Location is good. Simple n modern environment.

The room was large and comfortable, located in downtown San Francisco with great city views from the window. The breakfast buffet was very rich and delicious, and it's quite close to Fisherman's Wharf, making it a good choice for accommodation.

Located in the financial district, the hotel enjoys good security, and its facilities and breakfast are adequate.

The hotel service is excellent. From the lobby, the greeters and bellhops, to the guest rooms and restaurant, everyone is warm and attentive, paying attention to detail and making you feel right at home. The service is much better than the nearby Royal Pacific Hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Front desk was slow and not super helpful. The valet was understaffed and weren’t present when dropping off the car.

The hotel is very new and has a good location

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from February 8 to 12, 24, and returned after traveling to Los Angeles. The second time we stayed was from February 16 to 19, 24.
Encountered the same problem. Even though we prepaid the room fee, we were still charged a deposit of 199 US dollars when we checked in. After receiving the credit card reminder SMS, we asked the hotel, and the reply was that the system made a mistake and it should be charged 100.
The second check-in still required a destination fee of 30 US dollars per night, which was waived after another negotiation.
Because of the wrong deposit collection during the two check-ins, we found the front desk manager to report the situation. The front desk manager gave a bonus compensation of 59 US dollars, but it has been a month since I returned to Shanghai, and I have not received it. After negotiation, Ctrip said that the reward would be given only after the next check-in.
After returning to China, I received a notice from my credit card that my credit card transaction was abnormal, so I immediately stopped using it and exchanged it for a new card.
Two experiences, many bad experiences, I advise everyone to be careful when swiping the card when staying in this hotel. In addition, the destination fee of 30 US dollars per night is a big mistake, and it was slashed by foreigners.

The hotel is overall good, moderate in size, convenient and clean, and the customer service is courteous. However, there are many free gifts in the passport after check-in. The customer service did not introduce any reminders. If I had not read the hotel's passport, I would have missed redeeming the cable car tickets and A water bottle was given. But overall I'm still very satisfied
