The cost was not worth it to stay here. at this place there was pet charge sales tax resort fee sales tax occupancy tax parking sales tax all doubled our bill which was not worth staying there.

I had a fantastic stay at The Plunge Beach Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, with everything you need within walking distance. The pool is well-maintained, and the beach service is excellent, from help with umbrellas to getting drinks delivered right to your spot.

The only downsides were the extremely slow elevator and hallway carpets that could use a much needed update. Other than that, the experience was amazing, and I’ll definitely be back for the value.

Special shoutout to Suzanne at the front desk—she was especially helpful and made the stay even better!

Highly recommend for the price, location, and overall vibe.

I’ve stayed at Plunge Beach resort several times throughout 2025, and it never disappoints. The location is unbeatable — right on a stunning sandy beach in a friendly and relaxing area.

The staff are genuinely friendly and extremely service-minded. The check-in team is great and always invites you in with a warm and friendly attitude, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. A special shout-out to Bean & Barcle for serving absolutely fantastic morning coffee — easily one of the best starts to the day.

The beach bar works great and perfectly complements the relaxed beach atmosphere. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent service, a beautiful setting, and a consistently great experience. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back during 2026 and I look forward to first visit in January.

We had an unexpected extra day to our Miami trip to see Messi and booked here to get a beach day in before the game. The rooms were solid. The beach is very nice and the chairs and pool/beach bar are exactly what you want for a day at the beach. The lobby is nice and updated. The service here was exceptional. From the front desk to the bar they go out of their way to help you. I haven’t had as good of service in years. Especially the front desk, they are the best!

Wow. I cannot say enough bad things about this place.

When we got here, it took almost half an hour to check in because the line was so long. I was then informed that I had to pay for my parking and on top of that, everytime I parked they said I had to go to the front desk to check in. And everytime the line was longer than the last. I also had to pay for ‘complimentary towels and water’…….. ‘complimentary’

Rooms: are incredibly cheap. Building is very old and instead of doing full remodels, they went the cheap way and just made everything ‘rustic’ and it I does not look good at all. The hallways are whimsical and goofy, it looks lol they have stickers for pictures on the wall.

And lastly, the bed. OH MY GOD the pillows might as well be non existent and both my partner and I have woken up with pain in our back and neck. The entire thing is like a cardboard box. I would have asked for more pillows but I’m sure they would have charged me a convenience fee lol.

This place is a joke!

We stayed at your hotel for 3 nights. The rooms do need to be made over. They are old but clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hallways have a bit of an old smell. We stayed in the building where our room faced the beach. Great view. The garbage in the hallway next to the elevator was not picked up for two days. Food and bottles falling out of the bin.
The one thing I was upset with I was told we had a balcony and found out it was a Juliette so we upgraded our room which I wasn’t thrilled with. They had a guy when I checked in, also friendly. Suzette was so friendly and nice. They had another girl also friendly and helpful. Not friendly and annoyed was Jared. The bar area outside did not have enough help. I felt bad for the servers. One person doing it all. Glad they weren’t overly crowded.
Overall, I will return when they redo it all. We were also told you were within walking distance to the restaurants on Commercial. Not totally true.

Michelle went out of her way to ensure my boyfriend and I had an amazing stay. We had the best room in the whole place, right in the beach. The view was everything. The food at bayside is great! Try the tacos you won't regret it. Salsa was yummy too. This place is like heaven, truly magical.

We come here every year and it can't be beat. It's right on the beach. They give you beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. And best of all.... it's a private beach! When you're done, walk up to the pool and have lunch and a few drinks. It's less than half a mile to downtown. You can walk it in under 10 mins or use the free bicycles the resort offers! The staff at the desk are wonderful. This place just can't be beat!!

What an excellent day my friend and I had at this beautiful resort.
They have a parking lot right across and also they offer valet parking.
The lobby it’s so cute and filled with beautiful art pieces from local artist.
There’s a coffee shop in the lobby that I want to go again and try it out because it looks so cute.

The pool was so refreshing and the beach view was breathtaking.
The food at the bar was super delicious and the drinks even better!. Their prices were super reasonable for the amazing experience that you can have eating delicious food with that gorgeous view.

This place is fantastic! I spend alot of time at Dunkins, but this one is the best in the county. Remembered my order to a T the second time I arrived, and offered to get me more water without even asking. Give these folks a visit, you will not regret it!
