My daughter and I were very happy with our first stay at 1 Hotel. I didn’t know what true luxury hotel
Stay was until now. Luxury from the valet service to the rooftop  restaurant and pool.

1 Hotel South Beach is one of those places that makes you think: “I could live here.” It’s truly a full experience — you don’t even need to leave the property to enjoy your day.
The rooftop pool is a dream — with amazing sushi, delicious food, desserts, and a beautiful vibe. There are beachside restaurants, fun events and parties, and the beach itself is absolutely stunning. The service is top-tier — they help with everything, set up your towels, and make sure you’re relaxed.
The rooms are gorgeous — clean, stylish, and thoughtfully maintained. The lobby lounge area is a vibe of its own, perfect for a midday reset or catching up with friends. There’s even a great little coffee spot inside (the coffee is so good), and I love discovering the art pieces all around the hotel.
It’s no surprise that so many of my friends from New York stay here when they’re in Miami. Everything is done with taste, and it feels both luxurious and grounding at the same time. I’d honestly love to be a resident here someday — it just feels like home.

Hands down best hotel for friends, couples and families. Beautiful amenities, great location, direct beach access and multiple different pools including the rooftop for adults. The food here is also incredible! 12/10 highly recommend

Second time staying here, my hubby and I always come here to celebrate our anniversary and this time not only our anniversary but a little baby moon. We were greeted by Jessica who I must say gave us over the top service and hospitality. This woman was extremely busy with an overload of guests trying to check in and she still took the time with us, and gave us amazing service and we shared we were here for our baby moon. This hotel is fabulous and beautiful. But the hospitality and service everywhere is great. We went to dinner to the rooftop and our server I forgot I think was genavive, or Geraldine was extremely lovely. Even treated us to a dessert when she saw my baby bump to congratulate us. The food was amazing as well. This hotel and staff made me feel SO SPECIAL and cared for. We will always come here. Thank you for such a great experience.

This has been, by far, one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the amenities are incredible, there are so many delicious dining options in the hotel, the pools are relaxing, the service was impeccable….
I could go on an on about this hotel! I was thoroughly impressed by how attentive and nice all of the staff were. They certainly run a tight ship and truly know how to elevate each guest’s experience. They even brought us some cake to celebrate my partner’s birthday!
Some highlights for me were breakfast each morning at Plnthouse with ocean views and delicious coffee, lounging in the rooftop pool, and using their amazing gym. Everything about this hotel was 11/10. My experience in Miami was truly stellar, and I owe it all to the 1 Hotel.

We received a warm welcome at check-in, with a helpful bellman and a smooth process overall. Claire was especially wonderful—she gave us a quiet room perfect for our baby and even arranged thoughtful surprises that made us feel truly special. Her warmth, especially toward our little one, set the tone for our stay.
The hotel itself has a beautiful, earthy aesthetic and a vibrant yet relaxed vibe. Despite its reputation for nightlife, we felt completely comfortable and included as a family. The atmosphere caters to all kinds of guests, and we appreciated how effortless it was to feel at home.

I am thoroughly disgusted with my NYE experience at this hotel's pool "wet". Only one small poolside bathroom was allowed to be used for over 2000 people. I imagine people staying in the hotel we're going up to there rooms. It didn't even feel like a concert as no one was dancing the entire night. You couldn't expect people to dance because they care more about making money then people enjoying there experience. No joke, there was no dedicated area or dance floor and my girlfriend and I were told to dance between the reserved bottle service tables. At one point I addressed a bouncer because somebody grabbed her multiple times only to be yelled at and escorted out by approximately 7 bouncers out of the club that I agreed to leave on my own after this terrible experience. As I was leaving, a bouncer informed me that he could beat me up and I was shoved by them from behind.
I don't know what this place is like a normal basis, but if you are planning to go for NYE, I STRONGLY suggest anywhere else on earth.

My night at The Dutch was completely unpleasant. My entire party did not enjoy the food. Prices are ridiculous but service is amazing and super attentive I will not be coming back here again!!! Good luck to you future customers, hope you aren’t as unhappy as I was with my experience..

Service was top-notch: attentive, quick, efficient, professional. Every taste, from the oysters to the crudo to the burgundy was phenomenal. The lunch menu is cool.

Chef Andrew Carmellini, whom New Yorkers know (and love) for Locanda Verde, Little Park, Lafayette, and the Dutch in SoHo took his act on the road opening inside the W South Beach. (Fun fact: Carmellini’s grandfather ran the Surf Club down the street back in the 1950s.) The seafood-heavy menu features crowd-pleasers like the diver scallops and farde salmon; the Biscayne Platter (a dozen oysters, little necks clams, corvina ceviche, etc.) is good for a group while the sheep’s milk ricotta is a no-brainer. The dining room, designed by the New York-based Meyer Davis Studio (The Dutch SoHo, Lure), marries a mod beach look with driftwood beams overhead, light oak floors, and a zinc-top bar. At lunch, ask for a table outside in the garden.

As a frequent diner of fine restaurants around the world, I can tell you that this restaurant is not what you think fine dining is. These guys are clueless on real customer service. Unnecessary additude. Laughable. Sloppy. Impolite. “Fake Politeness”

Not sure how the reviews are so bad.. have been to most of the best restaurants in Miami and the service here was the best by a mile. Food was good and the staff were all amazing. One of the only restaurants that don't automatically take 20%+ service charge off the bill as well but definitely deserve a good tip.

I wish I could give this restaurant a 5 because the food was so worth every penny. It was soooo good. We had a party of 8 and combined we had the braised short rib, lamb chops, the king crab (verrry small, more like a prince lol), Mac n cheese, and salad (they don't have ranch). All of the food was good, great, and phenomenal!
However, when it came to splitting the checks, it was terror trying to calculate how much each person's ticket was. The manager wasn't really helpful until we finally figured everything out an hour later.
The atmosphere was very elegant and laid back.

Amazing food. Great party atmosphere. This is a very experiential dinner club, you have to go and check it out because it's like Mardi Gras in a room. The only down note was in the beginning because the bouncer was not very welcoming, but everything else was great.

I got food poisoned with the Risotto of Black truffle. I haven’t eat the whole day because I can’t stop vomiting, the environment was supper nice, but not worthy to get you sick and the food it is not as good as the marketing; if you have ever been to France, you will know that the true French cousine would never disappoint you. I am very very disappointed!

Loved the atmosphere and the food here. Beautiful colored lights throughout the restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor dining. It is a little pricey, but we really enjoyed it.
