No porter willing to help you with your luggage.
There were three porters in the lobby, and no one bothered to take my bags and load them into the car.
They were only joking around and checking out the women in their swimsuits.
If you have trouble sleeping in the sunlight, I recommend staying somewhere else.
The curtains let the sun shine directly into your bed at 6:00 AM.
The beach closes at 5:00 PM, and you'll have to vacate your lounger even if it's sunny until 8:00 PM.

The ocean-view rooms directly facing the sea not only boast beautiful views but are also very spacious, with balconies offering unbeatable ocean vistas. The hotel's beach service is also excellent. The only downside is the excessive amount of yellow algae along the shore. 😜

The room faces the sea, and the view is very comfortable. The hotel beach is not big and is shared with the hotel next door. The beach chairs are collected by the staff at about 5 or 6 pm. If you want to lie on the beach, you need to go early.

The room type I booked on Ctrip was the worst room type in the hotel. The conditions were very poor and uncomfortable. Fortunately, the hotel service was good. After communicating with the front desk, they helped me upgrade to a sea view room. The room had a great view and I was very satisfied.

We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent.
It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen!
From our room, we could see the neighboring tower apartment building and the beach.

We had a great stay at Nobu. Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee). Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share pools. However, Nobu has an adult only pool which was so peaceful and great amenity. The only two pools looked very kid friendly. Beach was very clean. The men's sauna and steam room was out of order in the spa which was disappointing. Spa treatment was worth booking. I'd recommend a stay at this hotel.

I reserved one of the nicest suites for my wedding anniversary $890++, but upon entering the room, I was immediately disappointed. There was dust everywhere, and when I removed my shoes to walk around, the floor was covered with sand—clearly the room hasn’t been cleaned in a while. To make things worse, the bed sheets were damp. This was far from the experience I expected for such a special occasion. They offered us three macarons, which were completely melted.
The food was horrible. We ordered eggs and avocado toast, but the eggs arrived undercooked. Despite requesting the avocado toast plain, it came with butter and red pepper, and the potatoes were cold and tasted awful.
The only nice factor was the nice beach. However, this room was worth no more than $200, certainly not a penny more. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Delicious! I love breakfast food and this one hit it out of the park. Sat in the sunroom with beautiful lighting. Eggs Benedict was amazing. Freshly squeezed juices served only. Waiter was very attentive and filled up drinks throughout. Expensive but worth it. Located inside the Eden Roc hotel in Miami.

This Asian fusion restaurant has everything. The Ambiance and food are well paired in the chefs make mind-blowing cuisine that is completely unforgettable. You can go in for a simple lunch for a fairly reasonable price (not cheap by any means) or walk out after spending hundreds on a huge 7 course meal. If you are a curious and adventurous eater, take an opportunity to check out Nubu Miami. You won't forget or regret it.

This is the best sushi I have ever eaten. They definitely worth Michelin one star. $97/person. Need made a reservation at least before one week. They will prepare food for you. So you don't have to worried what kind of food you need order. If you want to order more, you can add some more, of course you need extra charge. At last, we spent $150/person after tax and tips. It's not bad. Worth 4 stars.

Great atmosphere, great food and best of all, a great server. Hanan was our waitress and she was amazing. She not only provided excellent service, but she is also a warm and genuine individual, and she shared many great things about the area with us when she found out that it was our first visit to Miami.
