The service is terrible, the air conditioning is rubbish, it just doesn't work, nothing works, and it's so expensive. I will never stay in this hotel again.

At check-in, the receptionist, Sabrina, didn't explain practically anything about how the hotel worked. But that wasn't the worst part. She didn't notice that my last name didn't appear correctly in the system, which caused us problems when we wanted to use other hotel services and charge the expenses to our room. We also asked her to bring our luggage up to the room. After half an hour, we called the receptions to claim our luggage and they brought the wrong suitcases. My husband had to go down to the lobby to get the suitcases.The first day, we left the room at 10am and returned at 4pm. In all this time, housekeeping never came. They cleaned our room at 11pm.

Finally, the worst came. On Monday morning we woke up to hammering in the room next door. When we called to ask them to please stop the hammering, they told us that it was impossible, since the hotel had been under construction for a year.
No one ever informed us of this when we arrived at the hotel, nor did they have the courtesy to accommodate us on another floor. The lack of respect and the scam that this hotel is incurring in is unprecedented. We lost a day changing hotels and they only compensated us for one night, which does not compensate for the loss of time and the mistreatment we suffered from the incompetent hotel employees.

When we said that we were leaving the hotel, the receptionist promised us that they would refund us the money for the entire stay. When we came down with our bags packed, the Front Desk Manager Rachael Daniell Jones said no, they would only compensate us for one night. When we demanded an explanation, they didn't know what to say, they hid in their offices and didn't give us any answers, especially when we asked why they didn't inform us that the hotel was under construction. If the hotel knows that there is construction going and doesn't notify us, it is an abuse and a scam. Finally, they called the police to get rid of us and our legitimate claim.
