Not too bad of a place however did smell very off in the hotel while I was there. Might need a deep clean on the carpet.

This Hyatt hotel is a bit of a surprise. When I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, I was asked to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. Later, I was asked to add money and I could check in immediately. I was too lazy to talk nonsense and just swiped my card to check in. However, the next day, the credit card showed another consumption record prompt (not the consumption of extra money to stay), and four times in a row, because I activated the overseas card-less chargeback function, the payment was unsuccessful several times. I seriously suspect there is something wrong with the front desk of this hotel. In addition, this hotel does not have an airport shuttle, so it is blocked directly!

Although google says it opens at 5:30am, it opened at 6am when I got there. The employees are so rude. I walked in and the lady didn't even say hi so I asked her if I can get croissant witch meal. She didn't say anything and it was SO RUDE. It seems like they don't like their job but it can't be an excuse for being SO RUDE.

this facilities the service was fast customer service was good although on the first visit they only receive one star things like this happen due to management skills and management not being on the floor; but today was a great experience management was courteous friendly the place was clean the area where the children sit the television was on it was right on the channel for the kids to watch your cartoons and the employees working constantly working and maintaining a clean environment.

How hard is it to get 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 onion rings, and a small coke. Had to ask for ketchup 3X. I will drive further just to go to another BK.

Stopped here for lunch:Ordered their {Rib_Platter}...It must have been rush hour for them the place was packed,but the wait was not long!Friendly Bilangual Staff...Clean facility,good food& great customer service??

Your on the beach and it feels like Your stomach is touching your back. Make your way down to Pollo Tropical where I guarantee the chicken is always fresh Off The Grill. Make sure you get some rice and beans with a cup of soup. You can experience that feeling of Life under the sun.

I love this place! There are many healthy options and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. The toppings and sauce bar are great and there is actually some spice in the spicy sauce. I am so sad there are no Pollo Tropical resteraunts in the Midwest.

The best chicken & fried plantain "maduritos" I ever had...I am 70 years old. Friendly atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

Conveniently located. Plenty of parking. Clean and bright. Really good fast food, although I found the menu a bit confusing. Food was hot and delicious, and the sauce station and condiments were plentiful and fresh.
Fully handicap-accessible, although sidewalk cutout was a little tricky.
