Great hotel, had everything we needed and close to the main Brickell ***** and mall - didn’t get to try the pool but looked nice

Good hotel, great location. The only downside was how long it took to get my deposit back—a whole month! Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The location was excellent. Only 5 min walk there was access to a big supermarket and many restaurants and bar. The hotel was also very close to a Miami Trolley stop. The bathroom was not very clean though. The corners and under the faucet counters were rather dirty and dusty. The lighting of the room was very poor and insufficient. Even with all the lights on at night, the room was still very dark that I could barely see things clearly.

Worth it!

Everything was excellent, and the location was superb. My only observation is that the shower water in the room would leak out of the bathroom and soak almost the entire floor. Otherwise, everything was great, including the excellent pool and the lobby.

Customer Service is top tier, and accommodations are comfortable

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows.

Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean.

Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night.

Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling.

Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

It was nice to stay for a night. The desk chair by the window was quite unstable though would be great if you guys check that out. Other than that it had great view and spacious room.

Nice welcome at the valet parking and reception.
We had to prepare sofa bed ourselves, although stated during booking that we will use it.

Showering without flooding the bathroom was not possible. The dinner in hotel’s restaurant was good.
The balcony was quite spacious but is flooded if it rains. Fitness room and outdoor pool too small.
You hear the metro rail quite well and the construction noise and the fire department unit alarms.
