Everything was so dirty. I could hear people in the next room. The guy was screaming in the hallway and hotel did nothing about it. He was cursing stuff and other people, to the point that was disturbing.

My room was not cleaned my entire stay. I asked for towels, small preferably and was told because he was the only person ar the desk i would have to use the towels from the night before. I told him i had already threw them in the hall way and he simply said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. The maid had not left any. The next day we saw the maid and

Excellent location on Collins Avenue. You are right by Ocean Drive with restaurants and bars on your doorstep. A charming Art Deco gem located in the heart of Miami Beach's vibrant South Beach neighbourhood. I booked a Deluxe Double Queen room. Huge, spacious room. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Really helpful, they would always greet you. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe here. I didn't eat at the hotel but they have a restaurant and bar on site. Good WIFI access throughout the property. Housekeeping was done well each day. Lovely boutique hotel. Highly recommend. I would stay here again if I came back to Miami.

Located right near the action of south beach! Was only here for a 1 day but will definitely be back. Lots of stuff walkable in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The Kent Hotel offers a convenient location in the heart of South Beach, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. The staff was courteous and welcoming throughout my stay.

However, I was somewhat disappointed by the level of noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not functioning, preventing access to television or streaming services.

The property presents more as a modest accommodation, somewhat reminiscent of a motel 8 but slightly elevated. It would be suitable for a brief stay of one or two nights, but may not meet expectations for a longer visit.

Came here for lunch and it was rip off. Tourist trap! The guy took our card and added a tip. He assumed we enjoyed everything when their bathrooms were not functional and our food was not good. No sinks. No toilets that work. I'd rather eat gator again even though it tasted swampy. I'm going to eat at the HIV bus that tours Miami next time where at least i know I'll be disappointed ahead of time. Please shut down this prison mess hall. Give the people a good place to eat instead of trying to get everyone drunk and enjoy trash foods. Quality pays except here it costs

The show was amazing. I waited over an hour for my tenders. I noticed that everyone was getting their food before me. I asked my server twice, and he finally came out and stated that there was a mix up in the kitchen. He offered to have my food out to me really quick, but I would STILL have to pay for the food. After waiting over an hour, and asking twice. No thank you! I actually get to choose where I spend my money. It's one thing to forget about your table, but another to totally not compensate for your mess up. Won't be going back to order food. I will enjoy the shows though!
