The hotel was gorgeous and very well maintained! The room was very nice and had everything that we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. They helped to make our family vacation even better. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!!!

I highly recommend both the theater staff and the overall experience. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, and clean. The location is excellent. It's very quiet, and the towel service and other amenities were very good.

Sure. I'm even brave enough to go out at night now. Just don't walk to the right when you go out, and you'll be fine.

Enjoyed our stay just didn't expect to make up the Sofa bed ourselves for our son. The check in staff could have communicated this to us on check in. Forgot about the Wyndham concept about being offered seminar. We declined. Staff were a bit relentless with trying to get us to attend and receive free hop on hop off bus which didnt care about. we had our own plans for our stay. good location but close to
Tenderloin which is a no go area. Hotel Staff warned us not to go there. Hotel was good choice for our week in SFO though.Good coffee around the corner, nice lil bar on corner too

Hi , Fantastic and friendly receptionist.Free coffee and hot cocoa every morning at the hotel lobby.Free flavoured water too at the hotel lobby.There is washer and dryer at odd level floor.One bedroom have microwave , coffee maker , blender and fridge.Housekeeping is friendly too.

Everyone from the beginning to the end was wonderful. I loved the personal touch and communication from everyone. From the bellman to the front desk to the information counter. They made us feel very welcome. The room was beautiful and equipped with everything. It couldn’t have been better. Even the location.

Absolutely fabulous food, atmosphere and service. Mind you, the prices may seem high, but you get what you paid for. Great for large parties since servings are family style. I had to finalize the menu in advance, but you can customize it and even chose the title on the menu for the gathering.

The restaurant is off an alley, which is hard to spot. The Le Colonial neon sign points the way. Outs an unassuming entrance, but once you get inside, it's marvelous. Looks to be an old Victorian how converted into a restaurant.
The food was great too. I wasn't wowed by their spring rolls, but the Pot An Pho was absolutely incredible.

Ok. Maybe my review is a little harsh. Normally I don't deduct for poor service. But they got my friends order completely wrong. As in wrong item. No offer of discounting barely an apology. We had a show to make so no chance of getting the right item. We requested another table but were told they had a reservation for the other table. It sat empty the entire time we were there.
Food would have been 4 star. Nothing spectacular. More upscale than most but flavors kind of flat.
I'd skip. Many other better choices in the area.

Came here for a team dinner with my company. Michelle made it easy to organize and order for everyone, while be conscious of dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong and tasty! Be aware: they have a dress code here!

Excellent location. Atmosphere definitely resembles old French colonial buildings in Saigon. Food was very good. Had the oxtail bowl. Bone marrow with mushrooms was amazing. Highly recommend for intimate evening.

Rooftop bar with heaters in the patio area. My only complaint is, they do not have enough heaters for the patio space or turn on only a few. Most times I go to this place, I end up feeling really cold and as a result end up leaving fairly quickly.

Nice atmosphere, huge outdoor space for summer. The indoor space is also great with a cool vibe. The crowd age range varies.

This place was almost completely empty when I entered for breakfast, and that made me question my decision to eat there. I had the eggs benedict, and they were delicious though on the high-priced side. I did not like the chairs that they used at the dining tables semicolon not having a back on a stool makes it very uncomfortable.

My wife and I had breakfast there. Staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great. Open floor plan and natural lighting adds for a nice atmosphere. The big plus was that the music was mostly 70's top 40 and the volume was subdued.

The service is so BAD here. The food is alright. The drinks are decent, but the service is sad. The food is over priced for what you get, expect to wait a long time for your food to arrive once you order. I don’t recommend this place ? This place is covfefe.

We were served pretty quickly, but the food took 45 minutes to get to us. People who arrived later than us got served first too. Check out the Eggs Benedict... or rather, the sad attempt at it.
