I recently stayed at The Miami Beach EDITION and wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional hospitality provided by Zeyneb at the front desk.

From the moment I arrived, Zeyneb was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. What stood out most was her attention to detail and personal touch. During my stay she recognized me several times in the lobby, greeted me by name, and took the time to check in and make sure everything about my stay was going well.

That level of attentiveness is rare and truly reflects the standard of service you hope to experience at a property of this caliber. Zeyneb made the experience feel personal rather than transactional, and her follow-up to ensure I was happy with my stay did not go unnoticed.

Employees like Zeyneb elevate the guest experience and represent the hotel brand in the best possible way. I sincerely appreciate her hospitality and look forward to returning.

Beautiful property with fun, unique amenities that helped us make the most of a cold week in Miami. The bowling alley, pool table, and complimentary bikes kept us moving while the weather gods were being less than cooperative for a 'beach vacation'.

Despite the cold snap, service at the beach and the pool was still very attentive and helped make the most of the slivers of sunshine we got!

Room was well appointed, gym had everything we needed, and the restaurants were perfect. Don't sleep on The Market for breakfast - everything there is delicious, freshly made, and comes with friendly service.

Location couldn't be better with easy access to other luxury hotels, great restaurants and other neighborhoods. We would absolutely choose this hotel again.

We have been spending Christmas and New Year at The Miami Beach EDITION for several years now, always for two weeks, and the experience is consistently outstanding.
This hotel is simply exceptional.

It is immaculate, extremely well maintained, and perfectly designed down to the smallest detail. Even if one tried to look for flaws, it would be hard to find any. The entire property is beautifully curated and feels effortlessly elegant.

The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making you feel genuinely welcome at all times. The quality of the food is outstanding as well. Even when compared to other nearby five-star hotels, the EDITION clearly stands out and surpasses them in terms of overall quality and atmosphere.

We also feel that since General Manager Christopher Kapatais took over, the hotel has reached an even higher level of excellence.

We are absolutely delighted and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and truly unforgettable vacation.

The Marriott app originally stated check-in was after 4 PM, but in reality, when I arrived at 10 AM, the front desk was already able to assign a room, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The hotel feels more like a resort with a wealth of facilities (pool table, bowling alley, swimming pool, private beach, ice skating rink, etc.). Furthermore, the in-room amenities are perfect (minimalist furniture, sleep-inducing aromatherapy, Le Labo toiletries, disposable slippers). These guest services are exceptionally high-end for hotels in North America. It's an excellent choice for travelers looking for a private and exclusive experience on Miami's South Beach!

Good Marriott resort.

Excellent! I really liked it. Someone even took my picture with a Polaroid camera in the hotel, capturing some very happy moments. The overall decor of the hotel was excellent. I was very satisfied and would definitely choose to stay there again.

The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half. I complained to the hotel, but the mattress was not replaced in time. Later, I found that the sliding door lock on the first floor of the guest room could not be locked. It was not repaired that night. The lock was replaced the next morning. The coffee cup was not cleaned. You can clearly see the coffee stains on the cup. The round table in the living room was not wiped clean. The sticky stuff on it got on my computer and it was disgusting. Overall, I will not book this hotel next time. Disappointed

I called twice and was told they would refund me because I was overcharged, but I never got a refund.
