screaming outside hotel until the early hours of the morning, so we did not feel safe at all. Requested a cancellation to book another hotel but hotel refused to offer a refund.

A very old hotel, with some facilities in the guest rooms broken. Friendly staff and excellent location.

It's IHOP, what can you ask for beyond delicious pancakes, tasty bacon and more food for the buck than any "trendy" restaurant? The eggs were over buttered (felt oily), but the taste was great! Can't help but wish I had waited for the unlimited pancakes, but couldn't help myself!

Busy place because of being so close to Fisherman's Wharf. Took a while to be seated but service was good. Good tasted better than other IHOP's I've been too. May have been the weather and being with good company. Overall, very good experience.

Quite pricey but enjoyable. The kids menu was very good but will was once prohibited to order from it cause I'm an adult.... I could order from the kids menu on my prior visits ..

It was ok, food was good but they gave us the wrong bill. They didn't really want to change it after acknowledging but we just took it as it was cheaper than what we ordered. Felt bad to whoever that had to paid for our more expensive meals though.

Only 3 people running this busy restaurant. The phone is off the hook so don't try to order by phone. Bad ownership. The workers are awesome and they do their best.
#2 One hour and still waiting. Not coming back here.
#3 Finally we are seated and told it will take 20 min before they take our order because they are busy. Something is just wrong here. One star is too much!!
#4 leaving because no service yet! The management is ABISINGZ the workers!8 hundreds of dirty dishes everywhere in the restaurant piled up. They cannot even clean up the tables of the people are gone. Neighbors empty for over 20 minutes still waiting to be cleaned up. Jerks and greedy owners!

Excellent service. The plates could be better. The juices are not natural. It is situated in a tourist place, where people from all over the world visit, so they could improve on some special dishes with shrimp, making something special and different.

What an amazing place to eat! We were seated very quickly, the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. My only regret is that I had the mussels, because they raised my expectations so high, I will never be satisfied with just any dish with mussels again. My boyfriend loved the chicken and fries, and the 7 year old loved the clam chowder, and sourdough.

Dinner was delicious! Wonderful Italian inspired seafood. Dessert left something to be desired. Not special. But atmosphere was delightful and romantic. Very decent wine list. All in all a great dining experience

The crab and salmon were both fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The fried green beans were quite good. The view was nice, too. Also, good bread. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely go again!

We had a wonderful meal!! I will have the swordfish stuffed with crab again.. And wonderful sourdough bread!! And like 60 degree weather. Such a great night in San Francisco. Look forward to more baby, Edward Hudgens
