The hotel was very clean. Everyone was friendly including the security. My only disappointment is there was no microwave in the room. If you needed to heat something the only microwave was in the lobby, not even in room, it was located right in the open by the check in area.
We truly enjoyed the restaurant on the 6th floor. The service was great, thank you Caesar and Lori (I believe this was her name, could also be Lauren). The two of them were amazing.
But the view was also very nice, watching the planes take off and landing.
Overall the hotel is very nice.

Tried multiple times to get the front desk prior to arrival with no success.
Hotel wanted $50 for an early check despite us leaving in the middle of the night. Hotel touted this as being industry standard despite Hampton accommodating us just a few days prior. And the showers were freezing. Bed was decent though. Will actively be avoiding Wyndham in the future regardless.

We were getting in late to this hotel, so we called to let them know we'd be checking in around midnight. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. After ten minutes, staff showed up and let us know there were no clean rooms available! So we waited another 30 minutes for him to clean our room, and it was still a bit of a mess! Felt like such a waste of time, waiting when we'd have to check out 10 hours later.
Already messaged the manager, and the corporate office, they were not able to compensate us at all. I'd gladly accept some rewards points or something. Wyndham is such a waste.
Breakfast in the morning was terrible. Grey eggs, juice from concentrate. Ugh.
There was no shuttle to the cruise port.

Very nice rooms. I’ve paid way more for much worse! Front desk is excellent , a consistent greeting and goodbye.
Where it falls down is the excellent restaurant which has some serious issues. The team are great but just totally overwhelmed and service (revenue!) is clearly suffering. They need more staff! I’ve rarely witnessed a case as acute as this. Hope they can resolve it for guests and employees benefit

Stayed here for a week for work, overall would recommend
Pros:
- bed: very comfortable
- Room: good size and decently clean. As noted in other reviews there is limited privacy in the bathroom due to gaps in the doors, but sliding the door to close off the bedroom area works fine
- Noise: very quiet, didn’t even hear a young family next door. Some traffic sounds but overall not noticeable especially with the white noise from the aircon. I see other reviews complaining about street traffic and airplanes, but this hotel is clearly located right across from the MIA runways and on a busy road. What do they expect?
- Aircon: standard, no issues - it can’t be shut off it always circulates, but most people like aircon all the time so that’s no problem
- Fridge: worked fine, I turned it to the coldest setting on arrival. Only microwave is in the lobby but again that was fine as I only needed it rarely
- Gym: decent, a few cardio machines and one bench with free weights
- Parking: free, lots of space in a convenient lot right behind the hotel
Cons:
- Shuttle: as everyone mentions, unavailable and unreliable! we had to uber both to and from the airport
- Elevators: only one was functioning, the other was out of service the entire time
- Breakfast: complete ripoff, $20 for sad looking eggs and cereal, along with burnt terrible coffee.
- Pool: a lot smaller than in the hotels photos and quite unwelcoming, since it’s at the main entrance and faces the busy road.
- Restaurant: the rooftop area is fun for plane spotting. The salads were good but the rest of the food was fried and tasteless

The counter service staff was not very friendly. The location is close to the airport, there are restaurants and McDonald's nearby, so it is very convenient to eat.

Great location near the Airport. They offer a free courtesy bus to and from the Airport. Downside we had to wait nearly 1 hour for the bus from airport to hotel seeing many other buses from hotels pass by 2 or 3 times before ours turned up.

Love that its 24 hours but more than once I've seen them leave meats outside of the fridge and the bread is NEVER soft. Like ever

You're much better if you walk 50 feet further and go to the KFC...I don't know about you folks in Miami, but I prefer my chicken sandwiches COOKED....NOT RAW...Thanks for turning me off to chicken for the next 2 years McDonald's! !!!!!

Friendly staff and restaurant and bathroom were clean. Not a lot of seating. The technology ordering platform is a joke at this location, they have just one machine to order and it's in a bad location in the restaurant and it's slow / laggy and doesn't respond very quickly. Everyone is forced to use the one self serve kiosk machine. Food tasted good but I probably would not come back to this location. A few people were waiting in line at the cash register and were only told after 10 minutes of waiting that we had to use the self serve kiosk machine. I could tell many people were upset or annoyed at this location.

This Mcdonald’s was doing just fine until a few months ago. The last 5 times I have gone through the drive-thru they have gotten my order wrong. They have been very disorganized lately. I think they need a change in management. I am a local and they will not be getting my buisness any longer until changes are made. It is very frustrating to make it home only to find out that your order is wrong and you cannot eat what they gave you. Avoid this Mcdonald’s and go to the one by the palmetto. It’s a litte bit better.

Very freindly staff. But, the ordering kiosk in the middle of the dining room can't take your digital coupons, and it is difficult to customize your sandwiches. And if you have cash, you must stand in a second line to pay before your order is sent to the kitchen.
And there is a mob around the kiosk.
Nice that they bring your food to you, but you still have to get up to get napkins and straws.

I was forced to use the self order machine. It is not user friendly. The staff was not allowed to check you out directly. I left to use the drive through instead. The person in front of me gave up as well. She just wanted to order a large fry... Not good.

Service is really slow, but they're always packed so it's understandable. The latte pancakes looked nothing like the picture but were delicious nonetheless. Definitely prefer this over Dennys, especially because they have a more diverse menu and larger servings.

We where 5 friends eating breakfast here. The staff was very friendly and fast even tho the restaurant was almost full. The food was good and the free refills of drinks was quick. The price is not bad too. I enjoyed my breakfast here, so did my friends too
