Didn’t have correct room which was reserved and pre paid. Very noisy construction started at 7:30am

Hard time finding it on google maps. Sent me to address on website which has 4 hotels on 1 property.
Went to 3 front desks before I was told it was the wrong courtyard. No phone numbers to call to talk ta a REAL person who spoke English that i could understand.

I arrived back to the hotel where I have been staying for two nights already. I grabbed all my belongings from the car and hurried inside to get to my room on the second floor, well because it was a long drive and nature was calling. I got both door keys out and for a minute or 2 tried to enter my room. No life was not going to be that easy and just work as it should. I gathered my items and hastily back to the elevator and the lobby.

There is one guy working and he had a deluge of folks in the lobby now. I still needed to find a restroom and remember the lobby by the bistro has one I make it to the restroom.....time passes.....I gather all my belongings and exit the bathroom. I go back to the lobby. Still one guy and even more folks checking in.

No key to my room, so I go to the bistro and I order a lot of food to be delivered to my room. She asked if I wanted to charge it to my room? I answered yes and I want you to take it in my room, she said ok. The lady doesnt understand I have no key and no person to get me a key after being on property for 45 min now.

I am sitting in the hallway outside my room waiting on the food and if they get in. I will go back to the lobby but I stink and am not standing for a hour when I want to sit and eat. If they wont open the door for the food, I will eat in the hallway until I feel like I can go back downstairs. Would love to pay for a hotel room and actually get further then then hallway. Alas this is a nice hallway though. Have pictures!
