Just got back from staying here at the davinci and boy was it a mistake! When I checked in, the clerk at the front desk was extremely rude and short with me. She failed to notify me that I needed to register my car with them. Because she didn't register the car, it got towed to the tune of $375.00. The hotel accepted no responsibility for the mistake. In addition to that fiasco, the room had an appalling, foul smell. All three of my business colleagues said that their rooms stank as well. Only stay here if this is the last hotel in town and the sidewalks are full.
Perfect location it's about a mile from Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown etc The hotel and they are decent, the staff is super nice and friendly and helpful. Have a nice pool area nice gym and they have laundry. I would definitely come here again the price is reasonable and it's a really great location it's in Central Downtown San Francisco.
It's a clean hotel more like a motel worth the price that I paid for San Francisco. I liked that I could step out of the hotel and not be completely surrounded by a ton of homeless people and their smells. We were a close proximity to a couple of neighborhoods for good food that didn't break the bank that we could walk to. The beds were fine, but the bathroom is tiny and our shower curtain was precariously hanging on. It would have been great if they had left enough towels for all 3 of us (My kid needs a towel too) but again we could make do. And they should stop advertising free breakfast because I'm not sure who wants to eat sad fruit and stale donuts. Charge me $5 less.
Location is very good and staff is nice. The hotel is a refurbished motel. Had to ask to have the room cleaned or restocked with towels multiple times.
The rooms are pretty small but they get the job done. The walls are super thin and we were woken up by passers by which is the reason for the loss of the star. The breakfast is awesome though with a wide variety of delicious baked goods as well as many other options. The location is also super great and very central to many of the city’s attractions! If you go in knowing it’s a 3 star hotel you will be impressed as it is a great place!
Nice hotel located in a very nice area, between walking distance of many interest places. There is a small swimming pool, heated, and a very nice gym, better than many on bigger and most expensive hotels. It has parking, it is $40 per day, it was high for me considering this is a budget hotel. Simple but adequate breakfast. Simple and clean rooms. Good price. Go for it!
This is a nice little hotel and we found the beds/pillows very comfortable compared to our stay in New York. We didnt have much interaction with the staff nor did we use the pool etc but our rooms were always cleaned and made up to an excellent standard and everything seemed to run smoothly. The only downside was that the lift was very very slow and even though the hotel was kept very clean, parts of it looked like it needed some updating. Would happily recommend it and would definitely stay again in the future.
After staying for 6 days in the hotel it was really not that nice... We decided to stay on for another night. These people change the price of the hotel made it more checked us out and checked us back in and had us do another deposit. For some reason the credit card will not take the payment right then so they said we have to go get a cash deposit of $300 which is more than the price of the night of the room. The young lady who was one of the managers actually laughed and smirked. The hotel is clean but it wasn't that great extremely overpriced. And definitely very rude employees. There were actually two highlights the complimentary breakfast included make your own waffles and not part of the hotel but connected to it a dim sum restaurant that was amazing.

Really disappointed that Hotwire told me this place was 3.5 stars. Feels like staying at a Motel 6. Paper thin walls, radiator heating, and rooms feel like a prison cell. No bathtub only a dirty shower with soap dispensers like you see at the gym. Manager refused to do anything but show another (same) room. Pay the extra $10 to stay at a real hotel. Decent for zero frills I guess, but don't expect the Sheraton.

Creative and elegant French style cooking. tip: if you can't get reservation at restaurant, they have a bar/lounge next door that serves entire menu if you so desire. It's a great way to sample what they have. Great place for date/romantic evening, special event. Private dining room in the back.

Phenomenal. We came in around 5:15 and needed to get on our way to the airport by 7. The staff didn't miss a beat, perfectly timing our 4 course meal and had us out the door by 6:55 without feeling rushed at all. Food was superb and creative and our waiter was fantastic. Would definitely come back when in the SF area again.

Food is alright and service is inconsistent. Good music, but the red haired waitresses really put a damper on the mood for my table. We spent a little over 300 and the service was still lackluster

Bartender was extremely rude. Refused to make me a drink because he stated that he only wanted to make simple drinks. I then asked for a different drink and did not tip him because of his horrible service! I checked my card statement and he ended up still giving himself a tip. GO somewhere else.

Stop by for any of the daily deals and you will not be disappointed. Service was great, all that was missing was a slightly lower price tag on the drinks. Other than that, food was delicious and worth the visit!

I was underwhelmed. My expensive filet of fish was a bit overcooked and a bit dry and the prices compared to the portions were misaligned. Our server was friendly and attentive, but his good service didn't make up for the less than stellar food.

The restaurant itself is very dusty and cluttered, the steaks were nothing special. the waiter and busser acted as if we were an inconvenience and never once smiled. The bill was 750. For 5 adults and 1 child. Way over priced for the service and the food. This was our annual Christmas-eve steak dinner. We won’t be going back to BOBO’s

The steaks are delicious and big portions. Be sure to order a side to go with the meat. The decorations and seating are dated/underwhelming, but the food will make up for it. This is a great steak house that is often skipped due to appearance. (Hardly any options for vegetarians)

We happened to go on the hottest day in SF history and got seated in a back corner because we had a baby. It was so hot the waiter was all sweaty and gross. We were so hot it was hard to enjoy the food. I'm sorry but I I'm paying $200 for a nice meal, I want to be able to enjoy it.
