Barely acceptable and not worth any expectations. For a 1500 price tag for a one-bedroom, there's no hot water/kettle, no slippers, etc. This would be equivalent to a 150-star hotel in China, if we're being honest.

But that's not the main point. The main issue is the dishonest staff. Ugh.

Upon check-in, they asked for my credit card to register it, but didn't pre-authorize anything. I checked in very late and wasn't thinking clearly, so I'm also partly to blame for just handing them the card to register.

Looking back, there are two red flags here. First, pre-authorization is usually done by swiping the card, not by handing the card to the front desk for them to manually enter the details into their system. This place required the latter.

Second, when I handed over the card, my CVC was not covered, and the staff member clearly saw it and definitely memorized it on the spot. There were no issues during my stay, but the day after I checked out, I received notifications that my card had been compromised.

I want to remind everyone: always keep your card in hand when checking in. Even if they need to register it, you should be the one to write down the details or dictate them as they enter it.

Also, always keep your card locked. I'm lucky I reacted quickly and locked my card immediately, preventing any financial loss.

Overall, I don't recommend this place. However, you do need to book far in advance in Miami, and weekend prices can be double the weekday rates.
