At first glance, the campus and building look modern and appealing — but what really matters is the room.

We booked this stay through Airbnb, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed upon entering the room. It was literally matchbox-sized. Once the double bed was placed, there was barely any space left to walk.

The room only had a bed, two tiny side tables, and a wall-mounted TV — nothing else. There was no proper space to keep luggage, hang clothes, or even comfortably charge phones. Managing basic things became inconvenient. No trash bin as well

Throughout the night, there was constant noise coming from above or adjacent rooms — hard to tell where it was, but definitely disturbing.

Yes, the property has nice outdoor amenities, like a pool and a common seating area, which looked good.

However, the room itself was extremely disappointing, and because of that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this property. This place is an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

The information on Booking.com is highly misleading. It is never stated that the shared bathroom is also shared with two to three other rooms, and there are no photos or warnings that the rooms are only accessible via multiple staircases. This is a serious issue, especially when traveling with elderly guests who have mobility problems.

At the reception we are helped into paying an extra 112 dollars for an upgrade to a ground floor apartment. What we find there is shocking and completely unacceptable. The apartment is filthy and poorly maintained. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, lamps are missing, and the TVs do not even have working remote controls. Everything is covered in dust.

On top of that, there are broken drawers, flies everywhere, and hairs on the bed. The level of hygiene is far below any reasonable standard. This place should not be offered to guests at all, let alone through a platform like Booking.com.

As if that is not enough, the apartment is only available for two nights and not for the third night of our stay. When we ask to cancel the third night due to these conditions, the staff refuse and simply redirect us to Booking.com without taking any responsibility.

This accommodation is one of the worst experiences imaginable. Poor maintenance, unacceptable cleanliness, misleading information, and zero customer care. We have reported everything to Booking.com. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

Cool ping pong table, bus lounge and food smells delicious but getting into the hotel feels like an Ocean’s 11 plot and getting out feels like The Great Escape. Needs serious attention on lock system and long check-in process. Bathrooms and vibe are more like a hip youth hostel than a $300 per night hotel.

Only worth it if you travel alone and wish to connect with other people. If you are looking for a place to rest or just a short vacational rental, I suggest to find an Airbnb. The facilities are old, Selina has the disadvantages of an Airbnb and Hotel in one place. Staff there are kind, they are good people and if you have problems they can help you.

Spent my last night here in a 3rd floor bedroom with no ac. Its 100 degrees and humid so you can understand how awful that was. Texted the front desk when I returned to my room because I noticed how stuffy and different it felt from the pervious three days I had stayed up there. They just responded that it's on and to be patient. Completely unacceptable and I had the hottest, stuffiest sleep of my life.
The kitchen is filthy, theres peoples old food with dates on it from May, spoiled milk and things going bad in the fridge/on shelves. Facilities Aren't maintained, seem to be people working but not doing anything. Location isn't very walkable and the food is way overpriced at the Cafe, pool is cloudy. Don't stay here.
