I had reserved 24 hours ahead of time just to get there and then tell me that they didn’t have a room wasted my time and money getting there then had to wait 10 minutes for them to attend me in the lobby, never again coming here.

The saff was great but the room was terrible and look like it needed a massive upgrade, the pictures and the room were not the same. It felt unsafe as a solo traveler. There was a toilet outside and broke down car in the parking lot.

The rooms urgently need renovating. Damaged furniture, moldy bathroom, cockroaches, rusty kitchen fixtures... it was truly disgusting to be in the room. Never again!!!

The front desk gentleman was exceptionally courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in experience, providing outstanding customer service that truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

I was unable to complete my stay at this property. The sheets were dirty and the room was filled with smoke, as I walked into the room I literally has to turn right back out. Currently ensuring that my refund is processed.

The 1st room he checked me into the floor was so nasty you can slide on it with your shoes on and the bathroom walls grout was black everywhere. I asked for another room and the bathroom wasn’t clean either so I went and bought cleaner and cleaned the bathroom for myself. I would NEVER stay there again!

It's a disgrace that TRIP offers this "motel." Don't go there! It's truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Very dirty and unsafe.

Very good, I like it very much. The room is very big and comfortable. It is very cost-effective and suitable for family travel. The elderly and children like it very much. I will come again next time. It is very good

Let me start by saying I'm a DD lover! This visit to DD left me completely disappointed. I went to this particular one on a Sunday at about 7:30pm. After my husband and I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes with no one in site a man appeared with no apology or anything. There's a sign posted that says 99 cents for a medium coffee when UM wins, they won that night. My husband asks if the medium coffee was 99 cents the cashiers Response NO! First problem. Next I ordered a hot decaf, his response No,no decaf. No explanation as to why or an offer to make some. At a coffee place you expect at the least a variety of coffee regardless of the time of day. When I finally did get my coffee it tasted like half coffee half water I'll be doing the survey as well to voice my dissatisfaction

The only thing good about this Dunkin is its location. The young staff here is mediocre & just okay. Nothing special; for the compact space they tend to talk about their personal business & plans right behind the counter while preparing food in front of customers. Lobby ALWAYS needs to be cleaned, they’re slow & take long considering it’s high volume business. They sloppily prepare sandwiches majority of the time & THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING! Usually an unpleasant experience every time.

They know what I like and they make it perfectly. One star is missing because they bolted up the outlets. U can't sit and enjoy your breakfast while charging your phone
