We had a wonderful stay at the Warwick San Francisco. The hotel has a classic charm, very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, quiet, and cozy — perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city.
Special thanks to Nestor at the front desk — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. His positive attitude and warm welcome truly made our stay even better.
The location is excellent — close to Union Square, public transportation, restaurants, and major attractions.
Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I had a great stay at the Warwick, my room was spotless, location great - easy to get to all the tourist spots and the public transit system when I wanted to go further afield. Nestor on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in San Francisco.

The Warwick clerk was kind, helpful and efficient. Our large group gathered in San Francisco for bereavement. The staff gave us a place to meet and visit.
Our room was delightful in retaining vintage charm while including every convenience. The bed was perfect. Even though our room was on the street side, it seemed very quiet but with a lovely night view.

Nestor at the front desk, always provides exceptional customer service. He goes beyond the scope of his responsibility, always with a smile, very welcoming, informative, and super helpful. Also other individuals that stand out and give exceptional customer service are Steve, Gonzalo, Britney, Denise, Alberto they all provide great customer service, super helpful and friendly due to this great customer service. I will continue to be loyal to this account. I’m super happy staying here. It feels safe quiet very conveniently located. I’m a very happy customer from Mr. Guerrero.

The staff was great and the room itself was decent, kind of a musty smell but everything felt clean. The reason I’m rating 4 stars is because this was the NOISIEST hotel stay I’ve ever had in SF, and I’ve stayed at many SF hotels. The street outside was LOUD ALL NIGHT, into the early morning hours. I had to be up at 4am for a surgery and I don’t think I slept longer than one hour, and it was just a Wednesday night. Loud music, cars honking, people yelling. Constantly. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but I do think people should know before they book.

We booked the one-bedroom suite with handicap access, and while the space was decent, there were a few key issues. The sliding doors were awkward and difficult to manage, especially for accessibility purposes. More importantly, the bathtub was not disability-friendly, which really defeats the point of an accessible room. The sensor lights were also disruptive during the night — a small thing that made sleep harder than it should’ve been.
That said, the staff overall were friendly, and the location is excellent — walkable to pretty much everything and very convenient for Waymo pick-ups. We also appreciated the two complimentary glasses of wine per night, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the barman was quite unfriendly and seemed to resent having to serve us. He didn’t even bring the wine over — just left it sitting on the bar. (Easy fix: just don’t tip him.)
We’d stay again, but definitely in a different room — one that’s more thoughtfully designed for comfort and accessibility.

This place was almost completely empty when I entered for breakfast, and that made me question my decision to eat there. I had the eggs benedict, and they were delicious though on the high-priced side. I did not like the chairs that they used at the dining tables semicolon not having a back on a stool makes it very uncomfortable.

My wife and I had breakfast there. Staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great. Open floor plan and natural lighting adds for a nice atmosphere. The big plus was that the music was mostly 70's top 40 and the volume was subdued.

The service is so BAD here. The food is alright. The drinks are decent, but the service is sad. The food is over priced for what you get, expect to wait a long time for your food to arrive once you order. I don’t recommend this place ? This place is covfefe.

We were served pretty quickly, but the food took 45 minutes to get to us. People who arrived later than us got served first too. Check out the Eggs Benedict... or rather, the sad attempt at it.

Absolutely fabulous food, atmosphere and service. Mind you, the prices may seem high, but you get what you paid for. Great for large parties since servings are family style. I had to finalize the menu in advance, but you can customize it and even chose the title on the menu for the gathering.

The restaurant is off an alley, which is hard to spot. The Le Colonial neon sign points the way. Outs an unassuming entrance, but once you get inside, it's marvelous. Looks to be an old Victorian how converted into a restaurant.
The food was great too. I wasn't wowed by their spring rolls, but the Pot An Pho was absolutely incredible.

Ok. Maybe my review is a little harsh. Normally I don't deduct for poor service. But they got my friends order completely wrong. As in wrong item. No offer of discounting barely an apology. We had a show to make so no chance of getting the right item. We requested another table but were told they had a reservation for the other table. It sat empty the entire time we were there.
Food would have been 4 star. Nothing spectacular. More upscale than most but flavors kind of flat.
I'd skip. Many other better choices in the area.

Came here for a team dinner with my company. Michelle made it easy to organize and order for everyone, while be conscious of dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong and tasty! Be aware: they have a dress code here!

Excellent location. Atmosphere definitely resembles old French colonial buildings in Saigon. Food was very good. Had the oxtail bowl. Bone marrow with mushrooms was amazing. Highly recommend for intimate evening.

Dinner was great. Came back the next day for Wednesday pork chop special and told by new manager that had to wait an hour for menu to be available. At 3.30pm At the same time she went ahead with her staff and seated a couple that came after us. When asked why they said oh sorry and too bad for you and everyone else that was waiting to spend money have to wait til 4.30. She said she was new and unable to handle the job.
Wow. Never will go to daily grill again. Spent 300 first night in town. I have never written a review but because it popped up on my phone this is the first and it had to be bad. Daily grill is scratched from my list.

Came in at 11:00 am, we sat at the bar thinking faster service. We were told the kitchen is switching from breakfast to lunch, had to wait 10 minutes before they could make food. 45 minutes later we received our lunch. There was a bartender switch after our order was placed, and it was a shame, the bartender that came in had no care for his customers, stress on his face with every request. A couple came in and waited 20 minutes to even get a greeting...poor service.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner here with my wife. The place was packed but the food was still amazing and the server was very attentive and helpful. We loved it!

This place! I am VERY picky when it comes to good food. Not only was our food AMAZING but our server Peni was the BEST! We cannot wait to come back from Seattle!
