The counter service staff was not very friendly. The location is close to the airport, there are restaurants and McDonald's nearby, so it is very convenient to eat.

Great location near the Airport. They offer a free courtesy bus to and from the Airport. Downside we had to wait nearly 1 hour for the bus from airport to hotel seeing many other buses from hotels pass by 2 or 3 times before ours turned up.

For 1 night okay, to catch the plane next morning.
Shuttle service to the hotel was good. Back to airport I took an Uber as in the late morning it operates only every hour :/
The hotel is parallel to a highway and the runway. Very loud. Not really soundproof windows.

Love this hotel!! While the building and amenities are stunning enough to write home about, it's the staff that really makes it great!!
The check in process was easy and the staff were very accommodating! We arrived at 10am, while there was a crowd trying to check out. Our early arrival was unpreventable. They stored our luggage and served us breakfast, provided a place to recharge our phones while we waited for our rooms to be available - much earlier than the scheduled check in time.
The dining staff were great and super accommodating as well!
We haven't even made it upstairs to the restaurant for dinner yet, but can't wait! We stayed here a week ago and the food was outstanding!!
We fly out EARLY in the morning. The front desk scheduled a cab for us since the shuttle won't be running until long after we are gone.
You can guarantee that if we are in the area, this is where we will be staying!!

This hotel was worth every penny if not for the shower alone!!!
While the outside is not impressive, the inside, amenities and staff will not let you down!!

I did not get to stay in the hotel as long as I wanted because I had to board a cruise the next day. I took a late flight and arrived after 7 p.m. However, the things that I liked about this hotel was the restaurant. The food was very good and everything was closed so I had no choice but to eat at the hotel. I was glad that they were open. The hotel smells good and they offer free things like tooth brush and shower cap if you need one. They offer a small fee shuttle to the cruise ships only need to tip. Front entrance service was good and close to other businesses if you need something.

First impression was nice Clean and close to airport. 1 towel in room ask the front desk for another but never received. That was ok since there was NO warm or hot water to take a shower. Pilot House bar was super nice and wait staff amazing with great views. Very very pricey If you want a shower with towels go somewhere else

one of the best experiences at a hotel i have ever had.. The whole staff was excellent. Phoebe made sure that i had the best service possible. They give their guests vip treatment. Very friendly, hospitable and professional staff. I will definitely come back here. 👍🏼👍🏼

They have clean floors. I still rate it high even though the guy that makes your sandwich sucks as a sandwhich maker.

Love that its 24 hours but more than once I've seen them leave meats outside of the fridge and the bread is NEVER soft. Like ever

You're much better if you walk 50 feet further and go to the KFC...I don't know about you folks in Miami, but I prefer my chicken sandwiches COOKED....NOT RAW...Thanks for turning me off to chicken for the next 2 years McDonald's! !!!!!

Friendly staff and restaurant and bathroom were clean. Not a lot of seating. The technology ordering platform is a joke at this location, they have just one machine to order and it's in a bad location in the restaurant and it's slow / laggy and doesn't respond very quickly. Everyone is forced to use the one self serve kiosk machine. Food tasted good but I probably would not come back to this location. A few people were waiting in line at the cash register and were only told after 10 minutes of waiting that we had to use the self serve kiosk machine. I could tell many people were upset or annoyed at this location.

This Mcdonald’s was doing just fine until a few months ago. The last 5 times I have gone through the drive-thru they have gotten my order wrong. They have been very disorganized lately. I think they need a change in management. I am a local and they will not be getting my buisness any longer until changes are made. It is very frustrating to make it home only to find out that your order is wrong and you cannot eat what they gave you. Avoid this Mcdonald’s and go to the one by the palmetto. It’s a litte bit better.

Very freindly staff. But, the ordering kiosk in the middle of the dining room can't take your digital coupons, and it is difficult to customize your sandwiches. And if you have cash, you must stand in a second line to pay before your order is sent to the kitchen.
And there is a mob around the kiosk.
Nice that they bring your food to you, but you still have to get up to get napkins and straws.

I was forced to use the self order machine. It is not user friendly. The staff was not allowed to check you out directly. I left to use the drive through instead. The person in front of me gave up as well. She just wanted to order a large fry... Not good.

Service is really slow, but they're always packed so it's understandable. The latte pancakes looked nothing like the picture but were delicious nonetheless. Definitely prefer this over Dennys, especially because they have a more diverse menu and larger servings.

We where 5 friends eating breakfast here. The staff was very friendly and fast even tho the restaurant was almost full. The food was good and the free refills of drinks was quick. The price is not bad too. I enjoyed my breakfast here, so did my friends too
