If you want to eat a cold pizza, two hours later, go ahead and call Pizza Hut on Collins Avenue. It's amazing that we waited two hours, and then, they did not allow us to cancel the order.

I pray that hurricane irma destroys every peice of this place no food business deserves a horrible restaurant like this one. The average McDonald's is 100 times better than this trash.

Never order form here. Worst management. I had a problem with my delivery driver not giving me my pizza that was ALREADY PAID FOR. He said I wasn't cooperating with the payment and left with our food? Called manager and she blew me off even though I had a receipt for my order. Worst Pizza Hut location........

This Domino's Pizza has the most insensate, thick headed, simpleminded ignorant person working there by the name of Dominic. He is the most rude person I have ever encountered in the food industry. This man seems to have been raised by wolves as he has no speaking manners, poor hygiene, and looks like a hobo from the street. He has no type of presentation and speaks to customers as he has zero care for his job. It is not customer's fault you are a 50 year old man working at a pizza place. I really hope you see this Dominic. Your co-workers were embarrassed watching the way you were speaking to me. Oh and the only reason I put one star is because I had to in order for me to post this.

Delivery driver (Oscar) couldn't find my place. I had to walk around and find him. My bill was 17.99. I had a 20 and two 1 dollar bills. had a 4 dollar tip for the guy. It was dark and I handed him the cash, he called me back a few minutes after I was in my apt and he claimed I only gave him 2 dollars. Tried to scam me with one of the oldest tricks in the book. I wish I hadn't tipped the guy at all now. What a mutt.

Horrible experience, waited more than 1 hour and didn't even get the pizza. Alex in particular wasn't helpful at all and incredibly rude. Definitely do not recommend coming here. Complete waste of my time.

A pretty overpriced place, but I understand that this is Miami. I still hoped there were better cafe and bakery in Miami beach with more reasonable prices. We were so hungry and tired after a long drive from Tampa so that we believed a cup of French coffee with butter croissant would be a fantastic start to the day. But, we changed the mind to order a Crepe Breakfast and an Angus Steak with homemade wine sauce and salad for our brunch. My friend did not enjoy the crepe quite much as she said she had tried better authentic French crepe elsewhere. The food was not quite delicious, including the coffee and the macarons, but the service was excellent. As I ordered my steak to be cooked medium-rare and got medium-well instead, I made a complaint to the manager. And the result was he even brought me a new one, plus the old one. What a surprise! The steak was tough and bland, though. The wine in the sauce was tasted so weak and flavorless. Our macarons were hard, dry, and thin. Frankly, the managers need to rearrange the setup of the whole place, make several changes, and improve the quality a lot, from the ingredients to the menu and the recipe, if they want to get better business. Even though the service was excellent, I would not think the quality of food here worth my two-star rating.

The display of pastries was not enticing in any way. I wasn't sure how long they had been sitting there throughout the day. Also, nothing there was labeled with a price or description. Regardless, I ordered a piece of chocolate cake (going against my better judgement). It was almost $8. It was a thin, small slice of cake. I have not ever been charged that much for a slice of cake EVER! The cake itself wasn't bad but NOTHING extraordinary. And for $8 it better be EXTRAORDINARY. I don't recommend going here unless you don't mind wasting money.

Visit 1: Delicious and friendly. My 3 person group had 20 minutes to eat and Nadia (host/waiter) and John (cook) taken care of us really well and promptly. Nadia was especially wonderful, accommodating and entertaining.

Visit 2: Ordered crepes with smoked salmon for breakfast. After a bit, we were told no appropriate crepes available. Other crepes were suggested, we accepted. What came out of the kitchen was underwhelming, to say the least. Friend ordered vegetarian crepe with mushrooms. First time, it came with chicken, second with no mushrooms, third try was as ordered. However friend could barely try it, as it was unappetising. Another person from my party got sick during our walk back to hotel and could not keep it down once we made it, spending entire morning in bed.
