The Marriott app originally stated check-in was after 4 PM, but in reality, when I arrived at 10 AM, the front desk was already able to assign a room, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The hotel feels more like a resort with a wealth of facilities (pool table, bowling alley, swimming pool, private beach, ice skating rink, etc.). Furthermore, the in-room amenities are perfect (minimalist furniture, sleep-inducing aromatherapy, Le Labo toiletries, disposable slippers). These guest services are exceptionally high-end for hotels in North America. It's an excellent choice for travelers looking for a private and exclusive experience on Miami's South Beach!

Excellent! I really liked it. Someone even took my picture with a Polaroid camera in the hotel, capturing some very happy moments. The overall decor of the hotel was excellent. I was very satisfied and would definitely choose to stay there again.

The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half. I complained to the hotel, but the mattress was not replaced in time. Later, I found that the sliding door lock on the first floor of the guest room could not be locked. It was not repaired that night. The lock was replaced the next morning. The coffee cup was not cleaned. You can clearly see the coffee stains on the cup. The round table in the living room was not wiped clean. The sticky stuff on it got on my computer and it was disgusting. Overall, I will not book this hotel next time. Disappointed

Very poor soundproofing. I woke up because of iphone ringing in the next room.
Just a few amenities available in the bathroom.
Frontdesk smiling & friendly but with 0 effectiveness. So fake.
The amount blocked on the credit card was 3 times more than the ammount they said they will block. Even so everyday they try to block 100-200$ more. All this with a prepaid booking.
Everytine they fail to load the nights in Bonvoy.
One week after the checkout with 0 balance they have charged 55$ without any details. Happend every time.
The 3rd time I stay at the Edition in 6 months. I got all these above, every time.
Only a few rooms with balcony.
Far from being a 5* resort.

This is not my first time staying here. The service attitude is very good.

I loved my stay at the Edition - the customer service was excellent, the food was great, room and bed were comfy, the amenities were plentiful and the location was great. Every single staff member that I encountered was super nice and helpful. I ordered room service two nights and both times it was excellent (pepperoni pizza and cheeseburger). Pool area was beautiful and I liked the mix of vintage and modern architecture. Starbucks right across the street was a nice plus.

Little hole in the wall places seems to serve local Latin population. Wish it had more outside tables cause was cool temp inside. Tables are quite close together in small dinning area. Service was good and food not bad. Chicken soup was full of very large chunks of chicken and veggies. I'd prefer them chopped up a little more to make easier to eat with spoon, but can't complain about quantity.

If you read the menu from right to left, don’t mind eating what looks like dog food and think that this must mean that you’ve found a hidden local gem, then this is your spot. Not worth the money even at cheap prices. Was staying at a hotel a block away and I stopped to order a Cuban sandwich to go. The price was about $7 with tax but the gal who took my order kept a dollar for her service and still gave incorrect change when I asked her about it. She kept telling me “six minutes,” but it took nearly a half hour to get a LOUSY Cuban sandwich - the worst I’ve ever had. While I waited inside I looked at what other people were eating and it looked pretty institutional: scoops of grey rice, mystery meat stews with watery sauces. Scary.

We had lunch (3 adults and a child) the food was great. Service was quick and very friendly. I should have taken the girl who served us her name but I forgot. She played with my nephew and awesome. Will go back again.

Great little hole in the wall restaurant with good food for the price. It's cramped, it's hot, and it's kind of bare, but the food is great and you're not really here for the decor anyway.

The best part? It's actually affordable for this part of town. After eating at the hotels and finding myself a little sick of richer hotel fare, it was nice to get away and stumble into this cafe and order something a bit more down to earth.
